Yep. This company is undervalued at this price. This new segment of the business and the Volkswagen contract make this worth much more than 1.80 ish per share. IMHO

There is a ton of convertible debt here. Heck in the first 3 months this year they paid out shares nearly every week. One has to believe they are doing the same in the second 3 months.

Or people using stops which go in as market orders.
