it is pathetic,adcs has done everything they have said they were gonna do,and now we are hearing faster than anticipated.no matter what happens,will always be somebody trying to help you out of your shares,holden tight
and if the location is good and it fits what you want or need for your business to grow and prosper you may be willing to add a little to your numbers.
where i am from ,real estate increased by at least 5% year over year,at least 5%,now,you do the math from 1996,maybe go with 6% and tell me how much they overpaid...i dont know what the average was as far as percentage increase,but as a general rule i would say 5 to 6 percent is close,maybe more on commercial property.and now they are lining the whole kistler families pockets?you change your tune to go with the latest events
they could have came out with a whole 27 million shares for any reason,but they didnt,and they informed us as to why they did.and i can at this point respect that decision,and understand that they thought that was the best way to add value to adcs.
i think it is great that they even bought a building,does one that has no need for office space,has no business plan,has no intent to grow their business,buy a building?if these guys were "lining pockets",this purchase would have never taken place.this makes no sense,get over it,move on,this building is an asset.
