I can really care less what MT has planned or what the 4Q financials look like. The only thing I do care about is the pps.
I'm not sure why any of you are here, but I know the reason why I'm here...to MAKE MONEY.
With all this so called good new we've heard in the last month has only sent the pps down, way down.
When it hit .008 it should have kept going up and up and up...But after seeing this trade @ .0025, a big red flag came up.
If this was such a solid company, why did the pps drop so much?
Was that run to .008 because of some paid pumping?
All we ever hear is good news and IMO that is BS. No company can have good news all the time and never run into problems in the business world today. MT as a CEO isn't being honest to any of us because he should be able to tell us the good and the bad.
It's amazing that the moderators of this board had a long meeting with MT and he never brought up any of the problems the company has encounted, all that MT seems worried about it the NOBO list at NSS. And to be honest if MT was that smart, he'd realize that he's on the Pinky exchange and has a sub-penny pps, wtf do you think is going to happen to the stock. Does he really think that thsee MMs arn't going to take adavantage of shorting this sub-penny every chance that they get.
What I would really like to know is about MT. Does anyone else wonder why we've had no background information about MT? Can someone tell me what he's done in the past, accomplishments, awards, education, past Management jobs? He doesn't look like a young guy so I'd really like to find out more about the experience he has had.
Why would I do that, I'm long and have been since October. I really hate the fact this board has turned into a bunch of cheerleaders that are very unopen to listen to valid questions about this stock and company.
Since I have money on the table, I have ever right to question any aspect I want about this company.
I never said Scam, you did.
I can agree with you on that fact they are making money.
Until we have audited financils, we will never know how much money they are really making, and that's what should be focused on.
It's ironic how people keep pushing this back. A In October people were posting about 3q Financials, which were good. But then the sotck feel and they were talking about waith til 4q Financials come out. And now with your message wait until the 1st half of 07, so that would make it 2q 07.
The nobo list is a bunch of BS, if MMs are going to short, do you really think a stupid list is going to stop them. The RISK/REWARD far outways the PUNISHMENT. the divy is a PDR, not a piece of land, what's not to understand about that, the only value in it that I can see is a tax credit.
I think that 75% might be very wrong.
Refresh my memory...as an individual or institution, at 5(or more) % of ownership in a certain stock, requires a form to be filed with the SEC making it public knowledge.
So if that is the case how can 75% of all stock be true if strong and large hands are holding these shares?
Naked Shorts...Can anyone answer this?
Everyone keeps bringing up MM's and how they're doing this horrible things like that...I think somoene even posted that the short position on this stock was 300mm. Even if that was the case, can't the MM keeps covering their shorts, in a big huge cycle over and over again. Maybe even switching between MM's and letting eachother take turns. These MMs know when FTD kicks in, don't you think that they know ways to avoid it and keep doing it over and over again. I mean in the last few months has been quite crazy.
Could you provide that link for 75%?
I wouldn't doubt it would be a high number considering that the indvidual investors in the market doesn't even compare to institutions in terms of the amount of volume.
But I wasn't talking about institutions when I was adressing the NOBO list, I was talking about the personal accounts people have that are holding PYPR and their concerns about the upcoming delivery of a divy.
Sorry Dude I'm a REALTOR. A PDR is not REAL PROPERTY. Don't let the term Land Divy fool you.
The "company" you refer to has nothing to do with the requirement of Brokerage companies to adhere to an SEC Rule.
Why wouldn't you want this activity to occur by default?
You want an annual report, right?
You want to vote if there is a proxy, right?
These are all positive reasons why you would want to be on, the NOBO LIST, and why your Brokerage has to put you on that by Default. Any smart investor would want to be obtain information and vote on officers, and other issues that the company votes on. Isn't that what owning stock is all about, having that power of being a shareholder.
Personal Preference or Not anyone who would object to that should cash out now and start playing bingo instead.
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of account was the OBO setting for?
I have a Scottrade Application sitting in front of me.
Under the Scottrade Brokerage Account Agreement -- Terms and Conditions.
#22 Communicatiosn between Companies and Shareholders
As required by SEC rules, we will release your name, adress and security positions to requesting companies in which you own shares that are held in your Account, unless we receive notice from you in writing that you object to us providing this information.
I'd take anything a big company (B&S) says with a grain of salt. Never listen to a company when they start talking about laws.
I'm starting to question what's really going on with PYPR. I was happy when we got the News of a Divy, but I was pretty shocked when I also read that MT wanted us to contact our Brokers on being on the NOBO list.
With all the posts about MT being a smart CEO with a plan, I'm not sure if that's really the truth here. An individual investor should never have to request to be on the NOBO list. The reason why is because that's the way a company communicates to their shareholders. Why would a Broker want to hinder communication between you and the company you invested in? They want you to have the information and the Broker does too because wether you buy more or sell your position they're still going to make a commision off the trade. It's basically a default setting.
I only have delayed L2 but I don't see UBSS on the ASK. If anyone has real time send a reply if you see them. Thanks
Saw that you just opened your account a few weeks ago, and this was your 1st post on this board. So I'm not sure if your just a pumper or if you speak the truth. Regardless of that I think you post is very true.
A group of 10-20 investeros, throwing down 10k each. That's 1B-2B shares easy, that would easily move this up. With heavy volume in a short period of time, it would run. On most days the L2 looks very thin past .0002. So you saying that next week will be .0004 x .0005. is almost a given if we get some volume.
Well if history repeats itself we could see a similar run to the last one. I think that was in the .04-.05 range.
I'm happy oil is going back up. My real investments are mostly in oil and gas.
Does Ameritrade have locations you can go and speak to someone face to face? I'd be inclined to think that they could give you more information considering the conversation isn't being recorded or in writing. You'd be quite surprised to find out the amount of information a person will give up when they think nobody is listening.
I was gonna ask to him to take the company private, lol
If we don't have a PR by tomorrow, I don't think we'll see one until the 2nd or 3rd week of Jan. IMO. The last PR was on the 15 of Nov and tomorrow is the 15th of Dec.
then put your sell @ .10 to be honest, I have mine @ .25 & .75
This board only has 18 boardmarks....Under the radar to say the least. Once we have a day with 10-15mm volume, I think more people will notice.
I'd like to see in launch before the EOY.

I checked a few mins before the the close and UBSS was on the ASK @.001
I really didn't check the L2 since earlier this morning, but it seems UBSS is back....too bad they got no action today.
I hope that's true here.
Strange volume just a few mins ago on PYPR
WTF was that 16mm in 1 min
Anyone think we close green today?
IGTS is very similar, 1mm last few days, today 0
I think that might be wrong, I think you can buy all the way up until the bell on the 20th. PYPR would have to until those shares settle, which probably wouldn't be until the 26th. IMO
PAPO up 18% on low volume.
PAPO up 18% on low volume.
From delayed L2 I'm not seeing UBSS today. That is a good sign IMO.

I'm long and holding here but after reading your previous posts about requesting certs for the shares you own is probably not the best idea right now.
We all know there is a Name/Cusip# change around the corner so do you really think it would be a good idea to have possession of certs with the old name/number on them?
Requesting a cert is only reasonable if the stock is traded on NYSE/AMEX/NASDQ and you need to use the certs as collateral for a loan or in a monetary transaction.
When you previously stated that they're going to charge you $50 to get them in cert form you broker. After you have the certs you'd have to contact the TA when the name/cusip changes and who knows what they'll charge you to re-issue with the new name/cusip. I have a feeling it be alot more than $50. TAs really don't like interacting with the individual retail buyer, hence the reason why people use brokers.
I really think that's a false wall UBSS is showing....if buying started to pick up and people started hitting the Ask...UBSS would be gone. IMO
looks like we got some more volume after that.
MMs trying to get cheap shares again today. I can't wait till News hits.
