it took one day from .0002 to .0004 and only a few milly shares..this thing will absolutely launch and from bids stacking last week, there might be some good action this week!
welcome to ORRV CJ...Will and our new COO is ready to take us to another level this week...you're just in time!
yup..kinda what we all suspected but now confirmed by Will himself!
yup old news and also reason we are not at .0002 anymore..lol
awesome Penny, I really like these parts of our APO and reason I think Will is doing this r/m for...he already has a revenue generating established company.
"With an APO, the investment bank would not raise capital for a company that it did not believe would be successful in the marketplace."
"Approximately 3 to 4 months after the completion of the APO, the company’s registration statement should clear comments and “go effective” with the SEC. When this is accomplished the company can then submit its application to obtain a listing on NASDAQ, AMEX, or NYSE"
"Companies want to become public through an APO for several reasons. The public shell company already has shareholders, so after the APO is complete, the formerly private company typically already meets the shareholder requirements for NASDAQ and AMEX; 400 and 300 respectively"
I got to say we got a pretty awesome board with people doing great dd all around...with some exceptions of course, I think if we stick to the fundamentals of what we all have uncovered so far along with the technicals lining up...we will all do very well on the long with ORRV and Will!
lol thanks...I will accept that trophy when someone hosts that MCUS shareholders gala..lol
agreed, you just don't hire guys like that without getting serious, I think this is going to be bigger then most of us can imagine!
exactly...our #2 guy is huge, making #1 guy even bigger!
Anybody want to guess how much Will is paying Russell to be our COO?
Let me put it this way Russell was vice president of Radioshack, for Will to attract this kind of talent away from companies like Radioshack he would have to be paying more then them...so if he can afford to pay this COO more then these multi-million dollar giants, just how big and how much revenue would you guess Mccusker is doing or wanting to become?
Well, this is how much Radioshack's vice presidents make...once again in order for Mccusker to afford this COO, Will must be doing really well, and for Russell to come over to Mccusker also means Will is offering him something real big or to become real big, bigger then his similar positions as vice president at Radioshack or PSSI...only multi-million dollar companies.
Russell Joly, this guy is the real deal...fortune 500 company, radioshack, PSSI, now Will has him working as COO, I think Will didn't just hire him to look good...just this hiring alone gives Mccusker a huge advantage and where Will wants to take this company, possibly to uplist and out of the OTC very soon...you don't hire a guy of this caliber to be a stinky pinky, PERIOD!!
little more on our COO

Processing over 5 million items a year for various wireless carriers and OEM’s, Joly’s service organization was recognized as an innovative and quality service provider.
“We're confident that Russell's expertise and industry experience will be instrumental in building PSSI’s reputation as a world class service operation. Russell’s addition to the PSSI executive team will bolster PSSI’s capabilities in bringing innovative reverse logistics solution to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), retailers, distributors an1d third party logistics providers (3PLs) across the U.S.,” said Cook.
Awesome find Triforce, GEGP is for real this time round, this looks like its happening very soon if management is spending this kind of cash on building investor confidence, this goes into latest news...or sticky if other mods want to post
totally agree 1bigtimes!! it really goes both ways
I kinda like Will's unscheduled updates..fridays, long weekends, really not planned or scheduled, unlike some of the other pinkies that gives you the feeling they are wanting to pump their ticker..Will seems to not care when he announces that makes one think he is confident his ticker will run on his own merit...of course a pr'd market wire would also be great for us stock holders
mid dec start..my guess mid feb completed..imo
from previous..APO is a quicker process, usually within couple months, seeing how this might have started sometime in Dec..I say Feb be a good target date
great old Will, does it again, after friday surprises, see you all chasers on Monday!!
nice bids stacking at 3's now, all these r/m plays are coming to life, especially ones with better share structures like ccaj
I would assume they are busy at work at Mccusker co, probably not trading stocks like us...unless your boss is looking over your shoulders now..lol but on serious note they might have already bought in, who knows.
too late..lol..for now anyways, I think 2's might be history, bids coming in and L2 thin on all levels, wowza!
we might close back green, pending news next tuesday pr..
love it..3's tapping! on L2 even at 3 its sooo thin, can't imagine if anything indicates something on the go..too thin
one filing is all that will take...look at NOU* today, we will be in exact boat!! sit tight and wait for blast off!!
of course not...otherwise there be no bids you know its strange when someone makes a comment like that
I wish there was some indication of whats going on though..lol..but somebody knows something
traded 1/2 the float so far and godzilla bid, somethings going to give, slap that ask and we are off!!
this will be an afternoon chaser, nobody wants to be on the outside for news next week!
axe..actually I think there might a be only a few doubting the merge, you know..
yes its the no news runs that indicate something exciting is happening behind the scenes!
the only thing hyped is how undervalued we are right now!! wayyyy undervalued!!
so little volume and boom we are back to the 20's, news hits, volume spikes and we will be at 1/2 cent in no time!!
wow if any of filing states Mccusker has 50 mil revenues we could be at a dime in no time!! just too excited when the filings happen!!
silence before the boom..big things happening keeping our Will busy, pr next tuesday again! OTC update is our biggest pr waiting to be announced
