We do have Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels cruising around the Himalayas on World Moto's Wheelie Road Show so I feel this saying does apply to the 2% chance comment -
So you're saying there's a chance!
All the trading activity is investors dumping shares. Better be some good fluff.
Buy/sell trends show people are selling this stock. Yesterday people sold at a ratio of 2:1. Today they are selling at 4:1. Whatever news WM intends to release next week will have to be substantive enough to reverse course and get the stock price going the opposite direction. Real, scam, sales, fluff.. whatever. WM wants to make money and they should be releasing news to get investors back on board.
1.5M shares traded so far today. That equals $24K. I personally have more invested in this company than that. No news is driving speculation into the ground. WM needs to breathe some life into their company.
The only thing we know for sure is their stock price is in the toilet and they are not communicating with shareholders because there is no news to report. I think I nailed it last week. It's a great idea but it requires government mandates to succeed.
This stock is trading at an all time low pps. The volume equals less than $12K USD being traded daily. Anyone who thinks this stock is being 'pumped' has no idea what that term actually means.
IR... Infra Red? I think that's how they are already issuing news. Or is it the Indian Railway?
The Air Force has revealed the existence of a new set of classified electro-optical satellites — the Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program (GSAP) — designed to spot other satellites and space debris.
The maker of these satellites is a company called The Orbital Sciences Corporation. I'm glad to know World Moto does a better job at keeping its secrets.. a secret.
I would approach every taxi company in southeast Asia and offer to let their fleet use them for free for 90 days. But I'm just a business guy in Arizona what do I know.
I think they could sell a few hundred meters doing that but that doesn't equal long term profitability. They're banking on government contracts due to the price tag.
World Moto isn't a sham it's a great idea. The only obstacle they have to navigate through is convincing the governments of 60 third world countries to regulate an unregulated industry, then subsidize the purchase of the most expensive meter on the market. That's the key to tapping the 500 billion, trillion, or however many zeros they want to tack on, market. As soon as that happens... Boom!
Someone just sold $17.00 in shares to drive the pps down to .0178. Hey WM, how's that quiet period working out?
End of May
Their FB page has some great pics of the Moto Meter underwater with a caption that says 'final tests before product launch'.
If you talk to Patrick again please ask how the launch went. Or maybe it was a typo and they meant lunch?
This notice of effectiveness from December 9th was the end of the quiet period and the reason we're all dumbfounded at the lack of news.

Appreciate the positive feedback but keep in mind we were all lead to believe this thing was going into production two years ago and we are all seeing numbers in the red when looking at our investment in WM.
Where's Chris Farley when we need him. I'll bet Tommy Boy could sell some meters.
And to mention the obvious.. A multi million dollar sale would be news worthy and there has been no news. A report that WM has generated revenue for the first time would not violate whatever quiet period rules they felt they needed to adhere to. The opposite could easily be argued, not disclosing such an event has drastically hurt WM's share price.
World Moto has said and done a lot over the last few years. The success of the Moto Meter is dependent on 3rd world governments regulating the motorcycle taxi industry. Without this there will never be sufficient demand for their meters. The taxi industry in these countries is an unregulated cash cow and without mandates it won't change.
Complain all you want about WM's management. Until mandates happen WM is banking on Wheelies and YES to generate revenue.
There is no scam involved with World Moto. There simply isn't sufficient demand for their products. To keep bashing them daily and starting false rumors only makes it that much more difficult to raise capital and in turn recoup your investment with them. I'm sure you've filed dozens of SEC complaints by now and yet the company is still operating. If they were guilty of defrauding investors they would have been shut down a long time ago.
At the rate they're going WM has a better shot at generating revenue through patent infringement lawsuits than actually selling something.
I think the Moto-Meter is a great idea but the demand simply isn't there for this product. If it were this thing would be on a mass assembly line. State municipalities will need to start mandating the use of meters on motorcycle taxis before the type of demand is created that WM is basing it's immense future success on.
I think today's patent news solidifies our suspicions. No news was reported over the last 6 months because there was no news to report.
WM granted a patent in the Domincan Republic

Oops my bad
I said they haven't done anything in 6 months. I forgot the wheelies are on a road show. I'm picturing Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels on a scooter riding across the Himalayas with Wheelies displaying all of our pictures on them.
Hey guys
The reality is we just had 6 months of silence thinking there would be news of progress after funding and nope, nothing has happened.
I'm with pattern seeker on this one. I'm either going to lose 25K or make lemonade after this 2+ year drought.
If that is true I wonder why he is getting 500K shares as stated in the 14c statement.
Kruesopon is still listed as a director at WM, his position has not changed. According to the statement released today he is getting 500K shares as part of this.
Dear shareholders -
WM is excited to announce that they have diluted our shares! They have increased available shares from 500M to 1B!
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=64852353
Lisa bought another 300,000 shares

Sujitta, the predictions for WM stock that you've stated here are all based on WM never turning a profit, correct? If the company can actually sell something and starts reporting revenue then all this talk of sub penny and death spirals won't be discussions we're having anymore. There is potentially another outcome, right?
05/27/14 - WM preparing verification build on Moto-Meter. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=62344677
"The build usually encompasses between a few dozen to as many as 100 units. The goal of the v-build is to establish a reliable factory process that can be used to produce thousands of units with high yield and repeatable, high quality."
"Entry into the v-build process marks the transition from development to production, and additional engineering time generally shifts from product modifications to the continued development and refining of tooling and test fixtures necessary to guarantee the high quality required for mass manufacture. Over the coming weeks, the Company will work closely with its manufacturing partner, DMC Corp (154) Co., Ltd., to complete the verification build and slowly ramp up production and distribution to qualified customers. The first units available from the v-build will be sold directly to motorcycle taxi fleet operators who have expressed a strong interest in working with the Company to authenticate the rugged design and suitability of purpose for which the Moto-Meterâ„¢ was constructed."
Hey WM.. can you at least throw us a bone on success of the v-build? When do you expect a product ready to sell??
I think anything under .20 is a good buy so I will keep my fingers crossed for you too.
This highly anticipated news release should have been written and waiting to publish as soon as they were clear to talk about what they have accomplished over the last 6 months.

Unless I'm missing something it looks like 27,000,000 shares are now available to sell by the selling security holders Redwood LLC and Dominion Capital LLC and their purchase price was .0001.
It was definitely an interesting Thanksgiving. We got hit by a tropical storm the day before and I think we lost power 8 times over the next 3 days. We rented a tree house in the jungle and I was convinced the roof was going to fly off the first night. Between the rain and the wind it was the loudest thing I've ever heard. Our tree house also had no windows so... yea. Never had an experience quite like that before.
That's probably an average day in the Philippines right now so I'm really not complaining :)
Hey, if I have to start selling these things to get the ball rolling I am more than happy to!
When I was in Roatan over Thanksgiving none of the taxis had meters it was always cash and every time it was a different price. They told me it was a higher price at night vs during the day, sometimes one fare with my girlfriend and I both was charged and others they told us we each had to pay the same amount. I was so frustrated that after the 3rd day I just rented a car for the rest of our trip.
To Sujitta's point this industry is a cash business and operates like a mafia. I'm sure change is not always welcome in cash businesses however if the State sees a tax advantage regulation would be in order.
I would imagine issues like these have played a role in the Moto Meter roll out.
Sujitta I know you're pretty knowledgable with sec rules, regs, trading, etc. but my understanding of this is principals are restricted from purchasing or selling during quiet periods related to IPO's. There are different rules for different types of quiet periods, correct? Isn't it largely up to a company's own comfort level with disclosing info during this type of quiet period?
My take on Lisa's purchase is she's a minority owner increasing her holdings while the shares are priced at a great buy. If you read the latest 10q it listed about 30K in loans the company obtained recently. I think that says a lot about where the principals are at financially and also their belief in what they have to offer when they're still making stock purchases even if it's only $2K at a time.
Lisa Ziomkowski just purchased another 100K shares

Outsourcing mass production was the comment I picked up on.
This verbiage is from the latest 10Q dated 11/19
"The Moto-Meter is in the verification build stage and has been initially introduced to motorcycle taxi-operators in Thailand, and we anticipate expanding to Indonesia, Vietnam during the first quarter 2015 and in Brazil within the next 12 months. We will be outsourcing mass production for the Moto-Meter to a third party manufacturer in the coming weeks."
Anyone selling right now is selling at a loss. Let's see if December brings us some good news.
