Yep! I know...Ha Ha!
So you don't over think that valuable post of the day, I was simply telling him yes and I gave my obvious reason why. I said I think it hit rock bottom and won't go back down this afternoon because the market is closed tomorrow.
(I think what did it was once people realised that tomorrow's a holiday and the market is closed, the pps went up right away like I figured it would).
I was just thinking...it hit rock bottom for today and for the rest of the week...too many unknowns and with the market closed tomorrow, it's like a Friday afternoon right now and they have all weekend to get news ready, if they want to. Each day closer to what we been waiting to hear and that is the financing (which uses the valuation). Could be multiple PRs out anytime. imo
Better grab those cheap .013's while they last...Monday theres a good chance for a pop with or without news IMO; even after this afternoons pop since THE MARKET IS CLOSED TOMORROW!!!
HI! Friday is a Holiday and the Market is closed. Not pumping here..but I suggest iF you want some .012's, better jump on the bus now. lol
Even gotcha some great DD on it:

You call this a dip? lol
Tomorrow could be a wild ride - meaning extremely volatile.
Based on the last several days, I wonder what it's going to do tommorrow? Let me put a "gee" in there:
"Gee! I wonder what it's going to do tomorrow?"
LOL Let's hope so.. $MMEX
Big surprise! They keep walking it down....003 to .004 daily. (I hope those with any gains left can hold on). $MMEX$
Yeah, for about two weeks now. GLTY

Hanks told the Business Journal that California-based firm Doty Scott Enterprises Inc. is handling the valuation in a process that could be completed in about two weeks*. If approved, Hanks said Maple could own from 60 to more than 80 percent of MMEX.
My take on why the 5.5B shares were waived is because it was expected that the pps would climb to a nickel very easily at the time that 2nd tranche of shares were waived. MMEX Resources was able to obtain assets much faster from Maple since the shares were worth more upon their recent sale. It was a win win. $MMEX IMO
I'm in today.
Testing .018? more like testing my patience. $MMEX
Boring!.....today is boring; so far anyway.
Maple sold assets to pay off its debt.
MMEX gave shares as payment. MMEX cashed the first tranche, or portion of shares to pay its private debt. The second tranche of shares and the largest was waived, probably because they saw how quickly we got to .05. Its still looking better with caution applied as we are in OTC Pink.imo
bigger buys coming in now...going much higher very soon
Here we GO! $MMEX

See in (red lettering) MMEX's main reason for this valuation imo:

25 Reasons a Business Owner may Need a Business Valuation
October 1, 2015 •
There are many reasons why a business owner or individual may need to know the value of a business. The typical standard of value utilized is fair market value. The fair market value standard consists of an independent buyer and seller having the requisite knowledge and facts, not under any undue influence or stressors and having access to all of the information to make an informed decision.
Below are 25 common reasons that a business owner or individual may need a business valuation:
*To set a basis of value for a business when no valuation has been previously performed.
*To understand the value (worth) of the business.
*To set a base line value for the business and develop a strategy to improve the profitability of the business and increase the value of the business for an exit strategy.
*To evaluate an offer and negotiate a strategic sale of a business.
*To determine the annual per share value of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
*For exit strategy planning purposes.
*To value a portfolio of IP – patents, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary processes, etc.
*To justify the per share equity value in a company for annual shareholder meetings.
*To identify weaknesses in a business to refocus the operational efforts to improve profitability and the bottom line.
*For shareholder or partnership disputes.
*For shareholder or partnership investments or buyouts.
*To determine the potential built-in-capital-gains tax in a conversion from a C-Corporation to an S-Corporation.
For buy-sell purposes and funding the agreement.
*To obtain bank financing or alternative investment.
*For financial reporting purposes – to allocate the purchase price to appropriate equity classes and determine if there is any goodwill impairment.
*To allocate the purchase price after an acquisition of a business.
*For estate tax reporting purposes of a decedent.
*For gift tax planning purposes – transferring an interest to family members, donation to a charity, transfer to an intentionally defective grantor’s trust, etc.
*To determine the value of the assets in a marital dissolution action.
*To value stock options, restricted stock or phantom stock plans that a Company has in place to comply with IRC 409A.
*To value a business for a business bankruptcy.
*To determine the IP value in a business.
*For litigation support purposes, to determine economic damages, lost profits, uncover fraud or value of a business in a shareholder or partnership dispute, IP damage from infringement or section 2000 minority shareholder action.
*To determine the intrinsic value of a business and assess whether it is different from the fair market value of the business.
*To identify whether the business is growing, stagnant or declining in value to restructure the business.
This list is not exhaustive. There are many other reasons that a business valuation may be needed.
A business valuation is a complex financial analysis that should be undertaken by a qualified valuation professional with the appropriate credentials. Business owners who seek a low cost business valuation are seriously missing out on the important benefits received from a comprehensive valuation analysis and valuation report performed by a certified valuation expert. These benefits help business owners negotiate a strategic sale of their business, minimize the financial risk of a business owner in a litigation matter, minimize the potential tax that a business owner or estate may pay in gift or estate tax situation as well as provide defense in an audit situation.

Upon state-of-the-art MMEX refinery financing confirmation we sail to dimes - company and shorters permitting. IMO. (Note: The valuation was completed and is being used by the financiers to have something to base their investment upon). The valuation will also help establish the next upward pps level. I welcome the rumored Q&A report. $MMEX$
What a close! $MMEX$
Need news...pps hops until then.
It's anyone's game until news. Lot's of things going on getting done. imo
This will bounce between .01 and .03 until the next big news is released.
This is a great question which I've been meaning to ask the board myself: if anyone else has ever experienced a company valuation and how did it play out? The valuation is used to obtain financing. It shows the people putting up money what the company will be worth once assets are transfered from Maple Resources, which shares were given in exchange for the assets. The valuation also includes revenue after the refinery is outputting 50k barrels/day, or at least a percentage thereof. The valuation may or may not be put out, but what I am looking for is that MMEX gets the financing it needs to get this going. If they include the valuation then we can estimate better what the pps will be as st*rvc had in his valuation in the ibox (not sure if it's still there but he said $1.16; others went from .14 to .58 before 5.5 billion shares were waived in the second tranche in the 8k that made the stock soar over a nickel. The after affect of this was most likely Maple Resources selling at the high (.05 to .03 imo) those shares, plus shorters and panic sellers that followed. Imo (do your own DD before trading). GLTY
There are successful, reputable companies putting their reputation on the line doing business with MMEX...here is an important link below. Also, we do not think that Jack would give this much press to this as each Q&A is more and more incriminating as he moves forward. Right now there is nothing stopping this as far as the Town Council, the Mayor, etc. are all on board plus EPA regs were relaxed making permits in the Permian Basin much easier. Also, his own daughter works for MMEX and would not risk involving her in a scam. There is more DD proving this isn't a scam than there is proving that it is one. The problem is we are in OTC Pink and that increases the risk.

Refining oil and pumping it are two different things...no? Other oil wells can come to get their oil refined and will pay to have it done; up to 50,000 barrels perday. So drilling does not even have to take place, but refining definitely will take place. IMO
MMEX owns only .25 acres of land! WTH?
Just kidding; I mean 250 acres; that's why we should check everything ....twice.

The link does not save well once you reach your destination, you have to enter in the name...it shows land ownership with $0.00 taxes owed, so it's up to date on taxes.
What matters is not what they paid for the 250 acres, but the present value of $50 to $60k per acre. Plus the valuation (if we ever get to see it) will include an additional 250 acres (of buffer land) for a total of 500 acres of land, which will be worth about $28 million per my estimate (based on an average of $55k per acre).
Volcano, if you were sitting on a PR that could rock the pink sheets and your sister company is selling billions of shares you just gave it, and you knew you were (indirectly favouring at the moment) part of the shark shorting bashing frezy...how low would you bring the pps (before you released that PR), so that same sister company that just sold (dumped) all those shares, could buy back in as low as possible - before you released the news (or not depending on suspicion)? How low of a price would you wish your "other" company to have? All IMO
If I learned anything in the past couple of days is possibly this...a pullback was imminent after the last rally, the first Tranche was unloaded using ARSX, the valuation was a carrot on a stick to keep pps afloat with bagholders, but is still coming probably (by) next Friday or sooner.
Still not sure though.
That's great! After a good screwing by ARSE & company, we get a free trip to the moon. That's just great!
Good! Now they can film with expertise the building of the refinery.
Who gives a damn about what shorts have to be covered?...since when now is in the trips. What a load of dung!
Look at it go up now..POS MMs!
I've seen it before, but this is not right...just curious what the authorities think about it. Enough is enough here.
