How do you think the will get the inventory to the Distributers thru a garage? Remember they put the items together than ship. Sequence should be larger facility, sign distributers get mass inventory to supply them. Were talking thousands of kits and filters.
edawgy, have you bought SFIO thru Fidelity?
Mine was June 21st #749 not shipped yet
If you have read earlier I'm awaiting mine to be shipped. I'm not knocking it I'm wondering why everyone else are, when a lot of the posters were earlier saying how good it was. You need to read the history of peoples posts before you tell them to move on, I have been very positive about the stock
What's going on, for the last 2 weeks everyone was saying what a good product it was now all of a sudden its junk??
Yes Fluffy I agree good review (unfortunately I'm still waiting mine). Hopefully this is due to SFIO demanding inventory from their Germany and China manufactures. As we know in any product ramp-up there will be a certain percentage of failures (which you want minimal) and hopefully in time this is corrected.
I just got of work sorry for all the posts, I wanted to throw something out there to the thread. You would think SFIO has been working on Distribution deals the last few years awaiting the FDA's decision on how they would regulate Ecigs. With that in mind the last PR said they were working Distribution deals and are awaiting approval. When contracts come down to the nitty gritty, the last minute details can take some time. Also they said they are awaiting permission to release the Distribution companies names. The deals may be done and this is the sticky point, who knows. The good thing is if they announce deals then this means major distribution for SFIO, and they have to have the inventory to satisfy the Distribution Channels. They also have to be able to Market their product, unfortunately the website right now is word of mouth (mostly from sites like this). This is really what we want SFIO to get correct, and I guarantee SFIO will have a name for itself and the rest will take care of itself. Sorry for the long post ... you don't know how long this took me to type as I'm a 2 fingered pecker. Good Luck to as all!!
Workin I agree the next PR's have to have some meat on the bone to move the PPS. Just saying they have moved and have more inventory will not do it .... same old story. I believe this penny needs to be recognized by NYSE & Nasdaq buyers who don't normally buy pennies but like the story. I myself was turned on to this stock thru Jammin Java that I seen on Yahoo Finance. I checked out there message board and SFIO was mentioned. After doing some DD I bought SFIO because of their story. Just my opinion but I'm sticking with it..Ha-Ha. Still waiting shipment
I ordered Tuesday it says still in fullfillment, hope I get extra filters as some here have said.
It doesn't matter what a chart says there is no penny stock that is a safe bet even SFIO. A penny stock is gambling not investing because so many of them can't make it. Do I think SFIO can make it well I'm gambling on it. Do they have the money to back them, who knows I can't find anything about a financial source, can anyone else. The only PR I seen was for $400K a few years back. Everyone says there moving to a bigger place, okay does that mean from a garage to a pole barn, again nobody knows. How many employees does SFIO have, can they handle a major distribution channel. Until you know the answers to these questions you are gambling. IMO
SFIO safest place ........ man what else do you invest in if this is the safest??
Yeah..... I knew you weren't illiterate
Malvern I agree with you but Brother you need to spell check!!
This is excerpt from SFIO's news wire.
LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - 04/26/11) - Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (Pinksheets:SFIO - News), an established international distributor of e-cigarettes (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.realsmokefree.com), echoed the good news today through its President and CEO Thomas Schroepfer, that "The Food and Drug Administration said Monday it plans to regulate smokeless electronic cigarettes as tobacco products and won't try to regulate them under stricter rules for drug-delivery devices. The federal agency said in a letter to stakeholders Monday that it intends to propose rule changes to treat e-cigarettes the same as traditional cigarettes and other tobacco products. The news is considered a victory for makers and distributors of the devices, which continue to gain popularity worldwide." (http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110425/ap_on_bi_ge/us_fda_electronic_cigarettes_3)
On the advice of its attorneys in Washington, D.C., Smokefree has refrained from marketing its REAL e-cigarette in the United States pending such a pronouncement by the FDA, and now feels vindicated in its approach to be among only a few companies that have maintained full compliance with FDA regulations and directives, as it does around the world where its products are marketed.
Yes I agree, it would be THC instead of nicotine which would definetly be controlled different than tobacco. IMHO
I agree with you a distribution PR could get this moving, it sure has been basing here for awhile. It did drop to 2.5 (very short time) and then came back to 3.5 to 4ish. With 545 million shares outstanding and ~ 345 million float it will take high volume days to get this moving. Look what it did in mid May with those 85 mil to 120 mil volume days. Unfortunately not enough momentum at that time to substain rise. We need adequate news that this company isn't a fly by night penny (which I truly believe) so the short term gainers want to go long. I also here a lot on the thread about the SHORTS, you would think they would cover because I can't believe there is much down share price from here, and a major upside going forward. Just my 2 cents
Maybe I'm wrong here but I don't think they went for FDA approval, I think they were waiting to see how the FDA was going to regulate ecigs as nicotine delivery devices or as tobacco. Tobacco won out.
I agree they do want the "true Marj." feeling but the FDA could step in and say all Medicinal Marijuana must be smokeless. Would then bold well for SFIO
Does anyone worry about what kind of operating cash SFIO has on hand. When I went through their past PR's I only remember one PR saying they got like a $400,000 credit line. This is nothing trying to launch a product like this. Any info on the bottom line??
Agreeded just getting itchy I guess
I agree, isn't it Whalen that is also Vice President of EBS worldwide distributers, and Tammy Dunn has distributer connections. This has to be why their with the company ... so lets getter done

cj I believe you took the below excerpt from the Public Relations tab on their website, which probaly hasn't been updated since 2009. If you look at the tab "Product Launch" just above it you can tell it was written in 2009. I'm not saying your wrong just I'm not sure if it is updated.
It is right on their website!
SFIO plans to start targeted PR actions at least one month prior to the hard launch of the product. These actions will be coordinated by the SFI Marketing Department together with the local distributor.

The HARD LAUNCH... I like the sound of that. I am licking my chops!!
Hello Everyone, I have been reading posts on this site for a couple weeks now and figured it is time to join. You really have a good forum here, and I hope I can contribute from time to time. I do have a question for the board on the excerpt from the latest PR.
"Mr. Roth further stated, "Meanwhile, SFIO management has been busy travelling and meeting with representative of international companies to arrange joint distribution of other SFIO products on a world wide basis, to bring to bear additional manpower and financial resources to augment SFIO's existing efforts in Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Further announcements will be made as contracts are executed and permission obtained to use the names of our new venture partners in press releases."
I noticed this said International distribution but nothing about domestic (USA) distribution. Do you think they just wrapped everything in the word International?
Thanks,
