What is Markle's latest motion and when will it be heard?
Welcome to the board, "Drago2." I'll bet you'd like a change now that we are on a roll.
To those who sold at .03 - 0.4:

Awesome candle today.

Reuters is consistently dog dirt in both financial and political news. Many cal it "Al Jareuters."
Disagree. A week ago a $180 sale dropped the stock to 3 cents. The PPS is just too volatile to be a good indicator of value. CLYW's hiring a huge lawfirm (presumably on contingency) that specializes on protecting patents IS a good indicator of what is likely to happen.
"...We do this by devising thorough, forward thinking protective measures that account for and anticipate the demands of domestic and international markets."
WOO-HOO!
This is WONDERFUL news.
"About this office:
Buchalter Nemer has been a part of the California business community for 60 plus years. With some 170 attorneys resident in offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County and Scottsdale, it offers the depth of experience and talent necessary to anticipate and respond to the needs of a fast-paced business climate. The firm's professionals provide a range of legal services across an array of industries, in local, regional, national and international venues."
No one hires such a firm unless they have enough money to see the case to successful completion or the firm is working on a contingency basis because they believe they will win.
Again, super news and may explain some of Markle's recent filings.
I don't think this matters. This is a jury trial. Are pre-trial actions admissable in the trial?
The owners (us) are like people standing on the sidewalk trying to watch a construction project through the wooden fence, with the windows small and six feet above the sidewalk. Jump, peek, get small glimpse, fall back to the sidewalk. Markle has been described as experienced, skillful, honest, dogged. Daic has been described as a career con man. Courts are generally impersonal and interested only in clearing cases. I don't see a conspiracy here; I see business as usual in such a situation. That the BOD has kept us owners completely in the dark may mean they are working this as hard as they can, or that they are scrambling to get as much as they can for themselves while abandoning us. I remain optimistic. A CLYW long really means LONG. The pps is meaningless under these conditions when a $ 180 sale can drop the price to 3 cents. Watching this case is like watching a military aircraft ditching drill. All elbows and assho***. Keep the faith. And don't forget that damages awarded by the court begin accruing interest from the moment the case is filed. The rate here in MA is 12% per year.
Fine. You have been banished to my Phantom Zone. Buh-bye.
Didn't you formerly post as raptuos? Get a life.
This is a good lesson for all. The CLYW pps at this time is MEANINGLESS. What matters is what happens in court/settlement. Once the pps gets above several dollars, then it will mean something.
6K shares out of 200M? 3/1000 of one percent?
How is this possible unless the pps is being manipulated?
Unless you believe that Markle is secretly working against CLYW, his decision to drop a motion can be seen only in a positive light. I don't think he is working against CLYW. This stock has entered the world of science fiction. It may come true, it may not. I have faith.
Thanks. Who are they?
Someone just bought 700 shares for $48.30. We have an unofficial "secret message" code for from 100 to 500 shares. Can someone supply such a code for 600-1000 shares? Thanks!
Source of the report?
The thrashing about in CLYW stock yesterday-today strongly suggests that some owners are hearing about a deal-no deal on an almost daily basis, whether based in fact or not.
Courts, courts, courts... would you believe a friend had to wait seven years for his day in civil court after initial filing here in Massachusetts? So many delays, postponements and "no courtroom available"? It seems there is mendacity at work, when most times, it's just the inefficiency of the system.
I own my shares. My broker lists them in my account. CLYW stopped paying its transfer agency fees (no money). That means the shares may not be transferred from one registered broker to another but they can be sold by the owner. The transfer fees involve verifying that your number of CLYW shares and you, the owner, are legitimate, as I understand it. It's a type of insurance.
I've been looking through my B-school references to find a case similar to this one. Can't find one. One way or another, BOD's got some splainin' to do.

I hope you are recovering.
Let me get this straight. The trial has been postponed again because they are redecorating the assigned jury room? Where's Markle?
Reasonable answer, thanks. My general problem with Daic is that you can substitute his name for almost every subject on "American Greed" and not have to change much.

"In my mind there's only one reasonable explanation: this case is over. "
Perhaps. But if this is the case, why did Daic let the court date happen in December?
*sigh*
Another delay by Daic.
And don't forget Texoga and Armored Technologies and Boston Dtox/ Detox International! We have the makings of a fairly large Screwed by DE Wine Club here! I wonder what they're up to these days. Boston Dtox/Wine was turned-over to the SEC a few years ago but I am unaware of anything coming of it.
>>Has anyone here invested in another stock with the same kinda drama that this one has displayed over the years?
Yeah. Gridline Communications and Biofuels Power. One is running in England but still hasn't started trading, and the other is a penny stock on life support.
Previously noted; this judge gives every indication of being in the tank for Daic. Then refused to allow a change of location for the trial. But it's a jury trial, so the worst Daic's judge can do is perhaps give biased jury instructions. Instant cause for appeal.
Not really. The Dem-lead agency has forced large carriers to let smaller carriers use their network. Another loss of the rights of the larger corporations for purposes of "social justice."
Never mind. My mistake. They changed the scale.
On THIS page it shows .01.
Yeah. Graph on this web page incorrectly indicates pps of .01.
Why is the reported stock price not working?
Thank you. But it is the BOD's absolute responsibility to nip any conflicts of interest in the bud. Their silence on this matter means they see no conflict, have facts to which we owners are not privileged, or they are not doing their job. In the few civil cases of which I am aware, there was no such 100% anti-plaintiff record going into trial.
Better yet, who has BOD contact information? This should be a top concern to them. Their apparent weakness in pursuing this matter is troubling.
