I agree. They will get to IMGG when their number comes up. As far a a date I wouldnt dare make a guess. Anything can happen. Didnt the last submission run past the # day guidline? Could be June and more question who knows?
I think the FDA approval will be anounced while the Market is closed if Dean follows his past pattern. All announcments of any kind have been while the market was closed. IMHO

Short Intrest for Friday: still droping

Yesterdays short intrest went down.
Yes you missed it.Scroll down to post 14333. Someone's posting it daily.
Thank you
The post mentioned if the stock was purchased at the ask it counted as a buy. If the seller dropped to the bid it was counted as a sell?
Quick question? I read a post here several weeks ago on BUYS vs SELLS ratio and how it was caculated for the day on a stock. I have searched profiles, and nearly 500 post back and can not find it. Does any one recall the post number. It was the best explanation I have ever read. I would like to share it with investors on another board. Thanks in advance.
Joe, can we see the FDA posting or is internal?
Don't forget there were still 752705 Short shares yesterday at close. The MM could be attempting to gain as much profit on these as possible before the run upwards.
I have read this board for some time now. Someone posted this link on another board and I thought it may be helpful to the ANYT board.
http://www.finra.org/Industry/Compliance/MarketTransparency/ADF/RegulationSHO/
Open link and click on Daily Short Sale Volumein blue text. Then click on the date listed on ORF this is where ANYT will be listed. Just scroll down until you see ANYT.
Hope this helps.
Thank you P4P that has some great info! Didnt know that site exsited.
P4P can you post a link for that report?
I just clicked on your profile. Your last 4-5 post say the exact same thing on different boards? whats up with that?
Thanks for the chart update madtig6, Good to see you back!

If the news will come or not?
I don't know, but the Shorts believe it will: They covered all Shorts today: well most! I give it until 0600 ZULU time. Google it if your not familiar with it? If you have no hits? Then get your ABACUS out!
Press release hits tonight and in the news by pre market: Activity will be ramping up from today! I think Wednesday will be our best day for volume. Dollar a share will come soon! IMO
P4P & Joe
I think th majority of the shorts were covered at 2.3 mil volume today. All but UBSS and they had a few left on the table. I noticed the Buy Ask tightened up alot and we moved above .785.
Joe I agree but the MMs have more control over the PPS a than the CEO and shareholders right now. I think that will soon change! Very unlikely the MM will get what he deserves! I suspect they are riding free on many million shares at this point in the game.
The 1.9 mil short bet was just a hedge imo.
Market Maker filling orders @ or above 78.5 and buying to cover below. We just dont know how many of each they hold. I think NITE and ETrade are the two largest MMs for IMGG. They can clean this up in short order with a little volume. Now if alot of Volume comes in like a 5 to 9 millon share day they will have trouble covering imo.
Looks like the MM is covering his Short plays. He is purchasing anything below 78.5. He will not let this run higher until he has his shares!

Great volume over 1 million shares traded in less than an Hour!
Admiral 38 As I understand it we don't have a board of Directors. IMGG had a shareholder meeting scheduled to vote on this and additional shares. The SEC put a stop to the meeting and vote due to proper paper work not being filed on time. Dean stated the attorneys basically dropped the ball as I recall.

Go here for Short intrest.
Tick Tock Tick is where were at. Its a waiting game now. I would be very surprised if we got a response from the FDA within the 30 days after re-submission. They tend to look at the time frame for submitters not responders! We have all experienced this in the past. I expect no less this time. Time will tell, I have placed my bets as such!

I agree with both of these post below. If the complete package is not submitted by April 5, 2010. I can not imagine where the bottom will be for IMGG! Most of the confidence in Dean Janes will be lost at that point if this occurs. I think most investors feel this is The last Bull ride in the Rodeo!
Quote from Kimble 1 thus the bet.....package sent BLACKJACK!! package not sent BUST
simple as that
i feel we will get it done..
Quote from Joe Barrie
1. It's sent in before the 5th and Deano comes out smelling like a rose because his credibility will atleast show up on the scale. The positive thing is that the Radiologist review is complete and approval might finally come. This will atleast give his new venture a shot in the arm even with Brian's scarred past.
2. We have no re-submission and regardless of an extension we are pretty much finished. Deanos credibility will be in HELL.
again I think he's got it done and we might even see it earlier than the 5th.

Joe
Yes, submittal will run the PPS up if its on time or earlier! This is a no Brainier as I stated before. This will or can be the time most can sell and make a substantial profit! Lots of sellers will partake in this moment!
Then there are those that will let some shares ride on a gamble? If IMGG receives FDA approval, they will pole vault over the top. Its up to the investor how they play there shares.
Each is dealt their own hand. Not Los Vegas yet, but I guess its the same thing. Just a different arena.
Kimble 1
Package sent, we get over $1.00 a share. FDA approval the market will name the price. Kimble you bailing on the packet submittal? I cant say I blame you, my friends plan to do the same. I intend to let some ride. I believe this can go above what ever offer has been made. Pure speculation imo!
T Janks
I saw the 4 and the 4A SEC filings before I made my post. Did you check your notes? I would like to here what you have to say. As I stated in my previous post the SEC filing did not disclose any viable information/ nor have the CC calls addressed this matter in full. Personal Loan is all that I can find on record.
Kimble 1 & Joe Barrie
I feel your worries are justified. If IMMG needs another extension your PPS are very accurate!Kimble I would like to share some thoughts with you from my group of 5 that are investors and all own IMGG. We all listened to the last CC and the others also.
We asked ourselfs why was the CC even done? Our conclusion was 1. If there is an offer on the table what would the PPS be? 2. If the packet was submitted prior to the CC where would the PPS be $1.00 this was a no brainier? 3. If the market ran the PPS past the offer, would they still purchase the company at market price? 4. Does Dean want to produce these machines, NO. 5. Is it possible that Dean may be attempting to keep the PPS within the offer level? 6.Did we get an introduction to Deans new partner on IMGG dime? We all have reservations about his new found friend/business partner?
I assure you we are not $600.00 investors. I personally have well over a $10,000.00 investment in IMGG. My friends have similar investments. We purchased well prior to the run up in PPS. I have to be honest here. Half of my group wants to sell because of the reasons stated above. They are nervious as well! With good reason.
Just our opinion as a group of investors.
JoeB, I have to agree with your post. There has been BIAS on this forum for some time now.
This post is addressed to Kimble 1 and Joe Barrie.
Any one know what personal debt that Dean had. He sold 2600000 shares @ .71 or $1,858,714.00 On Feb. 22 2010. Is this debt related to IMGG? All the filing states is personal debt. It does not state who was paid the funds.
Kimble 1
I have giving you several days to respond to post 11933 to no avail.??? are you avoiding the question?
I must ask this question in public now. Are you an insider? This is a yes or no question.
Thank you Ibust for your responce in post 11037 but it was not addressed to you. We all enjoy your comic opinion. You are truly one of a kind. It takes all kinds of caricatures to make a forum! You just add to the joy. Every forum needs one just like you to keep it light hearted. Keep up the good work. ;)
I'm more than willing to listen. Would you please share the information you have?
The offer if there is one, could be a trade for stock of the purchasing company or a combination of cash and stock. That would be step 1 of a lengthy process. From the M&As I have seen in the past it is not uncommon to take 6 months.
I dont have a set price. The market will tell us the price. I made the previous post because I dont think the sale can be accomplished in weeks much less days due to all the paper work and having the vote. The SEC would have to approve also. We did not have the last shareholder meeting because the SEC was not notified in a timely manner.
On The Sale of IMGG
There would have to be a shareholder vote on this. SEC has rules on how this would be done. Remember this is a public company.
Look at post 11728
I agree Ibust. I will also be very disappointed if they have not made the submission and all is not in the FDAs hands. Lets hope NITE & ETMM are not disappointed as well. They can take the PPS back down to .32 when they were disappointed the last time. These are the 2 major Market Makers for IMGG.
I'm interested in what Dean Jane's has to say about the radiologist review. Just my opine here but, I suspect there will be little information about what the radiologist portion of the resubmittal revealed? I hope I'm wrong, and he makes public "Best Case" the radiologist Report. This is where my concerns lie with this speculation stock IMO at this time.
