Don't go off the road looking at your phone or whatever.
Stay focused on the driving - LOL - hard to do eh.
It tells me that KMAG had a phenomenal Q-1 and is flush with cash. Would not risk his future growth prospects and leave himself cash poor. Also tells me future quarters are already showing strength.
Man this guy knows what he is doing.
Sunrise, we have waited a long time for this run. Looks like there is some momentum building here and this could get very interesting in the short term.
I'm on board the train. Don't want to be left behind when this begins to pick up speed.
I know - but I read faster than you - LOL.
Hey M - yes I think this is going to be a great long term stock. Patience needed, but all the elements are taking shape. I trade fundamentaks not technicals. I am in for long term not flips etc. This one could be the real deal.
Let it be written, let it be done - Go KMAG - Goodspeed needin some love on the cash side.
Good, all that is true - one wild card would be a blow out Qtr in rev / profit with a PR on an ongoing rev stream from large retailer(s) to propel rev further. Then a dime is low.
After all this time no one will be getting my shares cheap. They are not available for a while.
Paul the only way to do this is to do your own DD. It's not fair to ask opinions since you will get pro and con. You need to make the determination on your own.
I own, so I believe, You are on your own for the decision.
Thoughts:
Dixon left KMAG before due to the medical issues with Jeff.
He needed a landing spot and cont'd to work in the RFID field.
He waited for the right time to join back up with Jeff.
I believe they discussed reuniting on numerous occasions during Jeff's recovery.
Dixon brings instant credibility to the team.
He has a following of loyal supporters - all good managers do.
These folks are both business and investment types.
He will bring in business. He will increase the breadth of reach. He will deliver technology, providers and customers.
Only time will tell, but I can see a very rapid expansion here.
Hold'em. IMO Only.
To be honest, the price is absurd.
I know this:
Fundamentals are good
Reid is not diluting - said it publically many times
No debt
Increasing Rev, profitability and Cash flow
Experienced Management team being assembled
Killer product - state of the art
Patents to back it up
AND MOST IMPORTANT - Fills a market need
Forget about the the PPS at this point - everyone trying to figure out what the others are doing is not relevant.
The performance will speak for itself and this will move on momentum alone and we will move out of Pennyland into another exchange where shenanigans aren't allowed.
Hold em - tight. Don't panic.
I think Mr Reid saw what was happening and decided to do a toe dance on the MM's head.
Nice.
He is not done. He has a lot of ammo left in his bag.
tt, annual sales run rate is more like $3.6M and after Q-1 release more like $5-6 mill, could be more.
Revenue is increasing very quickly. Any new contracts will bring this to an annual of $10-12 Million.
I think your numbers are somewhat misleading.
Jamie, I am with you bro. Have ridden down way too many of these pretenders. KMAG is no pretender and I am riding this all the way to the sunset.
Great post man, great post. My sentiments exactly.
Agreed - Jeff has more to say.
Don't I know it. Now if that other POS would do the same, golden man.
M - my thanks to you.
Due, I have the same feeling. I think he was being a little coy. He knows what is in the house. Waiting for the right timing for a well placed PR.
Fins late PM or after the bell - ready for tomorrow trading.
A previous poster wrote that based on all of the news the past few months that Rev from announced contracts would yield about $23M in overall rev, not counting the recent $4M. Assuming all that information is accurate, a $27M rev run rate @ 20% EBIDTA and 20 times earning calc (market today is about 38 times), we have $.18 per share - 30 times = $.27.
Maybe won't get there until Q-3 or Q-4 this year, but the potential here is obvious.
One LARGE contract - and forgedda bout it.
Ceeker better you than me. We need moisture, but I hate snow even though I live in the NE. Be careful.
Always. That steak is riding on it, so you better hope I am right - lol.
Penny, number is very conservative. I make it closer to 8-12 cents.
$50M rev run rate yields $.33 - $.50 per share.
due, if we are lucky, the market will do it for us -lol.
due, better calc. $4mil @ 20 EBITA = 800K / 600milliin = .001333 x 10/20/30 times earnings. Price is 1.3 - 3.9 cents per share for THIS CONTRACT ONLY.
Due, 10 times multiple is on earnings. For rev it's lower, around 2-3 times. Right idea though.
Works for me. That is the way I did it a while back. Love when the competition looks at a PR and says "What do they have that I need" or "What do they know that I need to know".
Works everytime.
It would be great to get approval from the "East Coast" vendor to put their name in the PR. Then things really would go viral. Competitors would be knocking down the door. Providing it wasn't exclusive to just them. Said it was "unique" solution, but could make changes for others.
I am not a technical trader. I consider myself a fundamentals trader. I look at fundamentals for buy and hold long term strategy. I don't generally go in and out, flip or do short term trading.
So in KMAG’s case:
Do they have a product or technology – Check
Experienced management – check - and adding experienced industry types.
IS the tech needed – check
Is the tech state of the art – check
Is the company growing – check
Is the balance sheet in good shape – check
Are they predictable – check.
Yeah, I am not selling 1 share. Bought an additional 625K yesterday. If I could I would buy more.
Picked up another 600K at .0181 - 0186.
This drop was a prayer answered. Fully loaded now.
Utamaro, you lucky dog. I have mine done as well but I am not as lucky as you in terms of ave cost. My speech is probably like yours in terms of telling it like it is, eh. I keep on buying, and looking to at least stock the 401K to get it back to where it was a few years back.
Like you, I will hold as long as i can.
GLTUA.
Go KMAG.
Agreed. Trying to pick up some early this AM. Let's see where we start off.
Your right. Have a client in fresh produce. He starts early - real early. LOL.
Go KMAG.
Hey smitter, do you sleep or just cat nap on the couch for 20 minutes at a time?
Up early I see.
Smitter, I have 3 daughters. Paid college for all three and two weddings. One to go. I need KMAG to be my bank roll for #3. LOL - we more mature folks still need the run to back fill our past cash outflow.
Yes, PR tomorrow.
Lucky dog. Hope you had a bundle.
