Thank you! Very good post. I agree that the only way we get answers - through the finacials. Actions (numbers) speak louder than words.
Thanks, man! You always on top of these issues. Think DKAM has steam in its pipes? Waiting for "Mexcore quarter"?
Where is 10-Q? or at least NT 10-Q? Am I missing something?
And that's how it's suppose to be! The whole idea of DKAM's portfolio is to be associated with a certain celerity, thus increasing demand without incurring huge promotion and advertising expenses. Let Donald Trump advertise his own product.
If they reach 500M A/S it's a standard procedure after that: authorize more :) Once they over 1-2B they could do R/S 100:1. Usually real (not phantom) companies do R/S to bring the price us to appeal to serious investors. Phantom companies do R/S to start the process of printing shares all over again. But I don't even want to think DKAM will be like that. I hope this madness stops soon as they trim their expenses and get cash infusion from Mexcor. Unfortunately we'll have to wait another 3 months to see the new numbers.
LOL dude You should raise your red flag point to at least 300-330M. It's already at ~ 250M and counting. Drinks need money from JV ASAP. Any update on how the sales are going would be great. I don't know, but I noticed most of Brooklyn liqueur stores carry Olifant as of late. And all of them say nice things about how it sells. But, Jesus Christ, when will we see this in the financials??
O/S: 249,910,684 up 5M from last week and 21.5 M since JV.
God, when does this end?!
I think they still pay bills. Since there is no cash flow at this time and they still need to pay legal and advertising ( LOR Tour) fees etc.
At least they're pushing Olifant hard, which has potential to be huge for the company. Once Olifant increases presence on the shelves and people realize cost/quality of the product - it will be big.
Rilo, what do you want me to ask them? Will there be any shares issued? Or what is the number of O/S as of today? I know the answer on the second question. And PK already gave us answer on the first one during CC. He proved this with 16.5 M in 2 weeks.
Like some poster mentioned I too do not think PPS has much of an upside before DKAM reports growing sales from Mexcor deal, which is June 21st, which is my only hope.
IMO it's not a question. We're on the pace of reaching 500M this year.
Whatever PK says that issuance of stock brings equivalent return to the company maybe true, but at the same time this is the biggest darkest evil for present shareholders. Dilution alone prevented this stock reaching and breaking .05 after all those positive news. It holds the stock under .02 as 16.5 Millions of shares issued within 2! weeks is a no joke for sure. I just hope that there will be positive cash flow from Mexcor soon so PK can stop diluting us to death.
BTW, thank you PKG for the news. Indeed something positive should come out of this meeting. More orders?
Wouldn't it be nice if Rheingold had a successful launch, blew all the sales estimates and Heineken bought DKAM for $1 a share :) Ok, ok I'm waking up :)
Her or keg?
Website is 100 years old. Coming soon, you know.
Dude, I haven't sold a share. I still believe. Want to see next quarter (Mexcor) financials and make my decision afterward.
Bankruptcy. For sure!
I thought with Mexcor PK could give us a break... Looks like it's too much of a temptation to step away from printing press. With this pace we're hitting 500M A/S by the end of the year. And then R/S. Mexcor is our only hope.
O/S: 244,910,684 up 8,036,150 from last week and 16.5M from two weeks ago. This stock will never move (up) if dilution doesn't stop. So sad :( IMO there will be R/S at some point. The question is not IF but WHEN.

This is probably the sexiest picture of TV ever. PK needs to replace one on his site, which is a joke.
Now this is positive sign: http://mexcor.com/co_importers/index.htm
Looks like this JV is MONEY. Now, please, show us numbers! Please...
lol griff100, don't you think it's illogical to sell at .013 when you have a chance to sell at .018? Because if you sell at .013 means you do not believe in company, so why bother holding?
Grr... it moves .05 up on 300K volume and drops .35 on 100K
O/S: 236,874,534 up 8.5M from last week. Yikes.
Haha good one. Good Luck to you as well. Make sure you win a lot, so we can have another 100% day on Monday :)
Another update on their website. If you go to "POS" (now we know it's supposed to be PDF :) You have nice PDFs (download) for Olifant, Damiana, OWR.
wow 500K? that's what I call BUY :)
I'm here till Bud Light err... buyout :)
On a serious note, most DKAM longs would love to see this go to double digits pennies and then maybe $.50 (two years?) because talking dollars is as obscene as watching porn movie in the center of Moscow (http://www.allvoices.com/contributed-news/5049036-moscow-porn-movie-right-in-the-center)
Now this is some Piece of Art:
Drinks Americas Holdings announced that it has entered into a partnership with Domaine Maillard and Francis Abecassis, the maker of Leyrat Cognac, to market the historic estate bottled cognac as part of Drinks Americas' business model and ongoing portfolio expansion.
I'm sorry, but what happened to Leyrat Cognac? Why it's no longer in DKAM's portfolio? Google Finance page states: "The alcoholic products distributed by the Company are Olifant Vodka, Trump Super Premium Vodka, Trump flavored vodka, Old Whiskey River Bourbon, Aguila Tequila, Damiana, Leyrat Cognac." But it's clearly not in DKAM's hands anymore. Sorry if I missed info on this one.
Sky, I'm with you. IMO Drinks will go up, but not because there is little downside left. But because DKAM is on the verge of profitability. I know how shareholders feel after downward spiral from $3 to $.01. But sometimes you forgive. You forgive and move on. Looks like Drinks (PK) came out with best solution possible for this economy. I really hope they can show strong sales in the next (April 31,10) quarter so people no longer judge DKAM by their past but by their future.
Wrong post!
Let's start post JV O/S watch.
02/18/2010: O/S 228,374,534
Finally, I agree with you, boston :)
On all counts.
It's there. It's in PDF format.
...last week a full truckload of Damiana was shipped and orders were placed for the new production of 8,000 cases of Olifant Vodka. Two containers of TSPV are now in production and we are planning to ship between 1,000 and 1,900 cases of OWRB this month...
Quarterly Sales to break even:
X (Sales)
~30% GP x X = 450K
--------------
450K Overhead
--------------
-0-
X (Sales) = $1.5M per Quarter
IMO with Mexcore it's more than realistic. Still I don't expect Drinks to break even in the April 2010 Quarter. Maybe after that.
I remember Kezzek estimated 20M and I think he was right. If you take into consideration ~20%-23% GP and 4-5M overhead it would take ~ 20M to break even.
You are very mistaken :) COGS is COGS. Overhead - salary, rent, utilities, legal, taxes etc.
