Thanks for all this great info Quiver-Full. I've been looking at the website and doing some DD on the company.
I believe I'm going to hold some shares back for a longer position to see what happens in the near future.
I sold some shares at $1.20 to lock in profits. (Should have sold more so I would be riding all freebies!) But then I may buy some back again if it retraces a bit under $1.00.
Nice call on the PPS going up in the last minutes before close!
Can we please get this guy banned if he doesn't show proof to this false news?
Guys like this is what ruins these boards!
You just took the words out of my mouth. I was going to tell him the same thing!
Buy big and profit on a run up!
Good amount of profit taking here. Down to 1.23! Filling that gap too!
It's trying very hard to break that dollar!
I work 3rd shift, and watch the pre-market activity on CNBC.com on my phone. I've noticed that I start seeing activity at 3 am CST on NBG. It's a nice heads up.
Thanks for the news. I suppose it will stay around 2 bucks in anticipation.
Hopefully it does close over $2. I'll definitely be taking some off the table before the weekend!
With an announcement of a new agreement, there will definitely be another run. Given that it's a positive announcement.
I can't access the story on Benzinga, but they have a story out this morning citing renewed talks of the Lion Capitol buyout offer of $1.30/share.
I'm sure that's what has things moving so nicely this morning in pre-market.
Good timing on the comment about trusting the new CEO.
Check out this Forbes story that came out yesterday.

You could also put a (GTC) buy in for a low price and leave it in case it drops to fill the gap.
Personally, I doubt it's going to fill now, unless we get about 2 weeks with absolutely no news, or maybe some bad news. I'm betting it's going to start slowly moving up from here.
For your reading pleasure, and to keep up with the latest!
Out Sunday evening:

This one came out this morning:

As you probably know, the market almost always fills the gaps, but not always. The longer it goes without filling them, the less chance of them getting filled.
Plus, some awesome news comes out, and it's off and running higher again, leaving the unfilled gap behind.
I'm hoping too, so I can buy more shares cheap, but I'm also prepared to buy more shares at the current price if it starts running.
I don't know, but I'm holding some cash and ready for it!
Lots of good news this morning:

So can you give us a hint? Is there a link to this news?
You might want to go a little higher with that call. It's already hit $1.14 pre-market.
Unless definitive news comes out to put an end to buyout talks, it will move higher than $1.17.
The MM's were holding this down yesterday and this morning. I suspect there were some large orders being filled.
It's starting to move pretty nicely now with the volume.
This news will get some of the institutional investors that have stayed away because of Charney interested again. A much better quarterly report in February will really get things moving.
Now we're gonna start moving!
With what? A better PR?
Some gap and rocket ride!? It seems that the engines failed!!
News out this morning.
Terra Tech Gives Update on Nevada Medical Cannabis Initiatives

Yep! And don't forget the re-posting of their favorite posts that they seem to copy and paste daily!
I scan this board daily, but rarely waste my time posting. And yes, I'm holding a small position waiting for a small pop for a small profit!
If you want to invest in this stock so badly, why aren't you buying while it's down a bit? Instead, you're waiting on the word of someone you clearly don't trust to affirm your purchase.
Seems rather odd!
We should get a earnings report here in the next 2 or 3 weeks.
Pretty frustrating, isn't it!? We'll be back to .50 by the end of this week if APP doesn't do something positive and put out news!
I remember that we were supposed to get the news on the Charney investigation mid-August.
They need to show me something good is coming before I buy more. No definitive news for so long is a bit disturbing.
Just holding for now.
Can't find any new news today, but something is certainly up! Nice 6% jump this morning!
I realize you like Dov, and that's fine, but it's a known fact that a lot of large institutional investors won't touch APP because of Dov.
Dov started an excellent business, but he needed to hand over the reigns at CEO and upper management level along time ago.
I wonder if that visit had anything to do with the resignation of John Luttrell, considering he was one of the remaining board members that Bigger was demanding was removed from the board.
Still no news of the final outcome of the Charney investigation! I believe that's what a lot of big investors are waiting for.
Well that clearly wasn't taken as good news!
It looks like a lot of people are following Zack's advise and selling APP. Sure would be nice to hear some definitive news on Charney!
I thought Friday's SEC filing would have brought a little interest. Apparently nothing is going to move much until they make an official announcement on Charney and a new CEO.
The reason I'm holding APP shares is in the hopes that a CEO with the ability to run the company will be put in place. This company could do very well with the right leader.
I agree that Charney started a good company based on very creative designs and the "sweat shop free" commitment! I would think it would be a great idea if he stayed on as creative designer without say over day to day operations. This is what he should have done for the company years ago, before he ran it into the ground.
Dov Charney is a micro-managing maniac. That's the worst way to run a large company. He's brought the company to it's knees. Just look at all the history and read some of the articles out on his management.
Not to mention the insane and disruptive antics of perversion with his employees. If Dov Charney didn't have so much money and influence, he'd probably be in jail by now.
I'm looking for the dip to around mid .90's today, but probably more likely tomorrow. This is very typical after a nice run up. Mostly short term traders taking profits, then the domino effect of the followers seeing it dropping.
I agree with you that it will be moving back up very soon on more news. Plus earnings will be very soon. I hope I don't miss the boat, but I hate buying too high.
I'm thinking more like .90. Less support at the dollar level, but it gets stronger around and above .90. I'm sure 1he 100 DMA will act as support, but I'm betting it falls through that.
I've been watching this since the CEO was named to the American Apparel board. Just itching to buy, and will between .90 and 1.00.
