I didn't see there report but it is a known fact that when Emerging Stock Reports, Stock Preacher releases something its a signal to bail.

Was hoping for $1.50 today but charts showed resistance at 1.25. I sold out at 1.10 on the first dip, 1.22, and 1.23.

BTW, .98 just popped up.......I think 1.01 will be the next stop before profit takers pull their triggers.

$1.30 by tomorrow and possibly $2's if squeeze kicks in.

Have it on my radar but no action as yet. I wouldn't mind getting in late as long as there is action there. I guess it wouldn't hurt to put some small dollars in it and wait for the kickoff.

3 more hrs to get to $1, I say if we close there or above its off to $1.30 - $1.50 tomorrow.

Great momentum for this stock, nice and smooth, doesn't look like the daytraders are here yet. We are obviously under the radar with the low/slow volume. Nice numbers in float,OS and building multi Million dollar contracts.........a great stock to own right now.

lots a buys at .95....must be a strong hold. If we get past that then its blastoff. This .95 will soon turn to support.

I love the price action here....nice and smooth and without the momo players. Once words gets out we will see $2. I am comfortable with my money here.

Why would it mean legal problems if the deal doesn't go thru? All they have to do is say after DD we found it in the best interest of the company to reject the deal.

Thats all then watch for the retrace and repeat. Not saying that is what going to happen but that 1 sentence can take care of any legal issues.

Most here aren't interested in investing THRR or any other pinks for that matter. Even the most die hard fan of THRR will sell out if it his .005. Most wont even wait for .01 if if it is the real deal.

We are not interested in investing in a pink stock, most just trade if but some flip it ....big difference

No news is not good for THRR. I wont go so far as calling it a scam but it is a pink and CEO's are known to pump and sell into it and just watch its price drop back down.

The CEO says he watches the boards and also states he has the best interest for his shareholders so him not announcing what is going on while clearly seeing his shareholders are looking for guidance is not in our best interest.

I did myself a favor and sold the remaining 25% of my holdings this morning at .0018. Too quiet for too long, come Friday this will drop like a rock if no word and it would be too late to sell.

In at .0006, out with 75% at .0028.....last 25% at .0018.

We need to get over the .0023 hump before I can say its starting a new run. In no way am I a basher but with the way things look right now we are quicker to see .0001 than .01. I'll be watching but very disappointed with how THRR has handled this process. We should be at .006 or higher if this really was going to happen.

This run from .0002 - .0032 is a traditional pinky run based on rumors and buyout hype with no fruition.

Thats usually a very bullish sign even for pinks, was looking at that this morning. Crossings good for a push thru to .006 atleast

Are you kidding $62K on a pink is a damn big deal especially if it was just in the space of 2mins. Many pinks I'm watching dont make that all day. Something is coming up, that was just some in the know loading for the next run.

Today's action starts the return of pennies we all know of with 300+% in a day. Time to load up on other sub pennies

WOW, 400% gain since yesterday........this was great news today. I sold 25% of my shares for a 100% gain. Now riding 75% free shares...waiting on .01. I love these shakes, it must move back up tomorrow. Many volume and price alerts have been triggered and a lot of eyes will be on us tomorrow.

Now the Gaps begin, MM's bringing this up to entice sellers...

This is great MM's finally playing a penny stock like a traditional stock. MM's knows this is going straight up but have to shake as much investors while on its way up. No reason at all to run for the exits.

If you look at the 1min RSI STOCH's you can see that the MM's try to shake her bringing the condition back to normal (50) then take it back up to oversold (80) and repeat.

HOLD on guys....

It is the people LIKE you that we have to worry about. With soo many shares if you get panic'y and try to sell all those shares it would trigger even more panic and turn the day very sour. Since you have your shares you can do more harm than good cause I'm sure you wont be looking to buy another 120M shares only sell.

Not pouncing on you but its the truth, people that are maxed out are only looking to sell. It will take new money to move this forward...........GLTUA!!!

The Good NEWS is

that atleast the company is not diluting shares to pay the employees and/or bills. If anyone is left that means they can manage on their own with operating income.....good sign.

Made another call to our IR//Karen, she still states that IMGR is still operating and in business. She says company is waiting on the economy to improve to resume its expansion in its businesses.

Requested for any kind of info from the company to state that they are alive and kicking.
Karen says she will get hold of management to see if they can put out any kind of info, although she states managemnet does not want to put out fluff releases but something of substance when they do release.
Karen asked me to check back in another week and to keep in touch for any updates.

As usual, the IR sounds very professional and curtious and offers no hype of fluff. One thing that made me feel at ease is when I asked if the company was still operational. Her reply was a high pitched " OH YEAH" like ofcourse they are.

Hopefully we start seeing some activity, those that are buying now even at the .0003's will be good to go because when the action comes it will start atleast from the .0004's or better.

News will push this baby over into the .001's
