I was the President. I received 10,000,000 presplit shares as a signing bonus. I was to receive $2,500/month, but never saw any of it.
Well Sebastian, umm, I think I heard that name before someplace... Oh, yeah, you're my son. Who would know my son's name, except the Treasurer of IPO Holdings, Mr. Brian Niessen, originally of Vancouver, Canada, currently working on curocorp.com. Maybe Netco can fund Curocorp?
It's not strange, it's Paul Taylor and the crew. These are the same guys who made www.rcathepimp.com in the last two days to try to tarnish my reputation, but instead made everybody laugh.
Taylor and Brian Niessen, Mr. Fat Joe.
You just said Paul Taylor cleaned it up -- so he's the management you speak of?
So Paul Taylor is involved in IPCY? If it has a 300,000 float, and Paul Taylor is in charge, then he'll just print more and more shares.
There might have been more to it in addition to the news, I don't doubt that. But somebody bought those shares at 250% of the price they were trading at the days before.
You would know Mr. Fat Joe since you are Brian Niessen of IPO Holdings and Morgan Guaranty.
It appears that the stock went up because Pink Sheets erroneously placed news releases relating to NIVS (Netco Investments of Washington State) under NTCV's (the scam) heading. Pink Sheets corrected it three days later, but refused to place a retraction on their site and instead blamed their outside contractors for the snafu (the second time it happened).
Only the CCDE pumper knows when he's going to dump. Thus, it's a gamble even though you know it's going to go up for a period. After all, Paul Taylor's the guy issuing shares like they're money.
NTCV CCDE is not offshore. It's in Delray Beach Florida at Paul Taylor's house.
Check out the IPCY board! Fat_Joe's over there, and after making me a website, he's now saying that something's going to happen with IPCY real soon. Thus, if Fat_Joe knows me, hence he must be Brian Neissen of IPO Holdings who introduced me to Mr. Taylor, and if he knows what's in store for IPCY, 'ole PT must be running that too. Thanks Brian for the nice website.
I have some restricted shares you can buy, but you must hold on to them for two years. By then, with the way things are going, you'll have a fractional share and a conversion fee from your broker.
Well Mr. Fat_Joe, if YOU know that something's going to get jiggy with IPCY, then it must be a Paul Taylor stock. I'm glad you took the time to make me a website, Mr. Brian Neissen, and yes, we did meet in Costa Rica.
Yeah, Paul Taylor stocks, they bounce from the pump, and everyone loses (except Paul) during the dump.
Nutrition supplements are usually exempt from FDA registration, but I think hormone therapy goes beyond a nutrition supplement. I think they should do some testing of their treatment on Paul Taylor and his crew. I mean, gosh, these are the same people that made the website www.rcathepimp.com.
Boy RKD, you announced it before the press release! We call that insider trading when you are receiving tips from the boss man -- unless you are the boss man.
So what you're saying RKD is that, not only is the SEC investigating this stock, but the FDA will be as well!? Have you tried the hormone therapy yourself?
Yes, it's a very nice website RKD, too bad most of the locations went out of business years ago.
No, the grand hussle is Paul Taylor's CCDE. Today, they're marketing hormone therapy without FDA approval.
If I'm buying any shares, it's just Paul Taylor using my name again. I have 10,000,000 pre-split shares, it's like 30,000 now. They're restricted under 144, so I'm keeping them for a couple of years. Now, if I can just get the stock to go up to .001 again, I might have dinner money.
If it was mob money being laundered, NTCV shares might have a chance.
Well, I viewed the rcathepimp.com website that you posted, Mr. Zach D, and did enjoy it. But that's not me in those pictures -- that guy was much more suave than I could ever dream of being. Rico, Suave... Oh, I'm sorry, it's R.I.C.O., 18 USC 1961, 1963, suave.
Well, when the insider's only job is to pump his stocks (CCDE, NTCV, and others), he's got time to play on the boards. As for me, I've been terminated from my NTCV job, but I had the same amount of time when I was President because I never received the documents I needed. But PT, he ought to join one of his Beverly Hills fitness clubs, release some of the stress, because rumor is the process man is coming knocking.
It's not pimp, fat_joe, it's pump. Paul Taylor Pump, and I don't recall meeting you. But if you can bring some of the investors' money back, you can call it what you like.
Taylor's quite involved with the Netco shell. He is the Netco shell! I know, I was President, appointed by him, up until he appointed a new de facto President. See my website, www.netcoinvestments.info .
NTCV =.0004, couple days=.0001 again.
The only acquisition of NTCV will be by another on of Paul Taylor's fake companies such as Morgan Guaranty Company LLC (Nevada), then he'll reverse split and all your shares will go bye bye as he dumps millions more onto the market.
I agree. Their website states that they will completely revamp their internet sites next week, if they would work on their filings as hard as they do the sites... time will tell, I'm going to stick it out a bit longer.
Well I don't know if Paul's brilliant. I think he's dangerous and desperate, and I don't think he understands the eventual consequences to his schemes. I wish he'd just go get a job, because I don't know what he's going to be doing when the jig is up at CCDE and the other stocks he's going to make into four letter words. His wife'll be pretty pissed when the man comes and takes it all away, I suppose.
Yeah, the E is not a good thing for the immediate term. If it has a negative effect, though, it could present an opportunity.
Yeah, offer cash and stock, get control, then the majority of the shareholders cancel the cash. Pretty simple.
Let RKD speak serfdom, the more information he relays from Paul Taylor the more we can investigate it. I encourage him to provide us more data including names, details, and contact numbers. If he wants to sling some accusations in the interim, that's okay, he's allowed to vent. It must be pretty frustrating trying to defend blatant stock frauds. It may well be that these Beverly Hills Weight Loss people were tricked by Paul Taylor too. I doubt any of these people know what PT has in mind for ultimately dumping all the shares onto the market while he destroys their good name for his own parasitic purposes.
I don't need to lie because I have no financial interest in CCDE or NTCV. About a month ago, I called the numbers that were listed at the time on the whois registry for wenetship.com. The gentleman who answered said that CCDE acquired it, that he met Paul Taylor a few weeks earlier, exactly what I put in the other message. Why don't you ask Paul Taylor when and how he met the kids up there in BC? What he promised them (stocks and cash) and if he ever delivered a penny to them? I'd hate to see those guys lose their business operation so Paul Taylor can print and dump stocks onto the market.
The latter statement is true, any Netco corporate document is a worthless forgery. I assume the same will soon be true about CCDE, it's Paul Taylor's modus operandi.
Well, RKD, we talked to the kids up in Canada (Terrax) and they only met Paul a few weeks earlier. They were in the process of going public on their own, believed they had a good business model. Paul convinced them that the way to get the funding they need would be to give him MAJORITY control of their company. Paul didn't disclose his Netco fiasco and certainly didn't tell them about his pump and dump schemes, and they were quite nervous when they learned of Mr. Taylor's reputation. So, yeah, RKD, he's pretty swift the way he stole their company. What's sad is that they will probably end up in pump and dump heaven when they could have had a stock for us to invest in. Instead, 'ole PT will be printing shares like wild fire.
RKD, I appreciate your contacts with CCDE. Can you find out about the million dollar financing deal with Morgan Guaranty Company and determine precisely why PT and his friends formed a vehicle just to issue a press release? Can you get a copy of the cancelled 1.5MM$ check for us. Because that would be the first step.
And did you ask them why they put the International Franchise Association's logo on their site when they aren't a member. That's outright deception, can you explain to them that they should only include logos of associations they are members of. You could suggest that Paul Taylor file the papers for his own franchise association, then he can list his own logo, like he does with everything else.
No, there's no correlation between Paul Taylor and Laughlin. Laughlin doesn't do conspiracies, they simply act as resident agent for anyone. Morgan Guaranty is just Paul Taylor's way of making something look legitimate that isn't. An unseasoned investor would hear Morgan Guaranty and think JP Morgan Chase. After all, who would be brazen enough to use such a name. Oh, Paul Taylor!
Laughlin Associates is one of the largest resident agents in Nevada. They offer commercial office services and put your name on the door for a few hundred a month. They also act simply as registered agents for thousands of companies. PT uses different registered agents for different companies, apparently to make them look like distinct entities -- or maybe because he just doesn't pay them their annual fees and gotta go to other places.
The case was withdrawn. It was a lawsuit about ownership of the controlling shares of the company. I am not accusing management of anything, and I repeatedly admitted complete ignorance as to the operations and ownership structure. I am simply saying that management needs to disclose Paul Taylor's percentage of control of the company, whether personally or via nominees. If it's a Paul Taylor company, I can outright say it's going to be a stock fraud. If Paul Taylor's out the door, then it may be another story. I readily admit that I do not know if it's a Paul Taylor company.
It comes from the Clark County Court, http://courtgate.coca.co.clark.nv.us/DistrictCourt/asp/SearchKeywordOptions.asp
