The reviews are varying because some people love it and some hate it. I love it. I have bought it several times and drink it regularly. My sister hates it. Gave me the box she bought after trying it. It was fine. Same as the others. I think that the consistency is there as they are using a professional co-packer to make it and not doing it with cheap equipment.
