Yah, I am not sure if he misunderstood like the Sales number, cause from what I remember the 8K said 11 payments of $10,000 till Dec 31 2011.

If this happen everyone wins including us!!!

Facts do not lie!! They shorted 200MM or so during that time and total volume was under 500MM. This proves that there is no real volume at 0.0001 - 0.0002

Thanks for the update neo, of course we can not guarantee that you are not just making this up as I am betting many here believe, or do not believe. For your sake I am gonna give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you are new to the stock and are talking to Mark, so I will just give you some advice from others past experiences not mine. Do not believe ever word that Mark tells you, as he has been known to not be, well lets just say, the most honest CEO of all time.

turnitaround & neo the confussion here is exactly what I have been saying is a major issue with this company and real investors!!!! Being as transparent as possible is so important so informed investor can make a decission on any stock. I think the issue between you two is that Mark probably was saying that people expect $7MM annually in deals announced!!! If you look at the 10Q as closely as I have you will know that the software sales is more like $1 - 1.2MM annually!! This begs, and I have been begging for a while, for an explaination. WHAT is this Black Box that SWK has that keeps generating recurring sales and earning QUARTER AFTER QUARTER!!! Based on the consistancy, I have come up with the fact that these guys must charge a monthly liscense fee for MAPADOC, as well as customer support for the 500 or so customers. I do not expect $7MM in sales, but would like 35% annual growth like SPSC!!

Hey skul Nice to see you here too!! I have notice a bunch of old POSSE members like Whiznock and others of late!! Remember back in 2009 when this went to 0.0009!! Well that is when we had Pre market trading and no restrictions on sell prices!!!!
