I would PICK Mr.Sano he has the energizer momentum. I enjoy your objective point of view. You keep out feet on the ground.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. See you next week!
FDA News is the only thing that will move IMGG at this point in time. Keep posting you charts please? In my absence would you also post the short interest?

Mugs you have mail.
Joe
All FDA approvals I have seen in the past have been announced after market hours. I dont know if this is required or standard procedure? I would love to see IMGG announce FDA approval on a Friday afternoon at 1700 EST. Shorts cought with their pants down and naysayers with no shares in hand! Monday opening bell ??? But you can bet it wont be any where near where it closed at on the previous Friday!
Frank Im not discounting IMGG ability. I understand they have been in the business for some time and this will aid in production if they choose to do so. What I do have a concern is at this time they have 9 employees ? if that number is correct? Training new employees and ramping up production will take time. The fewer new employees needed the faster things will move along. But if were talking putting one unit out the door every other day or more? They will need alot of employees, how many I dont know. Their is just no way around it that I can see for IMGG or who ever manufactures this Dominion.
I said Maxium Production. Not that long to get the units going out the door. This will be the case for who ever manufactures them. I think he could also hire a company to produce them for him but it would cost profit $. Sometimes you get what you pay for.
Admiral38 I agree. The time consuming part of this production will be training the employees and Quality Control. I say 6 months to 1 year and they could be at max production baring part delays.

Cook, Robert E. that sold 200,000 shares that was on my trading platform, they got it from somewhere. Trading Platforms usally dont make errors like that?
Mugs
I have no idea how reliable that site is. I had hoped to make that clear in my orginal post. I guess you could contact them?
Low Volume today! We will have a hard time breaking the 1 million mark.
That made me bust out laughing!
Owl, You could be dead on. This is why I had the ? in my reply. I really have no way of knowing for sure. Not even sure what I pulled from the INTERNET and posted is real. You cant believe everything you read on the web. Prime example is some of what we read here? Mostly opinions and personal interpretations of what the CEO stated. Maybe one of the long timers here such as Kimble1 or lennygoat could elaborate on this?
I found it and posted it insuring all knew I was not stating it as fact. But its there on the web for any to read?
Hopefully we receive FDA approval soon, I'm ready to move on. This stock has taken up more of my time than several larger positions I have held recently in Oil. I have sold those for a hefty profit and moved forward. I hope IMGG pays nearly as well?
Keep in mind Dean Janes is the CEO and the person that inked the deal! I believe he left an open window if the company needed cash at a future point in time? Do you agree?

MM's were BUSY today!
Chevy
I think the MM was playing the spread. They can see all bids/sells. If they were on the Que next they were selling high and buying low. We had lower volume today and they may have be trying to make up for it with gains on a spread. JMHO
I dont remember Dean stating an exact date he would do another video?
Joe
It was my understanding that the FDA could go past the 30 days
"guideline" Did they not already do this once? We would not need a resubmital if this is the case.
Owl, if we look at line 3. in the 144 Rules : this is why the max shares planed to sell are 375,000 by Mitchael Donatelli. Im sure Deans shares are not restricted?
You are correct from what I read in Owls second link. It stated that the income level was the most diffcult ot overcome to get o% tax rate.
I was looking at IMMG on my trading platform and came across Cook, Robert E. that sold 200,000 shares on a planed sale.. I began researching this and came across this link. Any one like to comment on it. I don't know if its accurate or not? Bottom right hand corner shows more planed sales if it is accurate?

Short Volume for Tuesday.

Seems the shorts are increasing? Still small all considered.
Mr. Sano What was the bet? If I remember correctly it was 1.00 before .50. I think this will be a very close race. We shall see who gets the bottle of fine sipping drink "Patrone?" Two more days like today and you will be a winner. I will continue to hold my shares Hit or Miss was my original bet and I will hold them. Another delay and it will be a slam dunk. I guess its in the FDA hands now.
Kimble1 were you the one that made the bet? There have been so many post? that just use so many words and rant and rave? I cant remember at the moment.
Just to follow up on my post from the weekend I see the Rats are hitting the ropes as they would say in the Navy? I think todays action reveled this in full. Dont blame another for taking a profit. Ask yourself what would you do?
This is my opinion: Were all in this to make some money. Those that bought in at a lower price can sell and make a nice profit still even as the PPS drops. I do not begrudge them for doing so. As the saying goes one in the hand is better than one in the bush!
There is obviously some serious selling occurring now. We had good volume today and we were down. I think the numbers speak for themselves. With IMGG past history of delays and resubmits do you blame them? Some of these people have seen it rise to 1.95 then drop to the .30s. I believe there are some shareholders selling off a substantial amount of shares. Its obvious In imho. They are taking a nice profit and running.
I got in this stock because I believe that in the end IMGG will receive FDA approval. Still do, but cant blame those that sell their shares if they so chose. This is not MM action IMO. Just shareholders that have decided enough is enough. They are taking a profit and not looking back!
Just my .02
As far as the replies about not wanting to go public: 99.9 % of people at Ihub use aliases. Nothing public about it. No one knows who you are. I believe thats a good thing from some of the post I have read? Its amazing how some actions are written out over their investments! I'm glad to see Joebarrie and Kinlaw are no longer banned. Welcome back .
garrett33
Now heres a long! Garett33 have you held all or sold some shares off? I would not blame you if you have. There has been allot of speculation here last week that some restricted shares have become available for sale? If they are, good luck to them. They bought in as any other! Sell at will is my advice to all.
I'm long on IMGG and stayed thought the last re submittal. I will stay again if needed. This is to all of the previous posters? Let me ask this question.? Who here held through the last downturn to .32 ?? Let The real longs speak up. IMGGorBreast you have some? good input? Where did you buy in at. I see you joined Ihub January 2010 ??????
Ask yourself if we have another delay "can you hold" ? Its hit or miss for me! I can accept the loss if that is what comes from this venture!
I hold shares from Below .76 and up to 1.20 I have purchased more than 4 times. I do have a good cost average and lots of shares betting that IMGG will make the cut! Lets see whom can hold if we receive another delay? I think the rats will jump ship!

You have the last word and I said UNCLE in my last post. I knew better than to make my statements because I already knew where it would end up! This is the very reason many dont post here IMHO!
My favorite movie was Cool Hand Luke, my favorite line was " some men just can't be reached" No harm just MHO.
Overtime or Bonus whats the difference? Dean will compensate his employees as he sees fit imho. This is a crucial point for IMGG and no other than Dean has his finger on the pulse of things IMHO
UNCLE
" but there is no incremental expense for their extra long hours."
You could be right but we don't know for sure? He is the CEO and can make changes at will, no? I would if I were him and saw the need, I would not hesitate. I have worked very large projects and I know how much extra work it takes to ramp up production. Not saying your incorrect but my statements are plauseable...

Well heres what the Money Makers were up to today. Jmizzy this is a play on words because the MM are always in control IMHO.
My guess and I mean guess is they are still working allot of man hours preparing this product for production. Yes, overtime will run the labor cost up but when FDA approval comes they can hit the ground running or close to it. Ramping up for production will eat up some man hours IMHO. I wont go into the 10K report it speaks for itself.
I seriously doubt Dean Janes is letting any grass grow under his feet at this point in the game!
I would agree, that number is prety accurate kimble!
MM= Market Maker, Google it and you can find an in depth definition.

Thank you, I sure did. I asked the Admin. to remove it.
Thank you Doc for your input. I only know my business. I was going on someone I thought was in the business opinion. I welcome any information you can provide as a Dr. I'm sure all here feel as I do. This is out of my area of expertise and I admit that publicly. Please add any information you can to educate us in this field.
I have given this Radiologist report some serious thought. According to Goldcoastoh; a poster from last year whom I believe had years of experience in radiology stated the radiologist are experiencing an ongoing a change. I thought at the time they were all Licensed. From what he stated all new radiologist will be. The radiologist that were grandfathered under to old system will still have to be re certified each year and keep up with new technology and education according to him.
With that said this is my opinion. I also hold a License from the FAA. I know when I sign my name to a document the work has be correct. Right or Wrong no Grey area in my line work. We call it as it is. The Government can pull my License if I error and I will be out of work. I have 32 years in the business.
I feel these 2 radiologist feel the same way when they did their review and signed their name to the document. They are under the same rules as I, but a different business. I seriously doubt they signed off on something that was not up to standards! They would be playing I bet my job if they did. I feel they gave an honest review of the images.
