Garbage, Been posted so many times... Its some article someone made up and thats it.
Your asking me questions that I dont have an answer to just an opinion which means nothing.
If we dont see anything about the debt payments I will get an attorney involved on my own as its a huge reason why I invested more in this. This material info has nothing to do with going dark or not, they talked about it before and must report it to investors because if they did not meet the deadline then that is not good news for us, but if they did meet it then we know we are in good shape.
Have you tried calling fong and talking to him?
Dont know, right now waiting for May 31st to pass us by.
Overall this play is a LONG term play, The fact that the hire was done during dark hrs is good news that they are cleaning the books up or in fact in merger talks... Most important thing here to remember is this, that this is a long term play and not short term anymore.
Another interesting point, How long was the company looking for a consultant? How long did negotiations take with Craig? Interesting he was hired right after or before the dark period as his linkedin states hes been there since April now.
It's really funny actually because he got hired right when they announced the "dark" period..
But why hire a consulting controller they have fong which is a numbers guy, they have already a controller and yet an asst controller.... I wonder what Craig is bringing to the table that we dont know about for the SHORT term....
I can tell you this.. and here is a quote from someone at the company.
Hello Chad,
Thank you for your email, hounded is an understatement to say the least.
No on BK for sure, why spend the money and do all this...IMO
He could be brought in to look at the numbers or he could be brought to improve the numbers, either way its a win... Only thing is it will take a little time. I am here to stay.
This guy is known to come in and find areas where he can help a company save money and more importantly HELP IMPROVE the bottom line results. He is a consultant which tells me he will be in this position not to long, I really think the debt has been paid off and the company will come out much stronger and healthier then it was.

Thanks buck your an asset to this board. The company's latest hiring is great news for those that understand it. Atrn has become a long term hold, these day to day pps movements should not matter or scare anyone anymore.
Here is a nice quote someone once said about Netflix.
"When something gets cheaper and the story stays the same we add to it," he said at the time. "We don’t look to the market for signals. We do our own analysis.
There boths fongs! I am looking into it.

I have never spoke to baker only to fong.
If the company is in a dark period why spend the money to hire this guy? Which I have confirmed he has been hired as an consultant. Something is going on behind those doors...This new hire went out of his way to update his linkedin profile.
what?? ok whatever... be more detailed.
But why him...Why that position? Hmmmmm... Maybe he brings something special to the table... btw he is not an employee he got hired as a consultant. I just spoke with him.
LET ME ASK EVERYONE A QUESTION......
WHY WOULD THE COMPANY HIRE HIM AS A CONSULTANT?
Whatever it is, This guy is great for the comapny.

He comes with a pretty good backround.
You posted your opinion and IT HAS NO FACTS WHAT SO EVER.
So I THINK if they have a "consulting controller" its because the previous controller knew how bad things were and decided to find something else. This new guy the "consultant" left his old job in Jan 2012 and didn't start at ATRN until April so it appears that he just took whatever because he was unemployed. My husband is a CFO and thinks the wording on this Craig's resume looks like he is just helping them to "wrap things up". I by no means am bashing and hope, hope, hope that things turn out well as my husband and I have 40k in this company but this latest info just scares me to death!
