Good Moring ANXers! Is there anything to talk about today?

Traded over 510 million shares since 4 Jan 2010. This should tell you something!!!!

Read my morning post asking folks to discuss a possible buyout. I didn't mention the accumulation part but the volume is more than it should for a stock that is a typical pump and dump.

A buyout is possible. In act, why not??? Why would Mr Culley go alone when he can make this company portfolio worth something?

I hope you are right. I would like to see some bouncing off the 50-54 cent range. Then after that, who knows?

Why do you say that? The shoulder and head just formed. Right? I am no chartist and I am not argueing with you either. It was an observation I had and wanted to share.

Now if Culley came out and said something like that, WATCH OUT!!! That would even provide more confidence in Culley's faith with the future of ANX but I hope it doesn't resort to slinging mud back and forth.

Can we open up a serious discussion ~ I want to know what everyone feels about a BUYOUT vs. PARTNERSHIP by/with BIG PHARMA.

It appears that there is something missing with the future of 530 and 514. There appear to be a good short term plan with ANX but it's open ended. I know ANX is heavily out-sourced but they can't continue do this and take their drugs to the next level without help.

Why wouldn't BIG PHARMA be part of ANX's stratgey? I would say there would be a good return on investment for BIG PHARMA if there was a partnership/buyout.

And why wouldn't Culley consider selling the company for lets say $2 a share. Why waste money going alone intead of help to make more value out of the drugs.

I am really surprised GSK hasn't just placed an offer on the table to make their existing drug EVEN BETTER.

ANX needs a partnership. That would show even more confidence in the drugs and would show how wrong Feuertein is.

I don't know why they wouldn't considering ANX will most likely not create any new products. Right?

Concur Vinny! Volume of NEWS reports and volume of shares traded. For a penny stock that some think it doesn't have much it sure does have a lot of attention.

BUYOUT DISCUSSION ~ Does anyone feel ANX will be bought out? I am not pumping/bashing but I keep seeing that Biogen Idec Inc. is intersted.

And why not be bought out. Look at what ANX has and a buyout would take the drug to a newer level and plus be good for a company's portfolio.

Any comments?

Feuerstein ~ WOW!!!! I went and read the responses from him and can't believe his comebacks. How UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I know ppl are egging him on but he needs to restrain from saying anything imo.

Who says I'm being negitive??? I am pissed that Culley states a $200 million market for 530 and this idiot is saying $20 million. This guy who wrote the article should be investigated becuase he has done this to other stocks.

I feel ANX is a success story. Lots of positive write ups and coverage. If 514 is submitted, WATCH OUT!!!

Yes, I am concerned with the current PPS. It should be over 50 cents at this point. The MMs are messing with the PPS and the recent slide to the current level is unbelievable considering all the volume ANX has experienced. The past two spikes are a swing traders dream. I missed the second one.....:(

ANX ~ It has fallen through the 10 MA. I hope next week it changes direction. Again, the volume has me attracted to this stock. Does anyone know when ANX (Culey) will meet with the FDA?

BAYAREA ~ Are you trying to poke me in the eye here? Just to let you know I have posted here for almost a month now. I own over a couple hundred thousand shares of ANX @13.5 cents. Guess what? I doing great but I am frustrated that ANX can't climb past 50 cents. The MMs are crushing this everytime it reaches that point. What I like about this stock is the volume. Look at the past 14 tradding sessions, pretty impressive.

So if you think I am short and trying to bash, I'm not. I am long.

After 1430 today ~ Anyone care to comment on the shares that were bought/sold after 1430 at .36 cents. There were thousands of them sold way higher than the bid and ask.

Any comments on this activity?

TOUCAN ~ What are you talking about. You run your mouth all the time here pumping. They only have $20 million in cash on hand. Culley said it himself on the 13th. Didn't you here him at the conference?

Plus, they have over doubled their OS by over 100% since 9/30/09. Culley said now there are 205 million OS.

Also, the link source you pasted, look at the dates on it. The year 1910???? Are you kidding me? Who wrote that?

But I got to wonder though why does a Poonannie cream company like NEXM is worth more than a cancer treatment stock like ANX???

514 ~ Does anyone know when the meet witht eh FDA concerning 514? I know they say soon but what is soon? A week, A month?

I am not bashing or pumping but, look at all the volume this stock has drawn in the past 3 weeks. Something is up and this isn't a "TYPICAL" pump and dump.

I never seen a stock with volume like this. A 30 cent stock that trades this many shares is surprising to me. Look at CTIC. We have traded more than they have in in the past 13 trading sessions and they have over 600,000 OS.

Any comments? Does anyone else feel this is strange to see?

Is Culley going to stand by these comments or are they true?

Culley comes up with $200 million because he commissioned some market research that concluded that doctors would be willing to use ANX-530 over vinorelbine even at ten times the generic price. (Adventrx paid for the market research, so results aren't exactly unbiased.)
In other words, if ANX-530 totally replaced generic vinorelbine in the U.S. and ANX-530 was priced at ten times (!!!) the generic vinorelbine price, Adventrix could generate $200 million in ANX-530 sales.
Sorry, but a conclusion like that strains credibility.

$20 Million or $200 million market. Which is it? Did Culley lie or is Fienstien a liar?

Is it really filling the gap or we just saying this? What is the gap that needs to be filled. I keep hearing the gap is filled but we still fall and fall hard!

Can anyone give a reason for the fall today? I swear, as soon as ANX gains any traction the rug is pulled out from underneath it.

I can't believe Culley isn't making a statement after the reporter said the the drug only has a $20 million vs. $200 million market. Right?

I can't wait for the PM too but I think it will be disappointing if nothing comes out to confirm the buyout.
