Anyone that has been around NBRI for awhile and has seen what Perry has done with very little cash flow so far has to realize when the Ruby and Fraser start up this thing will grow exponentially. This short little dip in the road will be long gone in no time. I can easily see this at $5.00 a share in 5 years. Go NBRI.
I'm not in the least bit worried. I'm gonna be buying more shares soon and if history repeats itself the price may drop but then again an announcement about mining and it will take off. Go NBRI.
Well according to the 8k issued on the JMJ conversion it looks to me like the are getting 2.3 mil shares and can sell them anytime after August 13 if they chose to do so. If I'm wrong on this someone tell me. I'm not concerned cause we are golden. Go NBRI.
So there is gonna be 1.5 mil shares hit the market this month. Is that what I understand. And when does that happen? I'm thinking of picking up more and might get lucky if price comes down but also risk news coming and a jump in price. Go NBRI.
10 k/a out.
Ok. I'm in for the party on the 1 yr anniversary of the start of mining at the Ruby. This month marks the 1 year anniversary of when I started buying NBRI.
Good morning Smitter and everyone else. I'm long here so don't get me wrong but it is now August and we are still waiting. I am thinking we probably won't see any mining this year. If we don't get the Ruby going and start getting gold out we will have to pay that 150k back with penalties. JMO.
So exactly how many shares are set to convert in august and when can they be sold?
Well my account is equal to the wife's account. She's had hers 18 yrs and mine for one yr. seriously thinking I need to leave her before mine reaches the millions or will have to split it with her. Her future vision is so much different then mine. She wants to give it away to her kids who have been living off us for years. I want to have a good retirement with the fruits of my labor working 3 jobs the last 10 yrs. go NBRI.
Even at a .20 divy it would still be 2x what I'm making now. Retirement is looking better and better everyday. That 40 ft motor home is getting closer and closer all the time. Go NBRI.
Oh wait. I meant to say $10.00.
Got my sell order in for.10 cause someone told me this going down and I don't want to RISK my retirement.
Well this is the last weekend with no football so after this I have something to take my mind off the stocks for awhile. Maybe by Super Bowl time when the Seahawks are playing we might be mining then I'll be a happy camper with a great stock and a Super Bowl win. Go NBRI and Seahawks.
Good morning guys and gals. Is today the day? Is this the week? Is it gonna be this month? Are there anymore sellers? How many shares do us longs have locked up? Will we hit a dime or a dollar by years end? We have the questions and can only wait for the answers. All I know is we have an honest and upfront CEO that is always working for us and has just as big a stake in NBRI's success as we do. Go NBRI.
It was 36 on Monday. Go NBRI.
Don't tell Perry that. He will file a mining claim on it and find a way to get it.
Well then tell perry to stop for awhile and keep the price down for 6 months. I can role over another account in 6 months and buy more. I have spent every dime in one account on NBRI.
This stock makes no sense. Supposedly billions of product and precious metals in the ground and it still goes no where. I'm long but it just plain does not make sense. Something is wrong here.
Several indicators, including the RSI show this should be on an uptrend and with any news we could see some good gains this week.
I have and they have been buying
It was such a beautiful day here in central Indiana and I spent the day out riding my MTB bike on the trails with 100's of my closest friends. I look forward to the day NBRI hits it big and I can retire and ride during the week when I have the trails to myself. Go NBRI.
Time to start putting some bugs on ignore again.
Perry never talks specifics. He is smarter then that. He knows he can get in trouble saying specific things in private. He commented only about the fact he would like it higher because he is invested in this too. Go NBRI.
I have a 2000 dodge truck with 200,000 miles on it. Still cheaper to put money into it then buy new with payments. I can wait until NBRI comes in so I can pay cash.
I got the same response from Perry last night but in addition to that he also said his future, including his retirement is based on the success of this company. The reason that was even brought up is because I work in the health care industry and because of obamacare there are drastic cuts happening as a result of reduced Medicare reimbursements. Our department will transition to contract labor next year so not sure what my future holds. I'm too old to look for another job so Perry and I discussed share price and retirement. Granted he has 15 mil shares but like he said, we can't control the markets view of NBRI or the governments timeframe on permits. He can only do his best to build this company.
I got the memo but it was written in Chinese.
Now more then ever. Because of the reduction in Medicare reimbursement due to obamacare, the hospital organization I work for cut 850 jobs statewide. I just found out this morning our department will be contract labor in 6 months. Same salary but reduced benefits, no retirement or 401k and no matching funds. Explain the benefits of obamacare to all those nurses and techs that lost their jobs. Next April I can start tapping my retirement so now more then ever let's get this party going. Go NBRI.
Damn, I've been up way too long. Lets hope we get some news soon and get this thing out of penny land. Go NBRI.
No wait, that's not it. The Russians figured out how to make gold out of lead and diluted the market with fake gold and it fell to $800.00 an oz.
No, that can't be right. I heard from a bug that it was going to $800.00 an oz. We all know bugs are reliable cause chicken little eats bugs and he said the sky was falling but then the wolf ate the chicken and we know what happened to the boy who cried wolf too many times? Perry came in and saved the day. Go NBRI.
I agree with you but until they actually start mining and generating revenue from mining and not just from selling claims we are gonna be stuck here. According to the Beacon report Perry anticipates to be running 350 tons a day of material. At an average of .35 oz of gold per ton that is a lot of gold a day. When that happens we can forget penny land forever. Until then everything is speculation. Go NBRI.
Assuming those numbers are correct and it takes 2 yrs to reach full production the that would work out to a share price of between $6.00 and $8.00 a share just for the Ruby mine.
Smitter. As much as I love your DD. where did the idea of a JV come from on the Ruby?
Remember when you write Perry he can only tell you general information. Anything that belongs in a PR or 8k he will not say. He is very professional about that.
One thing to remember is we want a safe mine and we want it done right. One accident or death and we are done. It will happen when it is ready to be done. Perry has accomplished alot and we are almost there. Go NBRI.
Who's on the bid at .066
Good morning to all you future 1 percenters. Hope everyone had a safe holiday so now it's time to party. Lets see what Perry has in store for us next. Go NBRI.
Here are the requirements to move up to the AMEX, like anything else I am sure there are exceptions.
Standard 1
The AMEX requires companies to have $750,000 in pre-tax income in the two most recent fiscal years. In addition, the minimum price of its stock must be $3 and public float must have a market value of $3 million. Public float refers to shares of stock owned by the public and not by company directors, officers or controlling interest investors. In total, the company’s shareholder equity must be at least $4 million.
Standard 2
Similar to standard 1, the company must have a stock price of at least $3. However, the company does not have to meet income requirements. Therefore, a company can make any amount of money to gain listing on the AMEX as long as it meets the other criteria in standard 2. In addition, its public float must be at least $15 million with at least $4 million in shareholder equity. Shareholder equity is the net worth of the company--that is, the difference between assets and liabilities. Lastly, AMEX requires companies to provide at least two years of operating history.
Standard 3
Under this standard, the company needs to meet a minimum of $50 million in market capitalization. Market capitalization refers to the market price of the entire company. This is calculated by multiplying the number of shares in investor hands by the market price of the stock. Similar to standards 1 and 2, the company must meet a minimum $15 million market value public float and a minimum of $4 million in shareholder equity. Lastly, its share price must be at least $2.
Standard 4
The fourth standard has the highest monetary requirements of all standards. In this case, the company must have either $75 million in market capitalization or at least $75 million in revenue and $75 million in assets. In addition, the public float must have a minimum value of $20 million with a share price of at least $2.

Well happy Independence Day to all. Soon we will all be independent. Go NBRI.
Walt. I am confident that Perry will move to a new exchange as soon as he can. He has as much of a stake in the PPS as we do. He holds alot of shares. We need to start mining and generating income before we can move to the AMEX exchange. Go NBRI.
