Didn't notice any changes on the website this morning. Hope they clean it up after this deal is done. It is a really great idea, but has been very quite this week.

Thermo, If I were the buyer and tried to purchase all of the float shares in the open market the buying pressure would cause the price to rise very quickly, possibly to $1. a share or more. Since the float was less than 24 million I would still own less than ten percent of the A/S and that is if I could have bought every share in the open market.

Then BIHC could have just raised the A/S and sold more shares into the market to dilute the percentage I owned. It would have been extremely difficult to gain any control of this company with the small percentage of A/S availabe in the public float.

Leonard, What deadline are you talking about? The company has only announced that they will give a dividend if the sale of Baron International is closed. BIHC has not specified the exact amount of that dividend or any dates. No record date, pay date or ex-date has been PR'd yet.

Hooter, Nice to hear from you on your monthly visit. There certainly is some excitement around these parts lately. Two PR's in a week after months of silence and some recent work on the website give the impression the company is up to something. Would not advise anyone to mortgage the house to invest here, but if you have the cash this could be better than the mattress.(Heard on news that is where many are stashing funds lately.)

Thermo, You are right in that BIHC can not be bought on margin. But if a trader bought other stocks on margin and lost money (the market has gone down last couple of days) they might have to sell their position in BIHC even if they didn't want to. Enough to cover the amount they owed their broker.

If Galo had bought any shares for his personal portfolio he would have to report this right? Being CEO of the company and all.

Checked out the website again. They deleted a couple posts, but that't it for tonight. No other changes. Hoping for another PR real soon.

I have been holding this stock only since June, but it seems like forever in this lousy market. Would like to free up some of the funds for flips, but afraid as soon as I do the announcement will come. Trying to remain patient.

I also check with the Nevada Secretary of State each day and am happy that the A/S has not changed. 180 million shares is quite low for this type of comapany.

My point is only that Galo said he would post the Share structure last week. Now says it will get done this week. I hope he is extemely busy and not avoiding the shareholders.

I have emailed the company twice in the last two days asking them to remove the posts with the link to porn sites from the shareholder forum. I don't need a personal reply, but they need to remove them. It's just not good for business. If they are going to have an open forum like that they need to moderate it to censor what garbage is posted.

I also believe the O/S is very low. The restricted shares were restricted for two years from 2007. They could not be sold until 2009. The company was buying back shares to reduce the float and would make no sense to sell them back into the market. If Baron is making money they don't need the cash from selling more shares into the market.

Leonard, I was actually kind of glad that the transfer agent does not give this information out. I get tired of seeing twenty people call the transfer agent and post on a message board what they said. Don't know how they possibly get any work done.
The A/S of this company is 180,000,000 according to the Nevada Secretary of State. That is low for a pinksheet. That is really a very important number in the pinksheets because as I'm sure you know many CEO's sell every available share into the market. Don't think that has happened here, but even if it did 180 million is not very many.

I don't think Galo himself is doing the websie and therefore it takes some time for these things to get done.

Personally I think they are doing a great job. Seems like they have only been at it a week or two. Much progress has been made.

Well, I do hope they get to it, but if they are working on contracts I'll understand.

The website may be the first contact some clients have with BIHC. It would be great if everything was spelled correctly and the grammar right.

The website appears to be a work in progress. At least they listen to suggestions and even followed through by fixing things the forum posters had noticed.

Carpe, With the two recent PR's and the work being done on the website after the long quite period I would believe almost anything is possible.

Leonard, That's amazing! The transfer agent must be lying to one of us because when I emailed Integrity stock transfer about the share structure they told me it was their (the transfer agents) policy not to give out any share information for any of the companies that they represent. They refer all calls to the company.

Well they had PR'd a float of about 24 million and then PR'd they had bought back 15 million. Leaving 9 million? If they continued to buyback shares the float could be below 7 million. But I too find that hard to believe.

Yes, there were some mistakes. Most have been corrected. They do seem to be working on this much faster than they have in the past.

I also checked e-trade. So now three brokers all have the O/S at 6.8 million. Can they all be wrong? Just where do they get this information from?

I wonder where Scottrade gets this number from. Since it is the same as Ameritrades it must be coming from the same source. If it is correct then there are alot more shares in the float than there is supposed to be. This could get very interesting.
