Call the cd holder who got the shares in 2011 and ask them how profitable their short position was and if they are compensating these email blast companies. Who else has millions of shares to throw around?

The convertible debt holders who got shares from the company over the last few years ae the pump and dumpers along with these supposed groups send out mass email campaign

Arthurs posts when the mms are shorting the stock after the technicals have reached overbought ie:RSI +70.
The posts are very well timed, very easy to establish the motive. Look at the history of his posts and plot it to the spikes on the chart.

Anyone have any doubts that Arthur is employed by Nite?

Mms are clearly short looking at the increase in the short yesterday, ultimately they try to shake out to cover. Clearly evidenced in the wide spread, they a looking for sellers on the bid.

Short increased to 45% yesterday up 20% from previous day. Arthur was the indicator along with the RSI that this was coming. Toooo predictable

Well well well.. So predictable....we just need to close at today's opening price to see if this pattern holds up.

It goes beyond just the amount of days but volume. Based on the pattern it would appear by thursday, Friday at the latest we should get through the 5's, what's a interesting thing is we blow through 6's potentially in 2 trading days. Volume is trading at 2-2.5x avg volume. The higher the price the the higher the volume. Don't be surprised to see a mm shake out, taking the stock down to 4.5 filing the gap, as the stock hasn't consolidated considering the RSI is trading in the 80+ overbought range. If you look at the history of run ups the stock has sold off and consolidated before it's leg up moves in the last 3 moves with 70+ RSI

Through interactive chart on scottrade the balance volume was -5 million, since early November the number has increased to +19 million now. If you look at the accumulation line and the balance volume they are moving in the same direction. The interactive chart through etrade or scottrade gives you these numbers.

Note in November 2010 the distribution began going negative and the short squeeze on the fanning news.

Than the distribution or shorting began in may.

It's obviously clear the cd holders or affiliates or professional shorts were shorting. Their ultimate goal was to short the stock and get many more shares upon conversion at lower prices. Professional shorts look for CDs and they expect dilution. G3 connect deal exposes all of this since November.

Accumulation since November announcement +24 millon shares

took 23 trading days to consolidate and get through the 2 cent range, 16 days to consolidate and get through the 3 cent range and have traded 6 days so far trading in 4 cent range. Wonder if this pattern holds up, considering it took approx 7 less days to get through 3 vs 2. If this holds true we should be through 4 cent range by Wednesday. Let's see if this pattern means anything.

May 2011 volume...study the volume for May and the increases by each individual market maker...it's very telling when you think the outstanding trading 5x it's volume in 1 month. How did these shares settle? AUTO volume spiked from 7% to 23% ASCM became a new mm that month +7 mill, Notice how NITE, ETMM, PERT maintained nearly same % increase month over month despite volume increasing 10 fold
