Concerns of Frank.
1) Some shareholders acting like want to run business. We are taking up venders time. Some has turned us down. Call local cable company, don’t ask for managers. Call locally only.
2) Don’t call media outlets. WallStreet Journal and another not mentioned. It deters reporters view.
3) Don’t call Rubenstein. Don’t have the time. If we say we hired them, then we did.
Example: Giggles went really well. View people wanted in free. Hurting production company. It is only a small percentage. PLEASE DO NOT DO IT.

Want to make sure we are not a porn network. Advertisers want to make sure not porn network. Frank advertisers American Express, Merrill Lynch, adversting in gay networks. Our excited about not competing with other advertisers in the area.
