Next Saturday night they will have a special on the Counterfit pill industry. Wonder if we will get any pub?
I'm afraid I'll have to miss it ... hopefully I'll read a full report here of how cdex & Valimed are showcased.
paige, dear ...
oh well, never mind.
Hardly worth "debating" stuph with you. You've been shown to be so far over your head it just amazes me how you do go on and on and on and on and on and on and on.
Gotta grant you this, though ... you're tireless.
"makes me think" ... "maybe we will get" ... "expects to begin" ...
From another board/stock/company ...
could be written by loch/cdex with just a minor word change or two!

xenophon ... will you try your hand at listing the bullet points, plz? danke.
If someone were to ask for a summary of the loch/cdex saga since MP took over (and beyond, to the present day), what would the bullet points be?
Gosh ... mine doesn't. Does yours?
dadoc and his chocolate bug!
I'd forgotten about that!
Showmanship, above all showmanship.
scared ,,, I don't know why lmorovan wasn't zapped along with the rest of us who saw things "differently" from the troo bloo-ers, but it wasn't "RB" that had a goal of silencing peeps. After all, RB has a kazillion boards and there's no way they'd pay attention to the various loch/cdex boards unless someone either got them to or went around their backs and made it all happen. It started with cyber-stalking by a few way back when and when that (plus tommyboy's veiled threats) didn't intimidate, the only option left was to make sure those who understood what was going on both in the company and on the RB boards coudn't use the RB forum for their dastardly purposes.
I have no proof whatsoever, but there;s one poster who disappeared almost immediately after the purifying purging of all who disagreed with the hypesters. Do you remember who that was? I certainly do, and probably so do some others. Hint: he shared a common interest with nasfanium.
Was he/were they who made the zaps happen? I wouldn't be at all surprised.
Why did he not include Lmorovan? Who knows.
rotten ...
why even respond to sassy's posts? She'll rewrite history to suit her own agenda, everyone knows that. To hear her tell it (everything she's been brought up short on), she knows and is related to no one, wasn't there when X happened, just a dear little grandmother rocking on her porch. And now she's apparently found religion, judging by her Biblical quotations, so of course she has God on her side. Maybe she's looking for the ultimate protection.
So what happened to YOU, elrheo?
Would you like BJM's e-mail address so you can tell him in person the high regard you hold him in?
btw, will be in Albuquerque again next month. Lunch? I always think of you when I'm at Yanni's or in the area. I've even sat at "our" table once since I was there with you. I think there's something significant in that, don't you?
You never answered my question, posted here, re what or who was responsible for your move to NM. Such a simple question and you're usually so open and above board, it just mystifies me that you won't say.
oh look, crow ...
my 11568 has no time to it! So that must mean it's timeless prose?
You're prolly right, crow ...
Amazing that not one of the troo blooers have even indicated any interest in going.
Milchip is, of course, an expert patent attorney (isn't he?) and of course he therefore knows what the great unwashed mass of non-experts (read: "investors") should look forward to: a good to excellent chance of winning.
Nae doot, if asked, he could cite case upon case to prove his authorityship on patent infringement suits. I'm even sure he's working even as we speak upon a case that will result in a landmark decision for the alleged infringer.
I hope the Supreme Court is paying very close attention to these proceedings, don't you? A comparable opportunity to make legal history may never come their way again.
I wonder how many ...
troobloo longs will go to the hearing tomorrow and report to the troobloo board.
You'd think at least raiderman and clozer would. Maybe milchip, too.
akshally ...
I wunner if he's living in that purple house now.
As you say ... prolly happy and fulla high spirits, though. I mean he got away with BILLIONS, he and his pals, didn't they? Oh no, wait, that was what the stock -- or was it the tech -- was gonna be worth. So easy to confuse it all.
Sad, isn't it?
First a born natural and now a self-styled PR "pro." But TB made money for some of his followers -- lotsa money -- plus lotsa AND LOTSA money for himveryownself, and I don't think raiderman's going to do either.
Wunner how TB's doing these days.
He should know better than to post (hype) irresponsibly, no matter how naive he might be.
There's hope: sometimes justice prevails ...
Big scam means big sentence. Ex-lawyer who bilked retirees out of their life savings in a gold-mining con gets 14 years in prison
BY ROBERT E. KESSLER
Newsday Staff Writer
May 18, 2006
Maybe he should have taken the plea deal.
A convicted confidence man working out of a Plandome Manor office has gotten probably the stiffest sentence for a nonviolent, white-collar crime in the history of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District -- 14 years in prison, according to officials.
Before he insisted on going to trial, John Surgent, 63, of Franklin Lakes, N.J., had been offered a plea bargain calling for a three-year sentence but rejected it, his attorneys said.
Surgent, a disbarred attorney who had previously served 40 months in federal prison for another securities fraud, was sentenced Friday following conviction in July on charges of swindling hundreds of people around the country out of millions of dollars. A jury in Brooklyn deliberated for less than two hours before convicting Surgent of conspiracy, securities fraud and money laundering.
Many of the victims were elderly. Some lost all their retirement savings after being conned into investing in a shell company, Orex Mining, that Surgent set up in Plandome Manor, which he claimed could extract gold efficiently from very low-grade ore, officials said.
In a pump-and-dump scheme, Surgent manipulated Orex stock up to $8 a share and took out millions before the stock became worthless, officials said.
"It's the longest sentence for a white-collar crime anyone can remember in the Eastern District," said John McDermott, head of the fraud unit of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service on Long Island. Although none of the court system, the Justice Department nor the U.S. Probation Department keep records as to length of sentences for white-collar crimes, several officials agreed with McDermott.
In sentencing Surgent, Judge John Gleeson said: "... you're a thief on a grand scale. You're deceitful. You have evidenced no remorse whatsoever, nothing but arrogance. You belong in jail ... You need to be held accountable for your behavior. I intend to hold you accountable."
Surgent's attorney, David Weiss, of Manhattan, said the sentence was inappropriate and that he planned to appeal. Given his client's age, "this is a virtual death sentence and we are going to fight it tooth and nail," Weiss said. Assistant U.S. Attorney Suzanne McDermott, the main federal prosecutor on the case, declined to comment.
One of Surgent's victims, Fred Kahl, 85, of Grosse Ile, Mich., lost his $500,000 life savings and had to return to work as a mechanical and electrical engineer.
"It was a most heinous crime ... taking away my golden years," Kahl said in a phone interview yesterday. "Nonviolent? ... it wasn't nonviolent to me."
Kahl said Surgent should be imprisoned as long as it takes for him to figure out how to repay his victims.
Patrick O'Reilly, 80, of San Antonio, had been a manufacturer's representative for Leviton, the electrical parts manufacturer in Little Neck. He lost $30,000 to Surgent. "It restores my faith in the justice system," he said of the sentence. "It's high time they started getting tough on crime."

scarednomore ... what do you think of raiderman and his out and out baseless hype in this post? How many people has he sucked in with his endless, "reasonable" I've-been-thinking/have-you-thought-about posts?
Since I'm asking you what you think, it's only fair I tell you what I think (and don't): I don't think he's part of the recently departed group of posters who watched the SOL run out and felt their work was done -- well, obviously he isn't since he's still posting -- but his ridiculous posturing as a sage observer of the "progress" of loch/cdex is every bit as cruel to "investors" who desperately will hang on to any pipe-dream and every bit as offensive.

Have you thought about
what we have in terms of comparing CDEX to another company?
CDEX with its medical device products could become a Baxa.
CDEX with its meth gun could become TASER.
CDEX with its suite of homeland security devices could become another INVN.
Baxa plus TASR plus INVN equals one company with a heckuva lot of potential.]
And we apparently now have products in all of these areas.
Just thinking. All JMHO.
oh btw, rio ... I have a question for you:
What (or who) brought you to NM in the first place? How did you manage to land in Rio Rancho?
hi, rio ...
Why, you ask? It must be because they're well paid professional bashers (edit: and shorters) under the leadership of the man you referenced in your post elsewhere (reproduced here earlier).
That's what you've been saying for years, anyways (tm nasfy).
Next question?
diddy & arloco ...
the leader of the cabal sends his regards.
oh yeah, now I remember ... at least I think I do ... thx.
Someone ought to do a loch/cdex genealogy chart.
Maybe sassy will volunteer.
gosh, lmorovan ... I thought it was the tuli straws that were the money maker. I mean some of those cattle were actually bought, weren't they? Did anyone ever buy a vammp? Or an elf? What about the solar pumps (not to be confused with the stock pumps) ... weren't some sold in Mexico or somewhere?
Oh wait ... who was it who bought the tuli cattle? I forget his name but didn't he have a vested interest in loch's ultimate "success"?
What a long saga, this story of loch "and others."
crow & diddy ...
And the beat goes on.
BJM himveryself sent that to me!
Are you paying attention, Nick?
Doubt there'll be any more posts from moonie, crow ...
he used edgy and otherkid's approach and rattled on about anything at all, but with a viciousness they never stooped to, and now has claimed boredom and "moved on."
btw, did you ever read this by viking, I mean elrheo?
"A month ago the PPS was at a $1.33. Yesterday it fell into the low 80 cent range. Here is the catch. We were at a $1.33 with no news. The last week we had tremendous news, and the price is falling???? This has been going onb with this stock for a long time now. We believe it is an off shore shorting group. Headed by one Barry Muncaster frim England. They have professional bashers on all message boards. Some with paid subscriptions to be able to post more. Investors Hub and Silicone Investor message boards favor the bashers more than the shareholders. Email me back and I will give you more names. Thank you, N. Morris"
I thought that was the volume # of the documents -- SEC, FBI, IRS, DOL, NSA, DMV --- recording this drama! Seems about right to me.
ah, Ingerfield ...
Nae doot, lmorovan ... he's been a "silent partner" for too long already.
Wonder what (or who) is REALLY making moonie cease and desist.
Prolly just boredom, as moonie says.
Or an instinct for survival.
so you're leaving, too, moonie?
Just got too boring for you?
Oh sure, that's believable.
Baxa buy cdex? Or Baxa buy ASD? Or ASD buy Baxa? Or ASD buy cdex? Or cdex buy ASD?
What a mishmash! It's known as which shell is the peanut under.
The same old question, crow...
where are they going to get the money?
That is, if they actually decide to fight ASD.
tell us all about "agendas", mooniewhite ...
start with your agenda re bprg.
I want in on this one!
I'll stand as witness to identities in question! Will identify them in a line-up, if needed.
Would you like me to save you the trouble of telling the CEO what you "think" of his company? That it's nefarious? I can easily send him your post.
Borders on libel, methinks.
You do know what libel is, right?
oh what a pity, moonie ... you're "out" ...
guess I'll have to wait for your next cameo appearance somewhere.
make that 'your' ...
That's you explanation?
Care to define nefarious and why that fascinates you so?
