Good luck, no one fault you for getting out of a stock when they can't file on time or clearly communicate with their shareholders. I'm here until next year whether it's a nice (not so nice) tax write off or we reach $10 my target would be great. Good luck in your future investments, we all know from DSG it's not always easy to pick them.
Yes, as their should be from concerned shareholders with no results or even update on new sales, revenue projections, IN investment and overall health of the Company, but I guess this is forthcoming in the next 10k. GL
I was thinking the same thing, with their pipeline so full (per Bob) and the closing ratio explained to everyone on the last CC (50% +) you would expect to see press releases every time a new course is signed up. Either their marketing just sucks or their not closing like they lead us to believe. In either scenario, it's not good. GL
My dad could easily snap up $50k worth, but then I'd have to face him at holidays or weekends and explain myself. That ain't happening.
If they need to raise money ask some of their board members since they have been paid for NOT earning their money. I wish I could clean house at DSG, as it seems now the entire office needs some "spring cleaning". GL
PS, I hope I am wrong but every day my confidence in their ability to deliver wanes.
Yes, right now it's death by a thousand cuts. Lack of news = lack of investor confidence. I'd would have liked my dad to invest since he loves dabbling in stocks since he's retired spending his time staring at the ticker tape on CNBC. Friends, family word of mouth travels quickly but no way I would dare ask anyone at this point to invest a dollar in DSG since they have disenfranchised their loyal shareholders with lack of communication. GL
Might be a time to start sending out emails to corp, seems like the only time anyone communicates when they know that the pitch forks and torches are out with shareholders. I'll hold off mine until they release (late again) the financials. Just a thought, as anyone who's read my post today I am not in a good mood--like my profile picture.
Why don't we all wait for "cheapies" when the stock hits .10 cents. It would be such a great deal! LOL, LOL! (not)
This is going to go two ways, one it will tank to almost nothing and they'll just continue to split (dilute) shareholders or two they knock it out of the park with an announcement with a major company or strategic partnership with a player in the industry and we get close to $10 bucks. I don't see any grey area in the middle. GL
I'm waiting for Bob's nephew to post Huge Support at $.50 cent!! Their has been "huge" support all the way down the flushing of the stock price down the toilet. Please no more humoring the shareholders with support as the stock price goes lower and lower. It's like catching a falling knife at this point, sorta ridiculous at this point. GL
As far as their board members my 2 cents, I’d offer them stock options based on incentives such as bringing in a new strategic partner or using their own personal or professional business contacts to add to the bottom line. Handing out salaries when their stock price is in the toilet is Bull Sh*t. Let them earn their money, not hanging around and offer advice since it apparently hasn’t worked up to this point. Kick off the “dead weight” and use it for more productive things which generate revenue-NOW. Again, poor judgement at the Top. GL
It sure seems that way, they completely disappeared after the R/S and I find no (good) reason for them to start a Twitter account then disappear-POOF! Shows their lack of internal communications inside the company and/or tactic to try to hold some shareholder confidence. I would think they would make it less obvious to shareholders this tactic and at least show consistency like a well-run company with consistent marketing. Start, stop, start, stop screams of unprofessional run marketing department and/or strategy which reflects back to the CEO.
Guess its time to get out of hibernation, maybe the share price will do the same soon. GL
Good idea but for me personally I haven't seen enough to warrant more investment in DSG. They continually are late in filings and do a ginormous reverse split with no news behind it. Certainly, this shakes the confidence of share holders and future investors. I know, Bob's a Great CEO...The share price speaks volumes. GL
Then don't buy any shares if you ever had any. Thanks for looking out for us, now have a nice weekend. GL
Let's hope they can release the financials before the very last day. It might instill a little confidence in getting their sh*t together. Seems like everyone is waiting on the sidelines so whenever they get around the releasing some news (good) financials (good) the stock should do well--but no predictions at this point since they always seem to disappoint shareholders. GL
DSGT is sitting in purgatory, news will be the catalyst. GL
Dude, with all due respect stop with the conspiracy crap. Everyone's frustrated over the last year or so but things should be turning around now. No need to sh*t stir when it's completely unfounded. GL
We could see some bouncing back this week but didn't expect a drop over $1 buck. Needless to say, the large R/S and continuing failure to release their financials on time has eroded confidence in management now reflected in the share price. Maybe this year things will change, until then let's hope for good news.
Yes, this was to be expected. It's healthy after such a big run to retrench and even let some profiting taking for those in for a short ride. I prefer a slow steady climb so back filling is needed and I'm long and no plans on selling a share. GL
Yea, at least toss us a bone with some meat on it. They need to get this filing out in the next week, more confidence will erode in my opinion. GL
Yes, that's a quick turnaround-the bean counters are not in a rush or liked getting pushed when numbers and SEC is looking over their shoulder. I understand late, make it complete and correct- but once the new firm has taken over there really should be zero reasons for late filings. GL
I'd give them (Bob) until tomorrow but I have to agree with most opinions that they had time enough time and if want to be taken seriously they need to get their sh*t together starting with timely filings. I'll take today's gain and hope we'll close higher-like $5 by Friday. GL
I guess "I know (less) More" has disappeared, probably back under the rock he came from. He'll still be here when DSGT hits $12 bucks--saying the same ole crap. Good luck to him, must be a hard way to earn a living. GL
Yes, this is their plan and they must have the numbers and projections to back it up. The R/S was the first phase in the plan and we should see this month some really good PR's. Just my $2 cents. GL
They usually wait to release good news about 30 minutes before close, seems the be there pattern lately. Maybe the new IR will change this to morning. GL
Curious when we'll start seeing the marketing kick in. New IR firm so I would hope they would begin in earnest this month especially after the split.Lets have another green week. GL
Everyone has an opinion but I think we'll all know soon with their next filing and the outlook for the company for the foreseeable future. My target is still $10 bucks by the end of 2019, anything more would be a nice surprise. GL
Great post, I'll be sure to sell all my shares at opening Monday. NOT. Again, thanks for stopping by.
Would be nice to finish over $3 next week but I suspect it's time for some news which could propel the stock to $5. As long as we reach my self-imposed $10 a share by the end of 2019 I'll be happy. Have a nice weekend everyone, next week should be interesting. GL
Great advice, if anyone was stupid enough to believe your post I'm sure their kicking themselves in the ass now. I'm sure you'll still be lurking around when DSGT hits $20 a share. GL
Okay, we believe you now. GL
No problem, if it does go below $1 I'll be glad to add more. GL
Does anyone have an idea when to expect the next 10k? I also expect some news next week, I think they are sitting on some PRs with some meat on them waiting for the right time and my gut says it is next week. I hope they have learned not to release at 3pm on a Friday afternoon it's good news. GL
I would be satisfied closing over $2 bucks today. There might be some profit takers, in and out over the last couple of days, but soon we should build on a base and continue momentum upward. When real good news hits it's going to skyrocket with the low float. GL
Glad the last of my order this first thing this am for $1.40, looks like it was the low. I'm all set for the blast off this year, lets hear some news now! GL
Yikes, LOL. GL
Excellent post! Just catching up to all the post I missed today. I'm glad too for all the reasons you listed. GL
Yes, he's probably over his head but smart enough to know that and engaged with folks with the experience in big boards. He should stick to the operations side of the business and business development. Surround yourself with high quality people with the right skills sets and good things happen. GL
That bites, I set my TD account for $30 bucks no problem. I would just raise it as the stock moves up, which we all hope will be soon. GL
Thanks for the reminder, I'm going to do the same to lock them up. I recommend everyone do the same. GL
Me thinks too. I think it's a requirement for some investments funds to invest which I am sure Bob & Co had in mind with the split. GL
