The parent company is adding other businesses (Coming up is a crypto currency business). So ubiquitech works better for the parent company than a name that just reflects the focus of one of the subsidiaries.
The numbers are great so far and continue to improve.
The name change is old and has been addressed. Spend your days focused on something real, like the exciting revenue, the exciting new divisions and products. Focus on the growing customer base!
And ask those customers if they care what HLT's parent company calls themselves.
And they have had 27 PR's in the last 8 months. That's about one every week and a half. They don't owe you anything. They will release it when they feel like it, just like every other company.
Still funny
Happy hour from 4-5 gave everyone a premium account...
He's a leader. He's currently leading 3 companies, about to be 4. The problem is you bought because of one company (HLT) and can't seem to grasp the fact that his vision is not the same as yours. Unfortunately for you, but super fortunate for those of us that can see past today's closing price, he runs the companies and makes the decisions.
I like his decisions. As I've said before, if I didn't, I would sell. Or actually I would have never even invested.
I'm not blaming anyone.
Happy hour starts in 4 minutes. If that includes unlimited posts then expect to see a slew of hate for exactly one hour.
All games. Less than $25,000 changed hands for this stock today. A multi million dollar company. And I'd bet anything that 90% changed from the right to the left hand just to shake loose some stop losses.
Yep. And we have already seen that paid bashers can influence legit investors. And now we see it went so far as to impact the press releases of the company. No long term damage, but will hurt the flippers that come here for the pops.
Yes. But to be honest the paid ones don't burn through their 15 posts in a debate so I think Gator is legit. Probably just influenced by the paid ones. Transcend is the most obvious paid one. Some others are questionable.
This will last about 1 minute, read fast! lol
You're at 14, make it a good one. I have all day to discuss this and finally put it to rest.
The name change is old and has been addressed. Spend your days focused on something real, like the exciting revenue, the exciting new divisions and products. Focus on the growing customer base!
And ask those customers if they care what HLT's parent company calls themselves.
The problem is he said what's going on and people used it against him.
He said they rented space and was belittled for it.
He said they were not changing the name and explained why. It was used as an excuse to challenge everything he says.
He says they are going Pet Meds with HLT and everyone says it's not gonna happen because they stuck with UBQU and are therefore dishonest (It's not like running a publicly traded company requires big decisions to be made when opportunity presents itself or anything).
A forward looking guidance PR is not a promise, or even a reason for them to not change directions when they see fit.
He says they are going with cryptobuy.com and it's criticized because everyone wants them to stay narrowly focused on HLT and ignore other opportunities.
I'm good with this. I'm here while it grows. I'd much rather it be artificially low as opposed to artificially propped up. This way I can accumulate while they build this business the right way. The way they have done it so far.
I just counted, they had 27 PR's this year.
TWENTY SEVEN IN 8 MONTHS.
With the feedback they were getting from investors after all that work to try to keep people up to date, I don't blame them for slowing it down.
New websites, new divisions, new products, new space, new employees, new fields.
And all we hear is the name change...
June
This was a huge decision to stay with our current, and long-term name, but we now have opportunities in the Tech sector that will not only serve our HempLifeToday division, but will also give us leverage in a new and emerging Technology sector that utilizes all of the talent, software, programming, and lead generation that has made HempLife Today so successful, and now we are going to be applying this to an additional sector. Simply put, we are very excited about this new opportunity to add another successful division to the UBQU umbrella, and we will be releasing this exciting news to our shareholders in the weeks ahead."
August
Ubiquitech CEO James Ballas said, "We now plan to do in the Cryptocurrency world what we have done in the Hemp world, and that is develop a Company that is capable of being profitable and growing right out of the gate. We already have the talent and know how within our organization and this new division will be a great boost to our Company."
They won't stay up long. The truth in painful to read for some.
It sits where it sits because the people with real money to invest are waiting for results and not gambling on guidance. They want to see where it's going. The demand isn't there because the company is still getting established.
They aren't stupid enough to buy in on a pop and expect to get a big quick ride to retirement on it. And they certainly wouldn't have let it ride all the way down if that's what they were here for.
They are waiting for the business to grow. When it does, if you are lucky, you will get to ride it up. If it doesn't it won't be because a young company made a name change decision that 3 IHub commenters didn't like.
Happy Friday!
No, he doesn't owe you, me or anyone else an explanation other than exactly what he said. Basically, UBQU fits us better as we are switching direction and using what we have learned to apply it to other sectors.
It's pretty damn simple and it amazes me that you and one or two others on here keep using it as a reason to spread doubt about the company.
It's stupid.
And when I say it's stupid I mean specifically that being hung up on that is straight up ignorant as hell.
Well the fact that they said it will be profitable right out of the gate, and made mention of in house resources, leads me to believe they intend to do it in house and not go into more debt for this project. Now we won't know for sure until the fins come out.
I, for one, will not lose sleep or time worrying about something I can't possibly learn right now. If I thought they were gonna go prohibitively further into debt for new projects, I would sell my shares today.
The fact is, they have built a strong company so far and I have invested in their ability to continue to do so. If I wanted to stress all day over the details of how a company is run, I'd start my own and run it into the ground all by myself.
Woah, they deleted a tranny post. Something strange is going on...
He owned 100.00 worth. I don't know it that includes commissions or not. But that's his story.
Agree 100%.
I like it. They have more restraint than me when it comes to people telling them how to run their business. But they said all I needed when they said the company is doing well.
Yes, QUICK!! SELL ALL STOCKS RELATED TO ANY BUSINESS IN FLORIDA!
Don't forget to mention that you had a total of 100.00 invested.
Exactly. It's just a matter of reassessing your investments on a regular basis. Without emotion.
Being down in a company that you believe will continue to go down is not a reason to hold.
It's a reason to sell.
You guys should really reassess your investment and ask yourselves "Is this a stock I would buy at this price today?".
If the answer is yes, hold. If the answer is no, sell.
There is no way I would hold a stock I thought was destined to fail.
Why in the world would you continue to own shares in this company, considering your feelings, many, many feelings about how they run it?
I know everyone wants news. And I know everyone is expecting it to be a catalyst for a rebound.
They are definitely in a period of transition with big things happening, not only with HLT but also the new divisions in development.
I would much rather they take their time and do it right. As we all know, anything they even suggest as a possibility in this next PR might as well be written in stone, as changes in direction are not allowed.
Lol, at least you don't expect much...
2M volume, they were all small today. And probably will be until the next catalyst.
The stock price will eventually rise to where it should be and nothing you say or do will change that. But you keep fighting the fight.
Luckily for you, Divesting is much easier than a coup.
His job is to build a company, not make you wealthy over night. Build the business and the Share price will follow. Focus on propping up the share price and it will eventually crash and burn.
The business comes first. Any other way and the results are ugly.
The news will come when they see fit. Getting all emotional in here every day isn't gonna make it come faster...
Ok, so tell him, not us.
Aaaaand, there it is.
Oh, that's just the primer. They can't come out guns blazing before the opening bell. Gotta build up to it, lol.
