This whole process has been a learning process for all of us. As an investor I have learned a lot, and until those shares are ready to be traded, the learning continues. IMO management might have made an unintentional mistake on the dates, but we will see. If mistaken, those types of statements won't be on the liquid Cig spin off for sure.
Thats not really Lady Gaga. That is Lady_Gaga_Gram. It had me going too.
12,000 tweets....325 followers :(
I have more followers than that!
Those sales are paid for by the donation of the CEO of his own shares to pay for all the marketing. Rosenberg, instead of selling his own shares, used them in a non-dilutive way without issuing more shares from MCIG. The costs of the shares had to be factored in for accounting purposes. But if there was any loss, it was out of the CEO's pocket.
Very shareholder friendly this company has been so far.
avi.morax???
I would stay away with only 5 minutes of calculations. However, I have followed this stock since February because the CEO makes plans and follows through on them. This is becoming a highly branded company, now two companies. No extra dilution, no debt, increasing product lines and increasing product distribution and added investor equity (through the VCIG spin-off)
The CEO plans to take this to the Big Boards soon, and IMO, will follow through on that too.
There is Value Added when the company is one that can be trusted. Not many of those in this sector or even in pennies.
Oh, this is a audited SEC Filer stock on the OTCQB. Not on the Pinks! IMO, these are qualities that make it more valuable.
Longhaul, maybe you missed the announcement. S-1 is approved!!! Just waiting on the press release.

This is my take on it Martin. If you look at the valuation of MCIG, it is around $60 million market cap. That is the valuation shareholders give it, but it hasn't made millions. That book value is the same that VitaCig will give to MCIG as an investment. As the price of the VitaCig shares increase over time, so will the holdings that MCIG has of those shares.
Before the spin-off, VitaCig value was in it's sales, now the value is market cap once it starts trading. This will bring millions in shareholder equity. More steps towards listing on the NASDAQ or NYSE.
Today and the next few days, the pps might sink. But IMO, this will free the stock price to grow. Finally!!! Go MCIG
I like how the reviewer of vaping alcohol enjoyed it so much! More to look forward to with liqCig.
Guam has legalized medical marijuana! First U.S. territory to do so.

That is true. As long as the local laws allow it. I picked up a patented one-hitter in a shop in chicago. There are many and the are not tobacco shops. They have everything you need for MJ. Mcigs would do well there.
Really, again? You told us that it would be approved...last week. Eventually it will happen with or without the Rah Rah!
...and 160 stores in S Korea and many, many more to follow. Distribution is likely to get much larger over the next few months. DJ Swivel is working on it!
Didn't you know those were "fake" S-1s and updates sent to the SEC? ...Oh, and Rosenberg doesn't exist. LOL is Right!
Long MCIG.
It's wonderful to see a complete opposite view to make me realize how wonderful it is to be with a "Branded" product. Although MCIG is manufactured in China, it is completely inovative in its own design. The inovation is from Lifetech and Vapolution. These are the type of products the "Knockoffs" will try to follow.
No doubt this is a Mover & Shaker! The Korean deal has been in the works for months. I've been completely impressed with the surprise/improved product pipeline. Makes me wonder what is going on with the distribution pipeline. There is so much behind the scenes. Hold On!
I think we have already seen MCIG discounted the last few months in anticipation of the VitaCig divy. But if not,you can uses the calculation if MCIG is currently at a 60 mil market cap, then the VCIG spinoff would be worth about 30 mil cap, of which MCIG owns $15 million as an investment.
IMHO, I think that is a completely lowball estimate.
We are all winners here. I'm happy with my 21,800 shares since I don't have huge bills. MCIG will be not held back as 49% ownership of VitaCig. The market will eventually recognize the strength of this company.
GLTA
IMO, the announcement of the S-1 should be sometime before the open on Tuesday. The question is if it is approved, will MCIG rally, continue to trade between .19-.27, or will it drop because Holders will finally sell?
Personally, I can't buy more now and I won't sell the MCIG at these prices, so I'm just observing. Any Thoughts?
This sounds like how you were going to buy 20,000 shares yesterday. Did you buy any yesterday or skip?
I'm 100% in, but get tired of the rumours. I think we are all a little tired of the anticipation. If the divy doesn't happen on this one, I will continue to accumulate more MCIG. I'm holding less than others here at 21,800 shares in two accounts. One is my Roth IRA.
GLTA
I hope your right! If you bought those 20,000 shares you were claiming earlier, I don't think they get the divy.
Well if Rosenberg doesn't exist, somebody better call the SEC! That would definitely peak their interest. A whole company based on a "shell" CEO. Really Charlie?
...LOL
LONG MCIG!
You're right Privileged, late Dec. They have yet to file on time, but they hardly seem to be sitting on the couch either! Looks like we shouldn't disappoint ourselves and just look at Dec 30 as the file date. Maybe someday we will be in for a timely filing, but I imagine the accounting is becoming just like revenues...expotentially increasing.
Of course we don't have figures yet which support such a statement...it is just an opinion.
The growth model that Paul Rosenberg laid out in his interview mentions low cost/social media driven sales.
Also,he mentions about a disruptive pricepoint. Start small and rollout higher end models over time. That was somewhat how KIA autos got going in against the other established brands. IMO, this stock only looks better as it ages.
I'm selling at 1.60. Possible eventually, but it locks mine from being shorted. Glad this has been passed on!
That one caught my eye also. I read it a couple of times to see if there was previous guidance I missed. On the other hand, this announcement is definitely a revenue raiser and More Money. By default, even without previous "guidance" they have established a huge revenue stream that was nonexistent before.
At the end of the statement it talks about them meeting with other potential distributors in other countries. I bet something is also brewing for USA store distribution! No brainer, just a matter of time. VCIG will be huge and MCIG is the parent company with 50% interest.
I remember he sold 90%
Some days were tough for all of us. Some of us were shaken out. It is hard when the shares keep tanking. My feet felt the burner more than once.
I also wish Hobo the best and hope all his future trades are Very profitable.
Thanks yeahmeeks for that great link. I didn't realize the "Schedule 1" reclassification could be challenged thro ugh Federal Court. I should have seen that one! So now it seems the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial Branches are each re-examinating the consequences of our current drug l laws against marijuana. Long MCIG!
Most questions R Great Questions! IMHO I see this company doing Everything to increase shareholder equity. The long term plan is to get on the Big Boards, and that is one of the few plans not completed...so far!
Oh, I never said that the Korean company would pay the Manufacturer. I don't think Paul would do that at all. Would not be good accounting and, as you know, is an accountant. Personally I think the downpayment was a great move!
I may have made few assumptions due to the press release. IMHO it seems that this did not cost our company anything and that is the reason for my previous post.
There were some interesting points in the PR. One is that $350,000 was received, yet no product has been distibuted to S.Korea. The press release futher stated that no debt had been created with this transaction. Looks like upfront costs to me.
I may not know exactly how the financials are played out, but this definitely was positive money flow.
Good thing it didn't gap up or the gap would be filled in a few days. Great condolidation on 4,500,000 shares and still closed over 5%.
$350,000 is likely just a downpayment on product not yet even been manufactured. The remainder likely to be paid on delivery. This event added revenue and added zero, yes, 0 debt to the bottom line. VitaCig is not covering the manufacturing costs.
I try not to become too worried about the way the market pushes this stock down, because as revenues continue to climb, the pps will rise and at times explode. As investor interest grows, so will the pps. GLTA
This company is a gem. As with many here, the pps is still unnerving to my bottom line. However, the constant rollouts and good solid reports like today are great to hear! Good distribution in a country with too many smokers - a higher percentage then most.
Now only 2 SEC comments on Vita Cig. Where will this company be in 1 year or even 5? Not a typical penny stock at all - plenty of room to move up.
Oops meant 79 .01 increases from the current price of .21
Only 71 .01 increases to go!
Your right...You will be happy to know the next release is the refillable Vita Cig.
I bought additional shares today. Didn't spend much, but it added 5% to my portfolio.
Rosenberg donated his shares for ads without MCIG diluting/issuing shares. No advertising costs could be claimed by MCIG because there were none to them. Its probably a tax write-off to Rosenberg though! ??
