Right!!! Forgot about that. Lol!! I do hope it works.
Isn't tomorrow's presentation before the market opens ?
I agree. We don't want this to be yahoo mb. Jeez.
That is about right. Good sign.
I don't think I've gotten anything useful on the yahoo board in a month. Brotherbear is gone and all the good posters have come hear.
Do you care to provide a bit of detail?
I think this is going run a little bit at the end if the day. Agree? I'm thinking .81.
So true. The market is just beginning to understand the significance/ potential of ONCS.
It's about f-ing time!!!!
True, True. It will be fun.
I think that the biggest factor before ASCO is the simple fact that some bigger players will force their way in before data/partnership is announced. To be honest, the presentations they have in May aren't really exciting except for the Marcum conference and obviously ASCO. The rest are really important for simply getting the word out but nothing more than that.
However, just like bear raids prey on the fear of losing money, the fear of missing out is also a fear that can really move a pps up. I think we saw that at the end of yesterday and especially today. This thing is brewing big time right now.
Yup, yup, yup. Its going to be so satisfying. I just wish I had the ability to do one more big buy. Not going to happen.
I wonder if Monday's presentation has anything to do with it as well. I'm so locked and loaded. So ready. Go ONCS!!!
You nailed it!!! Nice work. Fireworks tomorrow?
Wouldn't that me nice.
Is it just me or does this thing look like it could break out at any moment?
Yup. Zoriden, you better let your cat know to hide for a month or two.
What?!!!! You want oncs to be the biotech version of the Seahawks. Russell !!!!!
Ok, now that that is out of the way, here is a cool new audio piece from Pierce:

CMO Dr. Robert Pierce speaks about need for combination therapy approaches, in a new audio segment: http://ow.ly/wlbaY $ONCS #biotech
Well, then the plaster part might take a little longer. Still a worthy goal, my friend. :)
Excellent idea!!!! Totally support it. However, I did like your first idea of getting Dr. Pierce plastered with Scotch and having him spill the beans. Plan B is acceptable too though. LOL.
Don't worry Sal. As Zoiden has pointed out these two will be fist pumping and dry humping soon enough. A couple of weeks. :)
Totally agree. I really think we have underestimated oncs' potential pps for this year and forward. I think Punit and his team are putting together a juggernaut whose technology will potentially go past cancer (see prior slides for non-solid tumors) and once Wall Street finally realized it, we will be sitting pretty. The market is ignorant in the short term but brilliant inc the long term. Can't wait.
Did you take your own advice last week and buy?
Thanks. I'm not a scientist but have a science background so I really appreciate a second set of eyes for interpreting data/agreements such as this one. This board is very helpful.
I totally agree. It's not a conflict at all but a deal to enhance the work that Merck is already doing with pd-1, etc. If nothing else, it shows what Merck is willing to pay for cancer immunotherapy technology. In this deal, Merck is paying 100 million for tech that enhances a program they already have. Imagine what they will pay for the right to have immunopulse combine with Pd-1 3475 where ONCS' numbers are twice as good as a stand-alone product?
I might have gotten the terminology incorrect above, and I apologize about that, but this is exciting stuff. You experts please correct my interpretation of the science if I have mis-characterized it above. I honestly think that someone is going to pay 500 million or more for the right to combine their pd-1 with immunopulse. Roche paid 300 million its is partnership with INO and ONCS is much farther along in its trials than INO was at the time of partnership.
ONCS is the only thing in my watch list that is not red. Come on baby!!
He added an extra "0". He meant 1,200. Zoriden is an optimist.
Your guess is as good as mine. However, I don't think the MCC is the issue. I think the partnership deal is going to be bigger than that. I think they are negotiating the aspects of new indications such as breast cancer as part of the deal.
No kidding.
You are probably right. However, I can definitely see him drinking bourbon as well.
Well, its time you take one for the team and pull out all the stops. :)
But Merck would be able to see the data they already have on MCC right now, right?
Just twitter Punit and ask him what Dr. Pierce's favorite drink is. Then the trapped will be laid. :)
My guess is that Dr. Pierce is a gin and tonic guy or maybe scotch. Any other guesses?
I really have this feeling that this partnership is closer than we think. Lasers, I think you are right that they probably have allowed several potential partners to look at their data already. I also believe they have an offer on the table from Merck where they are trying to work out the details (Hence the smiling by Punit when asked directly).
I had one question: Was the Roche partnership with INO last year done before or after INO released data? I have never been in INO so I don't know the answer.
No no!!! The link just had conferences through 2015. I totally agree that it is q3.
Below are interesting websites listing all of the oncology conferences through the first part of 2015. I bring this up because, consistent with their previous data releases, I believe that ONCS will present interim/final results for Merkel Cell and Cutaneous T-Cell at scientific conferences and not simply through a PR.

Lasers: Do you have the ability to superimpose the INO chart from last year with ONCS? That would be cool to see.
Also, I can't remember: What were the market conditions at this time last year?
No kidding!!!
