so what is the meaning of immediately..? my lawyers immediately is within the week...just saying subjective words have no meaning
yup same here, drop it to the teens, ready to catch it!!
correct..this week!!
don't think its a wall, just some dude wants out..fast! lol he will be kicking himself next week..
yes lets be conservative as to not disappoint, even at $10-20 mil we have a golden goose here!!
with amazing financials...then yes! pennyland here we come
people continue to sell, no problem, they have no clue the valuation PIPE will need to make for MCUS for them to fund...this is going to stock of the year, Will will own 95% of the shares eventually as per LOI, too huge, accumulation will continue, sellers will regret painfully!!
Cburg, I can't even imagine, with lets just say a $20 mil company conservatively with the new MCUS company, having only 5% of that os as float...this is going to blast off with the new PIPE valuation, which will happen as per condition of an APO for the PIPE to invest...sky's the limit and honestly I am not trying to pump at all...just too excited spending my entire sunday on researching APO's and their terms. One article described an APO as the bs filter and only legit companies will go thru along with the PIPE investors!!
otc news update! this is getting seriously exciting..

5% of that will be public float, I can't even imagine factoring in that Will plans to own 95% of that os, post-merge, wowzer!!
This APO will be huge, insider will own 95% of the shares once complete...read this excerpt, according to the LOI, Will "the company" will own 95% of the os and only 5% will be in the float, see also the diagram illustration to better help explain and clarify what Will meant in the LOI, this confirms everyone's suspicion to be true, only 5% will be public!!
quote as per Bridge Capital
"A Reverse Merger is a transaction where a private company elects to merge with a public company in order to become public without waiting through what could be a lengthy filing process with the SEC and FINRA. Most private companies acquire 90% or more of the stock of the public company when transacting a reverse merger. The board of directors of the public company resign and appoint the board members of the private company to replace them."
agreed BW! according to this read, this apo is probably financed and completed..
Regulatory filings occur after the financing and going public event are completed, thus avoiding IPO-related risks
MORE ON THE APO PROCESS!
Through a joint effort with strategic broker-dealer partners select clients can have an alternative to the IPO. Utilizing the APO process, private companies can go public by simultaneously completing a reverse merger transaction with a private placement of equity capital (PIPE).
The net result for the private company is similar to a company completing an IPO, in that upon the completion of the transaction it is a publicly listed company with newly raised equity capital, institutional investor support and investment bank sponsorship. The APO services are designed to offer our clients some of the best aspects of the IPO while still enjoying all the benefits that a traditional reverse merger has over an IPO. Highlights and advantages of APO services include:
Becoming a public company and raising capital in one transaction
Regulatory filings occur after the financing and going public event are completed, thus avoiding IPO-related risks
Investment bank acts as placement agent, bringing post-closing market sponsorship
Market validation through institutional financing
Much faster and less risk than an IPO
Higher valuations than raising money as a private company
Flexibility in amount of capital that is raised, with a long term process and strategy (including post closing) to minimize issuer dilution
For a company that wants the benefits of being public without needing to immediately raise equity capital, a stand alone reverse merger may be a good solution.
that would be incredible...that day will come, soon!
that would be awesome but I think one thunderous pr after another will launch us higher then all at once..
good post, now lets slap that ask!!
nice to see a good crowd developing here..lets follow the other r/m plays here at the bottom
thats awesome kiny, hope that will put some at rest...lets hope we all make some serious cash here for the patient
I think SDVI will hold its own over time, good company with real product so not afraid of these dips and such, higher highs and higher lows seems to be the trend...good sign of healthy stock
they will always try whack it down on news but if its a good company...don't sell into the news otherwise you might be chasing...SDVI would be this case
most likely because its not a pump and dump, most here are buy and hold for the news...there's zero pumping so no massive runs and massive dumps so far, just slow and steady on each level, very boring for day traders
Whoo whoo!!
MERGER IS COMPLETE!!! OFFICIALLY!! see news link...

bid whacking to death..not sure if too many newbies that needs to read stocks 101 or shorties getting their day
we need the bid whackers to stop...sell at the ask if you need! you will get your chance so stop bid whacking!!
Really the only thing missing is a newswire pr to make everything official, as promised by Will this will happen after the merge, so far he has kept all his words so not sure what is not falling in place for you...he is un-orthodox in this tweets but just shows you he's just a normal guy thats running this big company
Looks like Will is ready to make this a conglomerate company going public..full of surprises, just waiting for his share buyback announcement to bring this ticker to whole another level
lol..yes I can agree to that..lets hope he is better at business then tweets
I am just really happy we got that otc update...proving we are chugging along the right way all along
and lets hope who makes Wills list..harhar
lukin, you made right choice, just in time not to have sold, otc updated, Tracy gone!
no sir!! I do not and never doubted it!! boom time!!
didn't think 2's would be available, awesome!!
impatient selloff..come to me!!
well keep harping away and watch your value sink..you're doing a great job!
I concur..but its been churning at these levels for couple weeks now and holding its own so a good sign, we are all anxious for filings but beating the same message is not going to help..we all want this to go up, I don't want to pump as well but I still think this will turn up well, everyones on the sidelines waiting for filings hence no volume or support...but hey its not selling off! so need a little less negativity, we could all use a little sunshine here
yes and enough evidence to garner a class action lawsuit against Mccusker if Will is pulling a fast one, enough to ruin his company and probably he will pay back and lose 10 times what he may be making with this penny scam...I don't think so absolutely no way this is a scam or that this will not merge, makes absolutely no sense...filings taking a long time, that I can agree!
ok gotcha..that makes sense if Will is filing
