I agree with your sentiments regarding the probability of the deal being concluded but iHub gives me a daily posting limit so I couldn't follow up. The quotes from MX indicate a strong willingness to conclude a deal and we already know NXT wants one, so it is up to the negotiating teams.
Since I only get 3 posts, I will add this comment about NewCyte which indicates they got nothing for their company other than the hope NXT goes over the $.75 barrier and all the way above $2 to get any value on the last 50,000 warrants before these warrants expire Dec 11 next year. NewCyte was listed in an NR as instrumental in one of NXT's early accomplishments, (perhaps the AR coating?)so they were acquired for more purpose than providing employment to friends. In fact, some NewCyte shareholders were investors only, so they must have had high hopes for NXT at the time which hopefully they still hold.
