You are right, they should be buying now and doing anything else possible to save the company.
So, do these coupons cost the company (and us) a whole of S$$?
My hope is that Lanza and Rabin are so committed to the success of ACTC that they would pay from their own pockets if need be. They can afford it.
If you know anything about Lanza's personal history, you know that he never gives up and has blasted through very difficult circumstances for his whole life.
Also the recent videos of Lanza on youtube give me a lot of confidence in him and our ultimate success. In one of the videos (sorry i didn't keep the link), he says that injection of 100,000 cells will be soon.
He also said (almost these exact words): "If i wasn't a stubborn italian, i would have thrown up my hands at least 25 times".
Cargo--Someone on the other board claims that insiders have sold 250,000,000. Can you prove that your claim is correct and that theirs is false?
But as things are going now, do you believe it will reach $0.30, and if so, when? What would make this happen?
"These financial problems are going to look like chicken feed, in hind site, imo."
You may be right, but WHEN is hindsight likely to be? How many years must we wait? That is a big question imo...
Louisa--Does your cartoon mean that the great science will raise us up on the next round of injections? I sure hope it does!
It's fine with me if "all" we long-suffering shareholders get is $3 and Lanza and Rabin get $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Lanza, above all, deserves any amount of $, no matter how enormous, imo. And i would not complain if Rabin--if he can get us $3 in the near term--takes whatever he wants for himself above that (after Lanza gets the huge amount that he totally deserves).
Very recently, several of us on this board were half-joking about how little we would be willing to take if we could get it right this minute. The amounts ranged from $0.39 to $1.00. So $3.00 would be a bonanza! Bring it on, i say! BUT REAL SOON!
In this June 20, 2012 Judiciary Subcommittee Hearing testimony by DEA administrator Michelle Leonhart, she said the issue of reducing abuse of prescription drugs is the agency's highest priority.
Scroll down to the 2nd video at the 1:56 mark:
http://www.alternet.org/newsandviews/article/990125/hypocrite%3A_dea_chief_administrator_slips_up,_says_medical_pot_should_be_between_doctor_and_patient/
(This was a hearing on medical use of marijuana and in that context, she refused to say that marijuana is less harmful than either prescription drugs or hard drugs such as heroine, but that's a separate issue).
One small correction: This Country was born on the premise of freedom for certain people only--i.e. white males.
So, why do you think Pfizer has been spending all this money on ALO-02 instead of dealing with the ALO-01 problems (if ALO-02 will never make it to commercialization until/unless ALO-01 problems are solved)?
lasers, Sorry but the "very simple" of your message was not clear at all. I don't understand the point you are making. Could you please restate it? Thanks.
es1, Seems to me that you are asking for 2 contradictory things:
A. "The guy needs to put out a PR and get ALL the skeletons out of the closet. "
B. "IMO the next PR is very important. It needs to say something good. "
elysse1kittycat, thanx for your reply. At this point, today anyway, i'd probably accept 0.39 and be pretty happy.
elysse1kittycat, what would your own answer be?
OK, i stand corrected. Glad to know that Lewis is helping KBLB.
IMO, Kim shouldn't have brought Lewis on board unless Lewis agreed to completely stop promoting the goat thing in any way and actually sell the goats. Lewis is in a completely conflict of interest position that is, as you say, hurting KBLB by sucking up the attention we should be getting as well as creating confusion and misinformation in the public mind.
I suggest you relay these concerns to Kim: "IMO Randy Lewis is a fraud and Kim would be very smart to drop him from the advisors panel. The people who know already look at the guy as a scammer pretty soon the rest of the world will to. I hope we detatch from him before that."
Kim does read messages from investors.
Good DD Louisa! Thanks for posting this!
Yahoo bumped the .PK off all of them recently--i forget when i first noticed, but i think it was this past Monday or last weekend.
Louisa, thanks for posting that fabulous youtube statement from Lanza! For those who haven't watched, he says they will be treating patients in "the coming weeks" with twice the number of cells AND they have been discussing treating Dame Judy Dench whose condition is one eye with dry mac degeneration and one eye wet. FDA has said it's ok for them to treat such a condition and Lanza says Judy is "a candidate" and "it's a possibility" that they might treat her.
Go ACTC!!!
FRESHCOAT, here is Roslin Cells' reply to my questions:
QUESTION: Can one obtain embryonic stem cells from Roslin if one needed them for a transplant? ANSWER: No, our cells need to be supplied to a licenced facility and are then processed to be suitable for clinical application
QUESTION: Would using your own cells remove the need for immune-suppressing drugs?
ANSWER: Using your own cells may remove the need. However, you would need to be careful which cells you were using and in what area of your body as sometimes even your own cells can trigger an immune response.
QUESTION: Would those cells work better than (or at least as well as) one's own banked adult stem cells?
ANSWER: This would depend on the circumstances. However, the benefit of using your own cells is that you would need less immuno-suppression after the cell therapy treatment.
Of course i'm happy for her getting her vision but at the same time it worries me that some other company or medical treatment, could beat us to the finish line.
It would be nice if Gary could get Caldwell's estate to pay the costs!
The other way to get pps up and Elite on Nasdaq would be reverse split--if, and only if, approval of Nasdaq listing was guaranteed in advance. Then the massive naked shorting would stop and funds could buy in. But this would have to be done from position of strength (which maybe we have now). ???
To say it's all because of $4.00 gas is completely ridiculous! ever hear of Greece? Europe in general? Iran? the world? there are a gazillion interlocking factors...
ZF, you got me curious about chimeras! Here's a quick rundown to take everyone's mind off KBLB for a minute:
Chimera: In medicine, a person composed of two genetically distinct types of cells.
Chimerism, the phenomenon of having parts of a body made from a completely different being, is a much more common occurrence than previously thought. There’s a good chance you’re a human chimera.

Dialogue from other neighborhood:
I think ACTC will have to pay a penalty. I have dealt with those kind of SEC rules. They are not that difficult to understand if you want to understand them. But many also do not want to understand the tax rules and so if they get caught they pay a fine. But I believe it is not a real big deal, it is what it is. A violation not a crime.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
you are correct, the SEC investigation was not criminal...it was a civil matter. However, it makes one wonder, when will ACTC finally get its house in order?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They have to get it in order to achieve NASDAQ listing. Gary knows the game, of borderline financing, he will pay the fine and get it over with.
He is cleaning house, this is the picture I see. The bright side is the future , not the present situation.
But this is investing at the bottom. The bottom seldom is obvious. This is where you take your chance and if you hit it right, the big rewards.
GR is very smart and has loads of experience with SEC and knows plenty of influential people in world of finance. I have confidence in his ability to set things right.
About R/S: i assume there would be a time period after announcement of R/S before it takes effect so we can adjust our sell points. Is this assumption correct?
A buy-out is always possible. We still have the eye science, the hemangioblast program, and the patents...
Are you saying Caldwell created the problem but GR is at fault for not reassuring investors?
Could GR have done something to prevent the bad situation from getting this bad?
Yes, RS probably within a few months, if approval granted to list on Nasdaq. imo.
Lasers, thanks for the encouraging explanation and outlook! Much appreciated.
Crawford, if Gary wants to pare down the number of investors, why would he not want pps to rise to at least $0.20 or $0.30 which would cause many to exit?
Lasers, thank you for your analysis. I sure hope things turn out as well as you foresee!!!
How long do you think we have to wait for $1.00? $4.00???? (i.e. Nasdaq)
The PRs on iHub still include "Dr. David Kaplan Joins Kraig Biocraft Laboratories Scientific Advisory Board" while never saying anything to contradict it. I just noticed this yesterday, which is why i asked if Dr.Kaplan is still on the Board.
