Cults always have behind the scenes manipulators.
Cults don't like reason and tolerate no dissent.
Share price is way too high. Maybe if they would do a 100:1 split you could attract more interest.
I simply asked you to provide a link. I only searched your profile here on IHUB. Will you or will you not provide a link?
Why is it so hard to get a straight answer to a straight question around here today?
I asked why my post this morning regrding the stocklemon update was deleted. You answered a question I did not ask.
Purl Girl:
I went looking for your early posts that gave out information on this situation, but I couldn't find them. Can you please provide a link?
Thanks, peter
In that case, why was my post deleted this morning - the one that let everyone know stocklemon had a new report out?
And what about those hundreds of personal attacks against me?
Double standards at work, in my opinion.
I apologize for my emotional accusation. I'm not seeing the situation clearly.
I went and accused the owners of IHUB of being accomplices in stock fraud. I'm sure legally they have a defense, but ethically I find it outrageous.
Hmmm, my posts are getting deleted. Nice work.
I can picture some of you with your fingers in your ears and humming so as not to hear anything.
jaep, also, the tone of a message board is usually a darn good indicator also. If the board welcomes questions and skeptics, it's usually a real and solid company.
If they try to scare away skeptics or attack the skeptical poster, it's usually a bad company.
The ruder the posts, the worse the company, in general. I kid you not.
I swear I could make money shorting based only on the rudeness of a message board, if only I were allowed to short all the penny junk out there.
jaep: Just because I have a number of years of experience looking at real companies, and also a number looking at pretend companies. I've learnt their characteristics.
In real companies, you can verify what the company says through independent sources, and the company has no qualms about you doing this.
GLTY. Peter
ok, mutjin, thanks for the reply.
I was just trying to figure out if people still thought the underlying value was there, rather than just the momentum.
I am 100% sure that you are mis-valuing this company, but of course that's only my opinion.
Good luck to you.
Rog, so then you do believe the company has the underlying value of over $125 million? And that it would be a good deal to buy the whole company for that price, if you had the money?
If so, that's different than my speculation that everyone is just counting on the next buyer to buy their stock, rather than there being fundamental value.
Edumacate me country trash.
Josh, that's a different question completely. What I'm getting at is whether anyone thinks this company has an underlying value of $15, or even $1, or is everyone simply depending on everyone else to keep the price high?
So, does anyone think anyone would buy 100% of this company for $125 million?
"For one thing I have never seen a stock go up like this WITHOUT a pump."
Precisely. It's a giant pump complete with CEO saying stock will be $15 in a week.
Would you agree that no one would buy this whole company for $125 million, it's market cap today, no matter how rich they are?
Cuttin Rog: You may be right that the price would be $5 today. But is the stock really worth $5. Or is it just that the pump is strong enough that it could be $5.
Asking another way, would anyone buy this whole company for $500 million, or even $100 million. If we offered to sell this $500 million value to Warren Buffet for $100 million, do you think he'd buy it?
Our-Street:
Just a word of encouragement. Thank you for continuing to promote the truth. I'm a little warn out with it unfortunately.
Peter
'Annoying' is putting it mildly.
Disgusting is more like it.
Anyway, financially I did fine, no great gains or losses and anyway this is just one of hundreds of positions.
More important to me ... I'm trying not to feel demoralized by the corrupt ethics of the mob.
Got to go associate with some nice people for a change. That will make me feel better.
Betting Babe:
Hey, nice to see you back.
I am out of my FHAL short position. Got a forced buy-in last night. This is totally a scam in my opinion.
But if enough people buy it, the price will rise. Thus the hatred of dissenters. Not much of a business plan, entirely unproductive, but I guess if lying and mob hypnosis is the only way to make money, people will do it.
Hang in there, and don't let this board undermine your faith in honesty. There are good people out there.
Peter
No one ever doubted that the merger could or would go through. It means nothing in terms of the value, if any, underlying the share price. Doesn't scare me a bit.
There still is no audit of those fantasy numbers one can view on the CVSU website. How many of you actually think that Rufus came up with $800 million in equity? How many think he has institutional investors lined up to buy as soon as this thing 'resets' to $15.
This is still a joke, a mockery actually.
And on the 'basher' subject, what I find sickening is all you guys hoping that others lose money and go bankrupt. That's disgusting. We skeptics never wished that upon any of you. It's an awfully low emotion, wishing pain on others who have done nothing to you but express ideas.
Someone went so far as to say 'Jesus doesn't love you'!! Now I better understand where racism and mob violence come from.
Even having been subjected to all that, I still wish no ill upon any of you.
Night.
Agreed, the timing is not really an issue. I'm just hoping we will finally get to see CVSU audited financials.
JJ:
I realize that the timing is really not that critical, but this was said on July 21 on Paltalk, a Friday, I believe:
Seabrook: When are you anticipating the filing of the 10KSB?
Harris: We had a meeting at the end of the day and we estimate it at the first of next week. We're shooting for Thursday at the latest. Tuesday is our goal.
Isn't that nearly a week overdue now, or have I got the weeks mixed up?
Blue Sky, why do we think a 10K is coming out. Not due until 9/30 by my reckoning.
It's awfully quiet in here suddenly.
Is it only the honest longs and the bashers remaining now?
Did the paid pump contracts expire at midnight?
I don't understand the focus on a 10K. That would not be the applicable filing under these circumstances.
10K not even due until 9/30.
What we ought to be interested in is the CVSU audited financials.
Those are not required to appear until 60 days after the merger, I believe.
Therefore, this obfuscation of facts could continue for quite a while.
Is Mr. Harris all right?
Has anyone heard from him lately? Maybe someone can drop by the office and inquire.
Assets divided by shares = book value?
LOL my gosh, you pumpers must be tiring.
Why did any white people protest for the cause of African-Americans in the 1960's, as an example.
There are people who believe in justice, who are appalled when they see crime being perpetrated, and actually try to put a stop to it without a thought for their own personal gain.
I am not saying that I am one of those people, but certainly they do exist.
Bluediamonds: True, but no auditors' notes in there either unfortunately.
I don't believe CVSU had $800 million in shareholders equity. There is no way they could have gotten it, and how they might have gotten it has not been explained in any reasonable way.
That's what auditors notes are for, but they are AWOL.
Peter
Yes, that has already been discussed. You are attacking the messenger, but still refuse to back up your statement.
Remember what it was? It was about the bashers' lies. I'm still looking for some examples.
You said you didn't want to engage me,but you are engaging me, just without any substance whatsoever.
How many posts have you made on this thread so far rick? How many provided any information that was not already posted?
countryboy, yes I have posts on the Raging Bull BBAN thread. I was asking folks there what they knew of Mr. Harris. I was looking for information.
Are you thinking that posting on a board means I own the stock, necessarily. Sometimes one asks questions before buying the stock.
For honest investors:
Do this one simple thing: For one moment, ignore everything that Mr. Harris says, every Press Release, and every statement on this and other message boards. All of that is just talk.
Look only at filings and other verifiable facts.
What do you see?
There are no lies from the 'bashers'.
It's no wonder you don't wish to engage, because you would have to back up the statement you made with an actual fact.
Its all just an attempt to create an illusion.
Rookie:
Did you see the numbers purported to be CVSU's audited financials?
They are still there at www.cvsu.us. Click on "audited financials"
The Balance Sheet states that as of March 31, 2006 CVSU had shareholder's equity of over $800 million, including this line:
Comprehensive Income $ 803,430,836
That balance sheet shows liabilites of about $40 million and total assets of about $843 million, including $500 million Long Term Invesment in Bonds and $310 million in UCC Security Notes.
The income statement for the 3 months ended March 31 shows a net loss of $284,019.
The cash flow statement shows a line I don't understand, which appears to account for the big Shareholders Equity:
Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income $ 803,430,836
None of this $803 million appears in the income statement.
In wikipedia you can see this description of Accumualted Other Comprehensive Income http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accumulated_other_comprehensive_income
Accumulated other comprehensive income is a subsection in equity where "other comprehensive income" is accumulated (summed).
Other comprehensive income is the difference between net income and comprehensive income and represents the unrealized gains and losses of the enterprise. In practice, it comprises four general items:
Gains and losses on available for sale securities
Gains and losses on derivatives held as cash flow hedges
Gains and losses resulting from converting foreign currency subsidiaries to the parent's currency, and
Minimum pension liability adjustments.
I would guess that the $803 million is supposed to be Gains and losses of available for sale securities, but that's just a guess. The explanation should lie in the notes to the audited statement, which are always a part of any audit. Unfortunately these notes are not available for us to read.
You are asking a question to which the answer has been witheld from us.
Rick, what are some of the lies that bashers have posted. I've seen mainly verifiable facts, not just the hearsay the paid pumpers post.
BBAN - never invested in it, no relationship to it.
itsmikie: Sir, According to the CVSU website and Mr. Harris, there already IS an audit showing over $800 million in book value. It's just that he won't show it to us.
Peter
