What is fact so far is that Vincent has a second business out of the same address, for securities.
This gets you to a satellite photo of the building.

Definitely possible that both are being grouped together in these searches. I'm looking at addresses to see if they cross any paths. Or if they are one in the same person.
Note to all: I'm not trying to sink PDGT at all. I bought the stock as well. But I want to flush out all info related to this company. I should have done this before buying the stock, but what's done is done. Now on to more research..
If you have quick links to the old posts that would be helpful. Do the old posts include judgements against Mr Cammarata?
A PI might not even be needed. I'm turning up some interesting public records on Vincent Cammarata.
Vincent Cammarata is located in Celebration, FL (Florida throws up a RED flag to me.)
PDGT's address:
64 CENTRAL ST., GEORGETOWN, MA
Companies doing business from PDGT address:
- Paradigm Tactical Products
- D.C.H. SECURITIES, INCORPORATED (created: 10/12/2004)
Other companies Vicnent Cammarata is involved:
- ATLANTIC INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (as Secretary, JON R. LATORELLA as President)
and there are others..
Absolutely. Sharing costs works great. I would fly there myself to look, but why do that when I could easily have a local PI do it far more cheaply. Plus the background checks reveal great info. A bankruptcy within the past 7 years would be a big red flag.
I'll do some initial legwork to find a PI and get a more concrete estimate. Background checks are typically $250 and their hourly rate is often $75-$100. So $500 seems about right.
Independent investigation and verification is needed.
I don't like or trust aliases when it comes to investments. It's too easy for a single person to pretend to be 10 others. Consensus opinions can be easily manufactured.
I'm thinking of just hiring a PI local to PDGT to knock on some doors, take some photos, report a few hours of activity and run some background checks on the principals of the company. It might help shed light on this company.
I've done the same thing for a real estate investment which is actually in the courts right now.
I have no problem sharing my personal identity, particularly if there are others who would want to chip-in for such a simple investigation. I would estimate a cost of $500. I'll give it more thought.
PDGT might have attended, but PDGT was not listed an exhibitor in 2007. See the list of exhibitors below.

Pennypicks,
Is this a joke? PDGT puts out a PR that they "attended" a trade show. They didn't exhibit but attended? Sending someone to "attend" a trade show amounts to having someone walk around looking at other companies exhibits.
Not worthy a PR.
Trade shows
I'd like to see PDGT as a exhibitor at some various trade shows.
For example FOSE.
Here is a list of many trade shows which I think PDGT should have a presence.

The more I research the more I like PDGT. My only concern is will PDGT later dilute shares?
Why the buyback and not re-invest profits back into the company?
Still.. I like what I see so far. I think I may pick up an additional few million shares this week.
Press releases are nice, but sales are what matter. I want to see real contracts or commitments being made. Then I'll really buy in.
I see a link on this website to some fed contracts but they look to be shown under a partnering company.
Here is the link directly to PDGT's fed contracts.

Thanks.. I read that info a few days ago.
A company can have the best product in the world, but if the marketing plan stinks then sales will not follow.
I'd love to get a copy of their '08 and '09 budget. It would tell me what elements they feel are important and into what areas they are investing.
But, I am new to small companies so I'm not sure what info is publicly available.
I just searched gsaadvantage and I didn't turn up anything on PDGT.

Right now I'm in the dark on PDGT's capability and plan. I'd like to know more, as we all probably would. Maybe we could setup a conference call with PDGT's President where he could outline the companies direction.
I did a quick search and in 10 seconds I found the following. It looks like PDGT does GSA through another company, Brigade Quartermasters, Ltd.

Definitely sales reps will be key. Also, trade shows will be extremely important. There are some huge DOD and homeland security trade shows where PDGT -must- be present to be considered serious in their marketing plan.
This company will only be as good as their sales people.
I'd like to know who PDGT see's as their market. I can easily see schools, public buildings such as court houses, even night clubs.
If PDGT is truely going to market their products, I hope they share more of their future strategy with shareholders.
Right now they seem to have mostly vaporware.
There are other players in the market. I don't know who makes it, but the main/bug Dept. of Justice building in DC has what looks like a tube. It circulates the air and tests for a number of elements.
I'm just saying that there are other products out there. It's a competitive market. Hopefully, hopefully, PDGT has done their due-diligence in analyzing the market. Hence, sales projections.
I would hope they would have sales projections though. I also don't see a GSA schedule. They need this so gov agencies can easily order their products. Hopefully they have some resellers that have GSA schedules.
For those unfamiliar with GSA schedules, think of them as catalogs with pre-approved prices for the government.
There are a lot of companies that can help PDGT get a GSA schedule.

I jumped into this stock without much research. I was going to ask what public filing documents has PDGT made?
Does anyone have links to yearly or quarterly reports?
Happy Saturday!
Anyone else trading on the short side of the market? I've been extremely pleased to have found SKF, SDS and FXP. No matter the direction of the market I've been winning. Best couple of weeks my portfolio has seen in a long time.
Dan
I'm not sure who makes the product they will distribute, but even as a distributor the added cash flow is quite meaningful.
