urka,
Most of my postings were initially on RB. I tried to organize a shareholder meeting in NYC about 3 years ago and only two shareholders showed up. I have kept in contact with Yaacov since then and usually see him when he comes to the US. I don't feel it's OK for me to reveal the s/p, that would be for Yaacov if he so desires because it's a private transaction and not really a buyback.
According to the 2-11, the Alliance buyout should be finalized in February.
Yaacov is only interested in promoting the products and realizes the s/p will take care of itself in due time.
He works 16-18 hours a day and travels all over the world to market the products himself and doesn't take a salary and says he will not until the company achieves it's goals.
Yes, I'm still buying and hope to hear of large contracts soon. But the competition is very difficult because they are the established ones.
urka,
I have spoke with Yaacov and emailed him many times and personally met with him 3 times, once in NYC and twice in Pennsylvania near my home. The last time I met with him, he spoke of the Alliance shares being available and I had several wealthy friends who inquired about buying the shares and the price needed to purchase them. The price had already been set at that time last year. This isn't speculation on my part and I don't make up stories.
Richie,
I didn't say you did. If anyone tries to manipulate share price to their advantage by witholding news in any company that is illegal. The transaction price has been established and therefore doesn't even apply in this situation.
Aiming,
You are correct, withholding news to manipulate share price downward while a sale price is being established is illegal. The price has already been established.
"Mike,
You are definite right the price was set a year ago "
bulldog,
You are correct. It is the lack of information and people simply tired of waiting and some are selling. These markets are difficult to penetrate and there is much bureaucratic red tape to navigate and it appears that timelines are not met because Yaacov has to wait on the other party. He promised a PR soon contingent on the other party. No idea what the PR will contain.
Richie,
The buyout price was set a long time ago and is not dependent on the current s/p.
The Alliance holdings are part of the original 2 bil shares and are not related to the newly authorized 500 million.
The fact that Yaacov is buying those shares shows his confidence in the success of the company.
Any new shares issued are common as opposed to preferred and Yaacov has said they will be restricted.
Securing these large contracts is very difficult because of the established companies already supplying kits. Yaacov is very confident that his kits are superior and that large contracts will be secured.
Yaacov has said he will release news very soon and also will release 2007 projections and goals, also soon.
I see this as a buying opportunity, each must decide for himself.
partial fill,
they gave me 12500 out of 200k at bid .005. I purposely didn't go AON to see if I get a partial. Those small fills are probably all partials. Anybody else get a partial?
Did a trade to make sure it was still trading.
Sold 200k at .0055, bought 400k at .005 bid last week. today's trade showed up as 300k, could have been combined with another one. Executed within one minute at bid. Yaacov should be back from religious holiday next Monday and hopefully more news soon after that.
urka,
You may very well be right with your last statement. No one wants to hold a stock that has been pretty much stagnant for three years. The market makers can kill any momemtum and keep prospective buyers from jumping in. And I think its being held down. It will move when its time to move.
urka,
Did you place an order? I see there were no trades today again.
urka,
my level 2 shows .0055 X .006 2x6
chucker,
In the Identa business plan that was available about 2 years ago, it stated
"The other forensic field test kits currently under development are:
• Bullet hole detection kit. By using certain chemicals, one can identify the type of projectile used.
• Ferroprint kit. Gives an exact image of any metallic object held in the suspect’s hand.
• Explosive identification kit. Identifies using trace amounts, the types of explosives used.
• Footprint enhancement kit. Defines and clarifies suspect’s footprints."
Much is going on in R & D. We see that the explosives kits are now being marketed and others could be at any time. MHO mike
Richie,
No I AM not the other Mike but I thank him for posting it. BTW, you seem to be flipflopping a lot and seem higher now after that email. You should know by talking to Yaacov that there is much he is not ready to divulge yet. Just relax and let it play out. He will not alter his plan according to others wishes. Here is an email I received recently with a company name blacked out.
"in the last months a lot of changes happened,
new products , new markets, i am hiring more people, etc.
it can not be that every step has to be published immediate, most of the time one step is a string of many steps and it takes time to be released . as you remember i wrote you about the way xxxxxxxx is trying to keep the market. How can I supply info for xxxxxxx or others before the steps are not finished!!!!
I am confident in our products, in our hard working etc.
I am not going to be pushed by any mood changes.
I have my way to do it and with God's help I will succeed "
yaacov
Richie,
You were going to walk away for awhile. You are getting too worked up over this. He's going to do this on his timeline and not ours, so no sense getting worked up over it. I agree we need more info but it doesn't look like it's going to happen yet. Right or wrong, we don't know what is going on behind the scenes.
BTW those additional shares are common, not preferred, but he did say they were going to be restricted and we see 30 mil shares hit the street from somewhere.
Did you sell out today? Mike
Rich,
"we hope to have positive info including numbers from France , USA, Singapore, Indonesia etc. this will take place in the next months."
"
By the way our TATP detector (explosive) can be used for liquid suspected substance!!! "
sg,
It wasn't updated yesterday. Maybe he will post the 211 form now. He's been promising it all summer and last said he will do it in September. Looks like 80 mil were issued and 30 hit the float. We really need some information about those shares. Many longs are getting antsy. We need to know about the tenders he made and what the results are.
midas,
probably real orders because he's already been sending samples out.
Most important sentence,
"the company has recently received numerous product inquiries from law enforcement agencies and media sources around the world."
Yaacov says great number of inquiries by the media. That could be great advertising.
News out tonight,
IDenta Names New Product Line -First Orders For IDenta ALERT Explosive Detectors Come From US and France
IDenta Names New Product Line -First Orders For IDenta ALERT Explosive Detectors Come From US and France
Savannah, Georgia, September 25, 2006 IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News)
today announced the name of its new explosive detector line, while also stating that it has received two orders for its new explosive detector products, from France and USA.
Now named IDenta ALERT Explosive Detectors, the company has recently received numerous product inquiries from law enforcement agencies and media sources around the world.
The announcement follows the completion last week of a major marketing mission to the U.S. by IDenta's CEO, Yaacov Shoham and its Chief Scientist, Baruch Glattstein.
"I would like to congratulate Baruch for clearly demonstrating the advantages of our new explosive detection products," said Shoham. "He and our technical staff showed great determination over the past three months developing explosive detectors that are now proving to be superior to those Baruch developed much earlier in his career." Glattstein is credited with first developing the Expray and ETK detectors, explosive detectors nearly twenty-five years ago. Both of these products are still in production.
IDenta believes its new ALERT products provide superior detection ability, while minimizing the potential contact risk from breathing fumes from an aerosol detector or contact with exposed chemicals in other commercially available detectors. IDenta has sent the new products for evaluation to the French Police Testing Lab in Lyon, which earlier this year gave high ratings to IDenta's drug detectors when compared to the industry leading NIK kits. (the report -www.identa.biz)
The name IDenta ALERT was selected to represent the company's line of explosive detectors because of the company's intention to market the products as both a first line of defense, as well as a secondary product that verifies the preliminary testing done by electronic equipment. The company's website, www.identa.biz, has been updated to include photographs of the five new detectors along with explanations of the product features.
Also a first in the industry, IDenta has developed an innovative detector included in their ALERT detector kits which can detect whether a substance is Cocaine/Crack or the white powder of TATP, (explosive). The sampling device, like the company's other products, is very safe, easy to use, and has an extremely high reliability rate for showing No False Positives.

DHS science chief calls liquid explosives detection a priority
By Chris Strohm, CongressDaily
The Homeland Security Department's new chief of science and technology told lawmakers Wednesday he is accelerating efforts to find technology to prevent liquid explosives from being brought on planes, including offering companies special liability protections for their devices.
During a joint hearing of two House Homeland Security subcommittees, lawmakers questioned Jay Cohen, who took over the science and technology directorate last month, on why developing liquid explosives detection technology has not been done faster.
"It's been five years [since 9/11] and we do not have the technology to deal with liquid explosives, that's unacceptable," said House Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness Subcommittee ranking member Bill Pascrell, D-N.J. Interest in new detection devices heightened on Capitol Hill after a foiled bomb plot in London last month to take down U.S.-bound airliners using liquid explosives.
Cohen said he initiated a program Aug. 11 -- the day after the foiled plot was disclosed -- asking industry for proposals for detection devices. He said "over 40 proposals" came in. Within the next month, he added, the department will test the devices using 500 milliliter-sized bottles filled with liquid explosives that the government knows terrorists are likely to use.
He said the devices would also qualify for certification under the department's Safety Act program, which shields contractors from liability and lawsuits in the event that their technology does not prevent a terrorist attack. "Those that work we will put on the fast track in an acquisition program," he said.
Cohen noted that the department's security lab had been examining liquid explosives detection technology before the London plot was exposed. But he said he was "not satisfied" with the program. He cautioned, however, that technology and threats are always evolving. "The enemy is agile. The enemy is devious. The enemy is nefarious," he said. "And technology doesn't stand still just for us, it moves forward for those who would attack us. And where we would use technology for the good there are people who would use technology for the bad."
Lawmakers also expressed concern that the department's Safety Act implementation office, which is under Cohen, has been too slow in giving companies certification for their products. "When it comes down to protecting Americans, and we have technology that is out there, I don't want us to be the problem," House Homeland Security Management Subcommittee ranking member Kendrick Meek, D-Fla., told Cohen. "If you need [help], you need to say it."
Cohen said the office revised its application review and approval process in July. Last month, the office made its 100th certification. Cohen added that the department intends to give certification to technologies that industry uses under the first phase of the Secure Border Initiative, dubbed SBInet. Multiple industry teams are competing for that contract.
"I'm very comfortable in telling you that whoever the winning offerer will be that they will receive Safety Act protections," Cohen said.
NOW REREAD THIS NEWS RELEASE
JERUSALEM, June 13, 2006 - IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News) confirmed today that its recently announced new product line is being developed to detect the presence of extremely explosive materials. The announcement was timed to coordinate with Identa's successful completion of extensive research and prototype development on the new explosive detectors. The yet-to-be-named product line is expected to open significant new markets for the company both with Homeland Security in the United States, and with law enforcement agencies around the world.
"We believe we are in the final stages of introducing the most advanced and reliable on-site proprietary explosive detector on the market today," announced IDenta CEO Yaacov Shoham. "These are pro-active products that can potentially save countries millions of dollars, severe anguish, and tremendous loss of life. I am very proud that our technical advisors and product development team have combined their scientific expertise and IDenta's proven on-site testing solutions to create products that will detect these very dangerous explosive materials before they can fulfill their devious purposes."
Identa's new products will be able to detect at least five of the most serious of explosive materials including triacetone triperoxide (TATP), which has also been labeled in news stories as the "Mother of Satan". Initial tests have confirmed that IDenta's new products can successfully identify these dangerous substances based on testing sample sizes of less than one gram. The company is nearing completion of additions to its manufacturing facilities. Production and product deliver is expected to commence within the next three months.
Also, "By the way our TATP detector (explosive) can be used for liquid suspected substance"
papa,
They have the market cornered. Most police departments I have talked to, use the NIK kits. That's why it has been difficult penetrating the market. That's also why Yaacov is so quiet right now. Keeping under the radar while he's attempting to secure the large contracts that he's mentioned in previous PR's.
BTW, IDTA has been moving up all weekend on the quote leader board and is now # 27.
Yaacov said he will post the 211 in September.

oki,
I think Yaacov is going to put that brochure on the website. He just wanted to show it and actually here was the only place it could be viewed now. That news should be released nationally very soon. Mike
Agree Chucker,
In my opinion exciting times ahead. Yaacov coming to U.S. soon to release the explosive detectors and maybe some of the other new kits also. and he said he will release some news and the 211 also sometime after labor day, probably in September. We haven't heard anything about the tenders made. He told me previously that he wouldn't be releasing news everytime he made a sale, so we really don't know how many are being sold. So we need to see some financials to put some clarity on the subject but Yaacov will do it within his timeline and not when we say, although we all would like to see something as soon as possible. Much has been speculated here and we really won't know if any of it has come to fruition until Yaacov tells us. July was supposed to be a very important month and we haven't heard anything about that either. I think September will be a good month for us to be enlightened about some issues. If you go back and re-read the last 6 Pr's you can see there's much on the table.I'm still accumulating on the dips.

Don't forget this,
"JERUSALEM, Israel, February 21, 2006 - IDenta Corp. announced today that its products have been selected for use by the French National Police, the country's national police force and a significant element of its drug enforcement network. The announcement follows the release of a detailed report by the Scientific Laboratory of Police at Lyon after several months of testing and comparing drug detection products from other internationally-recognized companies.
"This is a significant success for IDenta," remarked Yaacov Shoham, IDTA CEO. "We are most pleased that IDenta's products tested highest among the most respected products in our industry. France is a very large market. We believe the entire European drug enforcement community will be monitoring the effectiveness of our products to help combat the drug problem in France for many months to come."
Initial orders for IDenta drug kits are expected to total over 75,000 kits with a potential for several hundred thousand kits to be ordered during 2006."

IDENTA'S NEW EXPLOSIVE DETECTORS
IDenta Set To Introduce New Products That Detect Major Explosives Used By Terrorists
JERUSALEM, August 16, 2006 - IDenta Corp. (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News) announced today that next week it will begin demonstrating and marketing its new explosive detectors that has been developed to detect the explosives now used by terrorists around the world. The announcement provides the first complete details of the development of this major new product line since June 14th, when IDenta announced that it was first developing an explosive detector.
"We are now ready to introduce the most advanced and reliable on-site proprietary explosive detectors on the market today," announced IDenta CEO Yaacov Shoham. "TATP and UREA NITRATE are extremely dangerous compounds which have caused massive destruction of property, and loss of life in the hands of terrorist organizations.
Recently three tons of Ammonium Nitrate were captured in Canada (used by terrorist from EL-Kaida).
Explosive detection products are urgently needed by law enforcement agencies around the world, and we are confident that our detectors will meet and exceed their expectations once officials witness a demonstration."
Key product features of IDenta's new explosive detectors include:
1. The methodology provides a very safe testing method that will pose no danger at all to the user.
2. Detectors are able to detect the full range of the well-known types of military, commercial and the homemade explosives including: TNT/PETN, RDX/NITRATE, UREA NITRATE, AMMONIUM NITRATE, TATP/HMTD, CHLORATE/BROMATE.
3. Identa's new TATP/HMTD detector has consistently tested showing No False-Positives.
4. The detectors have at least two years period of chemical stability.
5. Durable, easy to use, self-contained plastic packaging will enable the products to be used in a wide-variety of field operations including in the field military operations as well as civilian applications such as airport security.
6. The products are also expected to be very competitively priced.
7. High sensitivity to detect small amount.
The new TATP kit will be incorporated in the Identa's drugs testing kits. TATP is highly unstable and sensitive to heat and friction. (see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TATP).
One cannot distinguish visually between white powder of Cocaine/Crack and white powder of TATP. The safe sampling device and the reliability of the kit is a novel solution for this acute problem.
Law enforcement agencies in France, Hungary, China, and the United States will be the first countries targeted for demonstrations.
About TATP
Triacetone Triperoxide or TATP, also known as "Mother of Satan", was named as the explosive used in the 2005 London Bombings, and was included as the trigger in the shoe bomb that was found on the December 2001 flight from Paris to Miami. Its base ingredients - drain cleaner, bleach and acetone - can be bought easily and without attracting suspicion and its chemical composition is simple. In finished form TATP is almost undetectable by sniffer dogs or conventional bomb detection systems. The chemical is highly unstable and sensitive to heat and friction. see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TATP
About Ammonium Nitrate
Ammonium Nitrate is a very strong oxidizing agent that makes an explosive mixture when combined with a fuel such as a hydrocarbon, usually Diesel fuel (oil) or, sometimes, kerosene. It has been known to be used for terrorist activities by the Provisional Irish Republican Army and in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing by Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols. see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ammonium_nitrate

Rich,
I don't know but we have a kit for TATP and that is what was going to be made on the planes. Not sure what forms they will be able to test for.
Whatever we have seems to be already requested and therefore probably already has a market.
Recent PR stated,
"The venture was prompted by recent discussions with legal and law enforcement experts from a number of countries, including the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, which unveiled a variety of potential new applications for the company's technical expertise and product packaging."
Richie,
We have detectors directly related for testing of the types of bombs being made. I think Yaacov will release something to make more people aware of the products soon to be released. Articles in USA Today etc. are trying to explain what is available to combat these bombs. Now would be a great time to publicize the detectors.
Richie,
I think we will get some news this week.
Correct the agreement concerns development of explosive detectors. The release was benefitted because of the situation. IMO
Dubi,
They went from .95 to 1.85 today on that news. IDTA needs a PR about the explosive detectors to awaken it.
Another Israeli company is in the news because of the potential bombs. Yaacov should release some news on the progress of the explosive detectors to create more awareness of our products as many agencies are looking for solutions now. Here is the news of the company Traceguard TCGD

very nice news update,
IDenta Releases 2006 Mid-Year Progress Report - New Products, New Markets Highlight Company Successes and Future Direction
JERUSALEM, Israel, July 5, 2006 -IDenta Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: IDTA - News) today released a comprehensive review of significant company events that it has undertaken since the beginning of 2006. The company's manufacturing, marketing, product R&D, status of international sales and potential revenues were each referenced in the memorandum. The briefing comes just one month after IDenta announced that it was developing a completely new product line, to aid in the detection of extremely dangerous explosive materials.
"IDenta started 2006 with a growing international reputation for developing the most reliable, easiest to use, on-site drug detection kits on the market," stated CEO Yaacov Shoham. "Since founding the company, our corporate staff has diligently worked to develop a network of qualified representatives around the world. Their primary mission has been to introduce IDenta's products to a very diverse, very tough to penetrate marketplace, the top security agencies around the globe. We have had, I believe in a relatively short period of time, unprecedented success in this initial mission. We have had to make adjustments along the way, but each and every demonstration has been enthusiastically received. We are continuing to work through the maze of bureaucratic purchasing procedures in over ten countries, and I am confident that significant orders for these products are on the horizon."
"Now, based on the impressions we made with the different U.S. Federal Departments, IDenta has expanded its corporate mission to become known as 'a leading developer of products that identify illegal and dangerous substances'. This is very exciting opportunity that could see immediate sales because we already have in place the network of security contacts worldwide who know our company by name and by our excellent reputation."
Significant events of 2006 to date include:
Drug Detection Product Launches
IDenta has introduced two new drug detector products since the beginning of 2006 to bring the company's drug detection product line to six. First - a methamphetamine / amphetamine detector product that can test for the presence of either drug was introduced. Second, at the request of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, IDenta is now in the final stage of releasing a new detector for ketamine or Special K, also known as a date rape drug.
Explosive Detector Product Launches
In May, IDenta announced it was developing a new product at the request of countries. IDenta's explosive detectors will also be state-of-the-art, on-site detectors with the capability of detecting 5 different families of extremely dangerous explosives including TATP. The new detectors will be packaged in two durable plastic units, very safe to handle, very cheap and
expected to be formally introduced for sale within the next three months. (in September 2006)
U.S. Market Development
In March of 2006, IDenta contracted with the APH Group, www.aphgroup.us, to formally lead the introduction and sales of IDenta's products into the U.S. civilian and retail marketplace. To date, the company has contracted eight sales agents in two states, Georgia and Florida, to introduce and sell IDenta's drug detection product line to security companies, municipalities, schools, universities and Fortune 1000 companies.
Retail chain sales and Internet based sales to consumers are also part of the strategic marketing plan being directed by APH. Recently IDenta introduced a new website at www.identa.biz, which will be used to support this sales force, and eventually host an online ordering system for all of IDenta's drug detection products.
U.S and International Sales Activities
Identa recently participated and won tenders for the countries of Panama and India as organized by the U.S. State Department, and is currently waiting on notification of the results from two very large product bids from France and the state of Virginia. The combined orders represent a potential of more than $1 million in sales.
Additionally IDenta has made demonstrations, received orders and is expecting volume contract orders from: Poland, Romania, Argentina, Venezuela, Australia, Azerbaijan, Israel, China, United Kingdom, Indonesia and South East Asia. Company introductions and product demonstrations are now targeted for Spain, Portugal, Greece, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia
Legal and U.S. Government Initiatives
Since the beginning of 2006, IDenta has made significant progress working with the Federal government, through its leading U.S. representatives Millennium Security of McLean, Virginia, http://www.millss.com. In March, IDenta made presentations to both the Law Enforcement Caucus and the Methamphetamine Caucus on Capital Hill, and met with Drug Enforcement Agency Laboratory Directors, who agreed to test IDenta's products in the field.
Millennium Security also is securing GSA schedule approval for IDenta products and participated very successfully in several security industry conferences and trade shows demonstrating the company's products to the over 5000 law enforcement attendees. Additional conferences are planned for the second half of 2006, in USA, China etc.
IDenta is also currently leading a crucial initiative in the State of Virginia that seeks the approval of the results of field drug testing-marijuana/hashish, for admission as legitimate and recognized court evidence. If approved, the use of IDenta's on-site drug detection products will set a new precedent ensuring that the detection work done in the field by law enforcement officers will result in more drug charges being formally made and delivered into the court system.
IDenta Manufacturing
IDenta has just completed expansion of its manufacturing facilities in Israel to accommodate the production of both the new drug detection and explosive detection products. With these new additions, the company anticipates that it has the potential to more than double its product
production without any additional infrastructure expenses.
IDenta is also in preliminary negotiations for contracting of a second facility (for product assembly only) to possibly be based in Latin America.
Anticipated 2006 Revenues
IDenta expects that system-wide sales for all of its product lines 2006 could grow by 250% over 2005. The company does anticipate releasing some preliminary financial information in the second half of 2006 with the successful completion of numerous pending orders and contracts.

yos,
Taking business away from an established company is very difficult especially when gov't agencies ane involved. The two state department orders were very significant and shows me that Millennium has the ability to deliver the sales. Yaacov has already stated that he cannot show much information at this time.( The two orders mentioned above were very vague as to size). Just my opinion but I expect to see some very large orders this summer. Mike
