An 8-K would not have to include profits.
An 8-K would be utilized to let investors know of a contract with a distributor... such as what was posted on twitter the last day or so... it's material knowledge that shareholders should not have to wait till a 10-Q to be aware of and make decisions investing wise
We should have gotten some 8-Ks by now, and I do think the company should provide some type of deadlines for when certain aspects will be taken care of i.e. Credit card capability, movies finished, commercials... but the potential here is so great that for the time being I'm willing to put up with the BS
If I came on a little strong about the guy bashing the company over the scrolling text, I apologize... believe me, there is plenty to be upset and irritated about in regards to communication between viva and the shareholders... it's just his substantive argument about grammar mistakes is so ridiculous and easily verifiable that to cause a problem and bash the company over it made me heated... I'm also not saying that they haven't blocked people for minuscule reasons, but if people are constantly trying to communicate with them to the point of annoyance then they should be blocked
It's an advertisement, the grammar isn't going to be like an 18th century novel... it makes perfect sense for people to read quickly and not have to spend too much time thinking about it... if this is what is making you move on, versus the immense potential then good luck to you
I doubt he blocked them for just this one instance... id be interested in what else this person has tried communicating about... the point is that people need to take the time and not go full breakdown instantly... especially with something so easy to see
I don't see anything wrong with the scrolling text... "Vivalive download it now on App Store & Google Play"
What was the typo you found ?
What do people believe the share price will be a year from now ? Has any company gone from sub pennies to dollars in a year...
If you subscribe to the Premium Package, what kinds of movies are offered... are they mainstream movies or movies nobody would watch.
I feel like Viva's website should be updated to include all the available channels, packages, how to download and use, information on the directors and executives, among other things... anyone else feel this way ?
I'm actually willing to hold longer than just a dollar, up till hopefully listing to the NASDAQ.. I'm still in college for the next three years so I have time to wait!
Do penny stocks even go from the low .003s to over a penny in a week... seems as though that's extremely or even foolishly optimistic... but if it happens you will definitely not see me complaining.
I've been reading a lot of the posts hear dealing with all the acquisitions, partnerships with huge companies, and the vast portfolio MMEG holds... so why is the stock price so low... I'm trying to figure that out before investing, since it seems as though this company is vastly undervalued for the potential it has.
Could someone explain what would happen if a merge or partnership occurs... new to investing and I have no idea what would happen
Any other companies like OTTV and BVTK which have enormous long term potential... trying to find some companies to delve into with DD.
Anyone think OTTV has Nasdaq in their future ?
You'd think if Viva was as lucrative in the future as many of us believe it will be, they would be able to buy back shares and retire them to reduce the o/s
How long do you consider long term?
Realistically is that even a possibility, seems impossible if not years and years away if possible
Anyone believe the BOD want this stock on the NASDAQ eventually or just stick with OTC for the foreseeable future ? OTTV and BVTK are both entering some exciting times
Quick question about the NASDAQ listing hopes... wouldn't the stock need to be trading above $4 before NASDAQ allows it on their exchange ?
