I know, but just wanted to add the 8-k link :)
Dug a little deeper this morning and learned that Janssen terminated that Hanmi biologic drug trial for the treatment of diabetes due to what seemed to have been quality and/or quantity issues in manufacturing.
Janssen to restart clinical trials of Hanmi’s diabetes drug candidate

Dr. James List/Janssen announced a licensing deal with Hanmi Pharmaceutical in Nov 2015 to develop a biologic that suppose to improve blood glucose.
Wonder how that's going. I've searched with no luck in finding any updates.
Wished we had an update on the Megellin cells.
5 months to get started...
Wrong! The patents are relevant as explained to you in numerous previous posts.
Please, again, do your DD or go back and review those previous posts.
Wrong! It's not been 30 years. It's been a 20 year project that has since matured in it's technological development.
Now at it's current stage before the FDA!
Wrong! You can't show not one single targeted therapy having superior intellectual property to CiaB.
Janssen, nor anyone else for that matter would be interested in PharmaCyte's CiaB therapy if that was true.
We've certainly been witnessing a tremendous amount of progression, especially over the past two years.
The recent developments have been exciting to learn.
If the update is about the IND, then it would only be to inform us that the IND was submitted and either did or did not receive the FDA's blessing. It could even announce a new partnership.
I think the PR will come as an entirely new level of communication because I believe a transformation is underway. A business transformation.
Think about the IND stage...our need for a big pharma partner....the pause...the new IR.
I want to believe we're witnessing a transformation with a higher level of transparency to investors and shareholders.
I believe we have a new big pharma partner here at this IND submittal stage, and a transformation is actually happening. :) :) :)
Go PharmaCyte!!!!!!!!!!!
Why hire a new IR?
I would think for more investors and a partnership(s), not a buyout.
I could be wrong, but I mean why hire a new IR when a buyer will have their own.
The recent hiring of two highly regarded scientists and a new well connected PR man eases my concerns greatly as they would not join what some people call a scam. I do not believe this is a scam but maybe poorly run. We need to get the show on the road and if not why the delays with specifics.
That's pretty much my wishful thinking as well. :) :) :)
Too big for a CC...
I think we will finally get to hear from the new IR....a PR that says the IND has been submitted and we have a new partner!!! :)
Go Mr. Waggoner!!!!!!
Thank you!!!
That debenture could be used as collateral for a lender.
Trip, you're a beast! Really appreciate your posts. :) :) :)
The NDA's...
With regards to six Mr. Waggoner's ability to putting out information to the public, you might want to consider the certain positive developments, and certain constraints, that may or may not have been incorporated/negotiated into each of these agreements.
Hello, Musky. Can I ask how did you get the privilege? :)
Yep, and now we are creating their accumulation. lol
Absolutely, my thoughts exactly. The positives by far outweighs the negative. :) :) :)
Sounds like we're still on track as I expected.
I too am waiting for my email response.
Thanks 1234
It is entirely possible for the PR to be ready just in time for Santa's bag. :)
Go PharmaCyte!!!!!!
Thanks Trip. I am expecting nothing less than an "extremely high" success mark.
Especially after the positive indications from the 20+ patients in the earlier study were significantly enough to make Von Hoff come to PharmaCyte :) :) :)
The design has been converted to a pivotal trial ...correct?
agreement with the FDA on the secondary endpoints of the clinical trial, except that PFS will be added to the list of secondary endpoints if the trial becomes a pivotal trial;
ng. Of the 3 patents you gave, 2 were associated with protecting freeze dried bacteria as in a probiotic, from stomach acid. The patent for the polyanionic encapsulating material spends quite a bit of discussion of disassociating the polymembrane, or releasing the cells inside for "downstream processing" (e.g. safely transport probiotic bacteria through the stomach, for release into the small intestine). It's eyeing different uses such as slow release drug therapy, or even something snazzy like stem cell delivery. Ref the patent.
. "But don't worry, it's doubtful anyone is interested in the equivalent of Ifosfamide Metronomic chemo for Pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer will be treated with targeted Ab, or immuno therapy in combination with modern chemo drugs. Not by Metronomic Ifosfamide or an alkylating drug dating back to the 1980s."
Good morning!!!!
What's not known is the amount of time to manufacture the cell banks. However, according to Lohr, the testing only takes 3-4 weeks if I understood him correctly at 17:30...
Good morning RC. I just did.
lol I was wondering who was going to fill him in on that
Hey Trip, a wild guess here...what about a partnership deal, with contingencies of course, and the debenture was used as collateral for funding.
It may have been said that we'll have funding after a successful IND submission, but the details of the funding has never been shared has it?
If you believe in this company like I do, that $.62 will be peanuts compared to what I truly believe we will see within one year. You'll be glad you held on to them! :) :) :)
The debenture is only one of several reasons why some here need to believe the IND submission will happen soon rather the end of 2018. Thanks Trip.
So true. Crazy!!!
Thanks frosr! ;) ...Soon enough we'll be spiking high.
You might want to hurry and accumalte more.
Go PharmaCyte!!!!!!!
The same here Musky :) :) :)
That million shares pitched today ...just shaky hands.
Wow! Got'em
That always feel good. :) :) :)
Go PharmaCyte!!!!
Frosr, if you look at your level two that will be me at 149,900 ...last week I couldn't get past the butterflies, but today you gave me reason to pull the trigger. :) :) :)
Have a great day!
Go PMCB!!!
lol Just dig a little deeper and you'll come to the realization.
It might even help you to stop ignoring the facts and quit speculating.
Dr. von Hoff approaches PharmaCyte after the study and results of only 20+ patients to get involved.
Obviously, the initial indications were positive.
So, ask yourself...Why would the distinguished Dr. von Hoff want to be involved after "only 20+ patients"?
My answer...Because there had to of been an astounding high percentage of positive results. :) :) :)
Dr. von Hoff wants to be a part of this success story.
Go PharmaCyte!!!
