I was very surprised too. But what else can explain our current situation other than flippers, dilution was relatively low and volume was high. The assets of FLPC alone are worth more that it's current valuation and its potential relative to SP is crazy low,so I do feel it will move higher but we are tangled up in the weeds at the bottom with people making small profits on volume.
I completely agree with what you are saying. This SP is taking into account nothing of the new reality that is FLPC of the last month or so.I think one of two things will have to happen we wait till FLPC reports revenue or this group of traders happy with two or three tick flips see the potential for more substantial gains and sets this thing free to seek it's real level.
It has been stated before and it is true that a higher SP helps everything about FLPC's future most importantly with dilution. The BOD puts out some great news then just as the investment community is waiting for a follow up they go silent or just post on Facebook. Market forces and things outside their control aside they need to pull out all the stops to try to get SP moving higher before the whole ball of yarn unravels but hey just my opinion.
The management team are not good promoters of the company stock. At this point we need news already, even a little teaser PR would help hold interest before they can lay out all the details.
To date FLPC has always been a speculative play and until revenues start it still is. This same speculative play has seen its share price much higher in the past and with all these positives lined up I can't believe this SP. We need more attention on this stock and to the new reality.
That is good to know. Hope it is only a short delay.
The key to this short term to get this moving is conformation of what happened or didn't happen yesterday. Like so offer in the past a timely PR is missing.
Lets have some news on what happened yesterday with the SPA.
The SPA is due to be signed today. News should be out this afternoon or first thing tomorrow and after that we need regular PR's on when mill will be up and running and processing figures going forward. This will rebuild investor trust and should start a steady SP rise that may knock out the two tick flippers.
Buy 12 million @0.0013 and put 12 million on the ask @ 0.0016. It will take awhile to get through that and raise the ask.
I believe we will see large volume continue on Monday but until we see the bid coming up to meet a rising ask the share price will not move much. Last week had everything you could want for an increase in the share price except increasing ask price which I suppose to some degree helped the large volume.
I feel the same way but the share price did go higher at first and then declined on heavy volume. Its almost like institutional selling with these low asks. If the asks were raised I think price would move higher on this volume.
News of a mill is such a game changer for FLPC that I can't believe anyone is on the ask for 0.0015. At some point there has to be a valuation estimate increase.
Don't get me wrong, you make a valid point, but FLPC makes zero per month and has been looking very sketchy this year after looking fairly competent last year. I just feel this might give us our best chance at gaining new investors and building us back to last years PPS and maybe even more. If this plan fails down the road I can say management went down trying something which is better than the inaction we just came through.
i guess there are always questions and risks in any deal like this but for me with a long position here I would have welcomed any news that gets ore moving through a mill toward some kind of revenue. I think we have taken a huge step back from the edge and it sure looks brighter than the last few months of drifting and sliding.
I agree with you and to get the updated news out to new investors the company needs to put out a PR with some of Jimmy's highlights such as it appears they have a mill site selected and the Rose Creek progress would be helpful.
Agree that would be helpful for all investors.
MJAM2020 You might look at their filings at http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BRWC/filings for some numbers as for their products and business model check out their web site.I bought BRWC in 2011 and added to my long position late last year because I believe this is a growing company with good upside potential. If you look at what has been achieved this year alone it looks undervalued to me but that is just my opinion.
Has the company posted any update on the Winnemucca gold property? If the gold property is the direction we are moving short term then regular updates are needed as stated in last PR.I may have missed something so just asking anyone.
It was Lithium and the future need for lots of it that first pushed this exploration stage company FLPC to a share price that one could hardly imagine today. With Tesla again in the picture why doesn't the management team of FLPC jump back in with at least mentioning that it could provide a future source? This stock and company's very existence is in serous doubt all of it's potential needs to be thrown against the wall to see if anything sticks with new investors. With all the dilution we need new investors the longs can't save this anymore.
Isn't today the day we start on site exploration at the Winnemucca gold property?
I emailed Bob Reynolds this past week to express several concerns and as part of his response back on Thursday regarding the mill he said "our expectations (expectations underlined)are to update the investment community soon on this important item" He went on to explain that there are many parties/groups involved with the mill project and that is why the update is taking time.Maybe they will inform us as to a delay but he did not say that it was not to happen this year to me anyway. I also asked if we could outsource mill services until we could get ours up and running and he did not address that. I don't know if this information is worth anything but I put it out there just as another item.
well the train wreck appears to have happened. Question is can our comments here serve any purpose other than to attack one another or just to vent? We all have money invested and for all the promise that FLPC had it is sad to see it's potential mismanaged in this way. Legal action at some point may be an option but I would imagine that if there is any chance that management could right the ship that would still be our best hope at this time.
Where is Jimmy's "detailed production roadmap for 2014, covering mining and milling with clear milestones and targets" its been three months did I miss something.
I think the news today would be well received if we were up and running with anything. We are now talking about the exploration stage for gold which is fine, gold is worth the effort, but we have a mine with antimony that has been dug and waiting on top of the ground and more at hand that is in need of a mill. News on how and when we get to an operational mill or have someone else mill our ore is the news that would help SP and investor interest.
Yes it was just created everyone here started sometime.I felt it a good time to comment on my investment nothing more just my observations. I am unaware of a PR with that sentiment from last year but anyway thats my honest feeling and its not very kind to call me names when you don't even know me.
Sorry plumper.
Not a paid pumper I have been a share holder since 2011. You shouldn't assume things. If this deal brings revenue then profits will follow and interest will grow and PSS will increase. That is my take on it your comment is no more informed than mine, we will see.
That sounds good and thanks for the insight like I said i hope the wait for news is worth it. I have been a share holder since 2011 sold half of my position in November of last year and bought a couple million more shares at these low levels because I just can't believe that this stock won't be worth twenty times or more what it is now if a timeline of progress and results are shared with investors. I am long now and if I am wrong it is only because this was mismanaged. As I said look at what we have here it is a great opportunity.
FLPC says it has to wait to release news I hope it is worth the wait. the PPS needs support and I can't help believe that the BOD isn't aware of this. There is so much potential here something just doesn't make sense. Get the mill up and running!
Revenue from this deal should push PPS up. This is a very positive development for Boreal Water.
Mill construction is key to improving PPS we need regular updates on the time line until mill is operational just as regular updates on the mine pushed PPS up last year.
