I am waiting for 12buzz to answer the question in the forum about how they plan to get the pps to .25!
The questions says something to the fact of are they going to need to RS to get to .25
Whatever has been said in the past doesn't matter IMO on this subject. I want to hear "the current plan"

Talks about the lawsuit and possiblity of a counter suit.
I worked for a dot com and a few other growing companies and although it is not the best businees practice this stuff does happen a lot. Being products scratched after being announced or companies being pissed after you stop payments to them. A compnay that I worked for had us sign NDA's till information was public. A lot of that stuff never went public.
In this great country and world economy people sue people all the time.
Don't like my post I might just sue your a$$.
hopefully you get where I am coming from.

How about the company name.... like all companys that file use their name or a subsid.
Or lets just b*tch and not do anything right jab?

Once you file a patent it is public domain. Hence "patent pending"
Just like people scower the sites to find latest patents filed by the likes of google apple and microsoft. It gives them an idea of what new products they are going to come out with.
It is step one to insure that nobody steals your stuff.
I know this to be fact...

12buzz says he has a lot of tech's that he is filing patents for? If he is filing for these in the US then there should be a listing in the patent database. Why don't you guys try to google buzz patents or look in the patent database to see if you can find them.
I am looking around and have yet to find any Buzz Technologies patents.
Good luck

Countries\exchanges that require quarterly reports. soory for the typos.
From previous posts it was stated that they were going to add exchanges not move from one to another.
Kinda like nintendo. Look it up 2 largest company on the exchange and has a pink listing in the us as well.
ntdoy.pk

The us is one of the only companies that require quarterly. Most only require yearly reports.
Sony is another one I think.
Serenity now...serenity now. EM
Lets have a poll..
Who is going to be the first one to cry when they trade 250 and it drops to .015?
Come back around the 2008 olympics and see if the company has managed to do anything.
I also see gambling online as someting that could potentially be a money maker.
The real long shot for me is that buzz becomes a facebook or myspace.

Whiners and crybabies.....
You know who you are. All you do is ask questions to the board where is your DD? Then when some average joe like yourself responds you jump on them.
These board are all about hype rumor and bashing. You want straight answers call the company, call your lawyer!
These boards are for mainly entertainment for dreamers who think a penny stock is going to make them rich.
To make a long story short quit your b*tching U P*ssies.
With that said.
BZTG to the M*ther F*cking Moon wankers!
Cause Lowe6er said so...
How's this for reality. You suckers bought into an over inflated, recently hyped stock pinky at the peak and now you are salty about it. Is that what you want to hear?
Cry to your mommies.
I am sure you aces have made so much money trading this year that a loss in this one should be a welcome subtraction from your millions of profit..
Happy friday all.
That was funny EOM.

Did Sean Lee take it over from her?

Yes, I my honest opinion we will be writing a check to one or both to use their search technology. Plus both of companys name in Pr's.
Is that good or bad I don't know. I worked for a company that was going to use a google appliance to handle the search function of their internet site. It was an online reference site of company owned and hosted propriatary data.
It was not that costly to use it but I can't see how that would fit into what they are calling Buzz's own search tech.

I guess nobody read the HK listing requirements....
There are two boards for listing in HK. There is no way in hell that they can make the "main board" They don't have the track record or any of the min requirements in my opnion.
Here is the easiest of the three requirements that must be met to be on the main board.
A new applicant must satisfy either one of the following tests:
1.The profit test
A new applicant must have an adequate trading record under substantially the same management and ownership. It must have a trading record of not less than three financial years, during which the profit attributable to shareholders must, in respect of the most recent year, be not less than HK$20 million and, in respect of the two preceding years, be in aggregate not less than HK$30 million.
So that puts them on the Growth Enterprise Market
lets look at some requirements for such.
The basic listing requirements of GEM are as follows:
i)
GEM does not have a profit record requirement but the company must have had active business pursuits for the 24 months before listing application (a 12 months active business pursuits is acceptable for companies that can meet certain conditions on their size and public shareholding).
ii)
The company must have a focused line of business but peripheral businesses to support the focused line of business will be allowed.
iii)
During the 24 months before listing application (or 12 months for companies that meet certain conditions of size and public shareholding), the company must have been under substantially the same management and ownership.
iv)
The company must appoint a sponsor to assist in preparing and to lodge the listing application. In addition, the company must engage a sponsor, in an advisory capacity, at least for the two full financial years after listing.
v)
The company must comply with the corporate governance requirements by appointing independent non-executive directors, a qualified accountant and a compliance officer and establishing an audit committee.
vi)
For companies with a market capitalisation not exceeding HK$4 billion, the minimum public float will be 25 per cent subject to a minimum of HK$30 million. For companies with market capitalisation exceeding HK$4 billion, the minimum public float will be the higher of HK$1 billion or 20 per cent of the issued share capital. Companies listed before 1 October 2001 are subject to the minimum prescribed percentage at the time of their listing, which is slightly different.
vii)
The company must have an adequate spread of public shareholders and, as a guideline, the shares in public hands should, upon listing, be held by at least 100 persons.
viii)
The company must be incorporated in one of the following jurisdictions: Hong Kong, China, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.
Anybody care to comment on how close BZTG is to meeting these requirements????

I will send it to him with my new 12buzz email account. asiangoogle@12buzz.com
I personally only have two questions to ask
What is the current status of auditded fins and can we get an update\statement on what you plan to do with BZTG exchange wise?
In my dreams I see that this will be like nintendo. Look it up ntdoy.pk tripled in less then a year. Asian exchange listing and pink listing.
Lowe6er
If the numbers are correct then it is just a matter of time till someone, hopefully everyone notices.
In reality nobody gives a sh*t what they are selling and what products they deliver. If they are turning a profit then that should show in the PPS.
I have said this before do the math. 5 mill profit in 6 months according to unaudited fins.
I would really like to find out what the status is. Let me say that again, get an update. I kinda understand the no hype thing but progress is progress. If I get a change I will try to compose an email of very specific questions to send Mr 12buzz.
I sent him an email as 2b posted about the extra shares and he did reply to me with in a matter of minutes.
If anyone wants to post some questions I will try to gather them all in send them to him.
I will start to post the email as I get thing together.
The downside is that this is work but I figure it will save a lot of time in the long run.

Yeah what he said...
a one stop shop for being on the web.
Thanks B.
You should be comparing this against hotmail not outlook.
Email is and should be part of everyones user experience when on the web. Microsoft from the prespective of free email servers, clients, and addresses has a less then leading market share. You have google, yahoo, and aol to name a few.
So if you use 12buzz as your myspace type place why would you want to go somewhere else to check your email. Plus outlook is a business application that requires you to have an exchange server or some other SMTP\POP server to actually send and receive emails.
I think it is a good idea and will tie in with whatever the heck the business model is at the time.

Outlook Features
Streamlined Interface - Webmail has a choice of two attractive interfaces, each depending on the amount of bandwidth you want to use. Via the settings panel you can also customize the color and flavor of the interface to suit your style.
Current additions include a right-click context for most Webmail objects and tabbed email browsing.
Spam and Antivirus Filtering - Your account has Spam and Anti-virus filtering enabled in order to keep your email account private and secure. These features will prevent users from sending unwanted messages (SPAM), harmful attachments and viruses via email to your account.
You have the ability to configure your own filter settings and antivirus options, so you can enjoy flexibility in what you receive and from whom.
Tree-style Folder Menu - Email-folders are now accessible via a tree-menu, making it easy to categorize folders and access them again quickly. Sub-folders can be created by right-clicking on a Folder. To move a message into a folder, simply 'drag and drop' the message into the desired folder.
Tabbed Email Browsing - Emails can now be viewed within a tabbed pane below the message-list. Messages can be reviewed much faster due to the navigation buttons, allowing you to scroll through your email archives quickly.
Start Page - The Start Page gives you an overview of what's happening in your account. It shows the number of new messages, your current mailbox quota and notification of any tasks and appointments in your calendar.
Calendar Support - Losing track of your tasks and appointments? No problem - The improved Calendar interface allows you to sort out your appointments on a Quarterly, Annually, or Daily basis. Appointments can optionally be shared with other users or groups within your organization.
SMS Alerts - Configure your account to automatically alert you of incoming email messages. You can customize the service so you can receive SMS's when a message matches a specific email address or subject.
Mail Encryption - Keep your mail private by enabling mail encryption. Options range from commercial to military grade encryption ( 4096 bit ) for outgoing email-messages. Mail can be automatically signed with your encryption key, allowing other users to send encrypted messages to you.
Outlook-to-Webmail Sync - Microsoft Outlook can be synchronized with your WebMail account so that Contacts, Calendar and Task data can be shared between a desktop and Webmail client. If you add a new calendar task or contact while using Outlook or @Mail, the data will be automatically synchronized between the applications.
Multiple Email Accounts - Access external POP3 / IMAP accounts using a single Webmail interface. Each external account is available in the 'From' field when composing a new email-message.
Mail Client Access - Your email-account is accessible via POP3 and IMAP using third-party programs like Outlook, Eudora, Mozilla. To enable external account, provide the following information to your desktop mail-client:
POP3/IMAP server: yourdomain.com
SMTP server: yourdomain.com
Username: user@yourdomain.com
And Much, Much More - We have so much more features and improvements available in our new Webmail service that we simply don't have the space to describe them all - such as LDAP Addressbook search, Shared Contacts, Folder Redirection, International Language Support, Message Templating and many others.
Buzz Outlook
I grabbed an email account using Buzz Outlook.
Looks pretty good to me. It also looks like a few members of buzzme are going to use this tool for emails to try to get new members. There is a poll going on of how many new users this might generate.
No these message will not be spam it will be just like any other social site where you have the option to invite someone to sign up.
Good luck

New Site To Asian MarketOct 10, 2007Category: Poker SitesThere have been four new us online casinos and us online poker websites launched in Asia by 12Buzz-casino, these new sites are Buzz-poker and Buzz-casino and they are after the rapidly growing market in Asia. The buzz sites will be using Playtechs software and will be featuring more than one hundred games.
A 12buzz spokesman Sutida Suwunnavid says the amount of online poker players and other online gambling in Asia is estimated at more than 500 million and in China there are an estimated 100 million online poker players.
Statements from the company say that they are making future plans to make their games available on its I-active television and mobile phones, not just for online poker.
These new sites will be appealing and offer games that are free as well as ones that will cost money and players that are new to online gambling should play the cash free games until they are ready and have the skill to move up to the next level of online poker.
The is not the end of what 12Buzz is working on is developing a multimedia sportsbook for the 2008 Olympics and feel it is ready for testing in the next few months.
