It was a simply a guestimate is all. I used that number assuming they would also buy the same amount that they reduced. All speculation of course because I believe a buyback is based on percentage of O/S
Yeppers. Even if they bought shares today @ .015 that means they have 3.75mil to spend, This dollar amount is also added to their total assets. Its definitely a win-win.
Either way, if the company intends to purchase 250mil at whatever price, that will be a good day. IMO.
Another interesting bit of info. Take a look at the historical prices and volume from 2/22-3/8

Green acres is the place to be!!!
With you all the way.
Another positive note....now that hopefully all this is done and once the news travels of what went on, any investors that were waiting on the sidelines should now jump in (in theory) so maybe we see some larger volume this week and so on. IMO.
Gilbert, did you read the DD uncovered? I think Gold was posting that to backup the DD uncovered. No need to be mad any longer my friend.
I have to agree with you there. KMAG has stood up very strong against this. I know we went from .0006-.023 in 2 months; however, just the thought of where we would be without this nonsense tickles my hand. All in all, whats done is done and now some other tickers problem hopefully. Up we go and KMAG will shine bright.
Look at the volume around the time 0006 hits....fits like a glove I say.
To everyone involved....
Great work on connecting everything. This is why our board and KMAG will be successful. We work together, get our hands dirty, and most importantly....
We fight FICTION with FACT!!
Job well done gents. KMAG!!
GOD I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!
Good work, totally makes sense.
Clak, where is this from?
Agreed and makes sense. By making such an alert public after the A/S changed, it would allow them to shake the tree and buy more shares to profit from so they could compensate for the 250mil the company no longer has. IMO
LOL! Does it matter, it's human nature when we do not understand something to search for the simplest answer to satisfy our curiosity; HOWEVER, the fundamentals are still the same and the transparency we have been provided. Same company, same product, same goals.
Could all of this be related to all the mod positions that were changed as well that day?
I dont think it means anything. We've seen the company fundamentals and the financials, sounds like a nother excuse for them to scare people out of their shares and attempt something. IMO
SAID IT B4 & I'LL SAY IT AGAIN

The Management is currently analyzing the possibility of a stock buyback considering our strong recovery and reemergence into the market segment.
CEO Jeffrey Reid states "KMAG has reorganized its share structure to reflect our debt free Balance Sheet, and the desire to emerge as a transparent organization. All Convertible debt notes are fully converted. KMAG has reinvented itself and is on a productive track of growth."
Theory still stands imo. We all know the 5 down days was a result of something more. 1 thing everyone can rely on, is after we get Q1, bigger money will be coming in due to the positive fundamentals. Until then, steady rise to 03-05 if possible, is fine by me.
Yep. Not saying it will be tomorrow or the next day, or that it will run, but in the grand scheme of things, this would be my overall short term plan for the next few months with .10 the ideal goal required for uplisting.
BM's 505!
Exactly. The higher our share price is, the more he pays for the buyback. But it is a win-win because the value of the buyback in its entirety adds to his asset value and gives him a higher percentage in Return on Assets even though the cash reserves are lowered. Reid will not worry about the reserves as much because as we already know, he can back the company himself if needed. In short, wait for the share value to increase, then release Q1 which will increase the value even more and give us fair value as a company. IMO.
I think JR wants to see a bit higher pps value b4 Q1. Q1 is definately the ticket for liftoff
Kmag word spreading. People know ship about to set sail for clear waters!
Never saw one, but JR said it was in the works during the interview. Think they have a Twitter acct but hasnt been used much.
Taking back what's rightfully ours!!
You mind taking out the rest of the 140's?
Nice catch Don!
BIG bid!!
014's going fast
5 milly in 10 minutes
Already? Sweet!
Later in May is all we know.
Not sure, I think someone posted it and it was like 33%
No dilution & No debt, I think we will all be blown away by Q1.
As far as the woodshed, it was a crack from what smokestack said yesterday...funny stuff.
Like your thoughts on the I-Box, maybe a mod could condense it. For example, intead of having a bunch of info from the website, etc. some of the things can be removed and links can be posted instead to that information. Anyone serious about investing here and doing their DD will click on them regardless. Just my thoughts
The road to .10 could be easier than some think. If we can maintain our uptrend to the 52wk high, then Q1 is released propelling us to .05+, and then you throw in the share buyback which increases the value of the remaining 750mil shares....we can very easily reach this during Q2 and all we do at that point is maintain it for 90 days and by Q3 we're on the QX. Just my opinion, but Im pretty sure Jeff has this all planned out to a T.
