Added at 35.... I'm happy with that.
Added. Let's do this.
A letter on each knuckle! Nice! ICPA Bam!
Looks like ICPA buyers are done with lunch.
ICPA doesn't need power hours... It has power months. Lol
Yeah..... Keep the newsletters away from this one.
Makin em chase em
I'd like to thank whoever gave me their 9s yesterday. Been holding on to a chunk for a while, now it's a bigger chunk!
Depends a lot on what else is happening that only insiders know.
Almost chased it to 35.... Caught the second dip yesterday though. Not like it would matter :P This one is hoppin.
I feel dumb waiting until after .03 to snag this up.... Either way, glad its mine now.
Party on, Wayne.
Holding my 50,000 x .0325 tight.
Hey hey, fellow CAGR drinkers. Been a couple days. Still holding, distracted with a couple others though. Patiently waiting for CAGR news.
Aaaaand..... Yes, we want to be the ones that are already in when that NEW NEWS HITS.
Ok.... Not the last pr.... But the financing pr.
I'm not concerned with these accusations of "dumping".... The last pr brought it 300% even after all the "dumping"...... Doesn't sound like a bad deal to me.
Been holding .0002s for a loooooong time. Waiting for the lottery. Plus I like the product.
I like your radar
Nice. Thanks for the post. Using the iHub app, I don't see the header info like in a browser.
Shorts vs longs. The battle continues. Up next, more regular folks trading stocks.
Cheers, CAGR. See you in May.
"confirms it has now received"
HENDERSON, Nev., Apr 12, 2012 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- California Grapes International, Inc. (otcpink:CAGR) a leading provider of full service export, marketing, promotions, distribution and sales for the CA Wine Industry internationally, confirms it has now received a $10,000,000 in Financing from AGS Capital Group, LLC a US based specialist investor group to fund operational expansion in China.
The AGS “REF” program is a long term strategic financing partnership that places “CGI” in control of how and when we raise equity, minimizing any potential dilution or disruption to our capital structure. “CGI” has the discretion to periodically sell common shares when the prices are attractive to do so. “CGI” decides when the funds are raised and how the funds are utilized. Having AGS Capital Group, LLC as a long-term partner reduces financing uncertainty, so we can better focus on achieving our business objectives.
In accordance with the agreement, “CGI” has retained the New York Law firm of Nannarone & McMurdo, LLP to file a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Following the effectiveness of the registration statement, “CGI” intends to become fully reporting with the SEC and seek uplifting of its common stock listing.
“We are very excited to both invest in and partner with California Grapes International, Inc. Given CGI’s tremendous potential and positioning within the marketplace, the Reserve Equity Financing will provide CGI growth capital at a competitive cost,” -- Allen Silberstein -- CEO AGS Capital Group, LLC.
“The security of the funding commitment from AGS provides a foundation to ensure the future of CGI. As we continue to pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion, we now have a financial partner with the experience, strength and resources needed for the international markets we plan to expand into!” -- Jeffrey Crittenden -- CEO California Grapes International, Inc.
I'm patient. No bunched panties here. Cheers, CAGR
Now the buy/sell sentiments are just getting ridiculous around here. lol.
I think we're traders and gamblers around here, not exactly investors. Lol. But yes, you're right. That OS doesn't scare me at this point though.
Let's do some math... With 1.5 mil shares, I own over a 100th of the OS.... I'll sell the 259% increase of shorts half my shares when the shop opens.
810,000 volume does not show dumping this AM. I can see dumping on news.... However, the last time they could've severely "dumped" shares, it went up 300%........ If they want to "dump" again in that case, fine with me.
Hey sorry. Was asking Panther....
Correction. Bloomberg CAGR was a different CAGR. I'm still hunting, guys.
I see OS of 530,147,957 as of 2011 YE. I also see 1.63 mil OS on Bloomberg. Who to trust? I don't see any OS in the billions...... I do see a short % increase of 259% month to month.... Maybe some people around here are part of that 259%? Hoping for failure I guess, poor form.
It's true there is an agreement to when they can sell...... More proof that CAGR wants to keep their rep under control.
Also..... These guys rep in their little Napa Valley clique would be slaughtered if they screw this up......
My question of why they would dump at .002 instead of .01 is still unanswered.... And I believe I said "at this point", not "in the past".
CAGR market cap is begging for more... There are pennies out there with with no revenue and astronomical market caps in comparison.
Would they rather dump shares at .002 or .01? They will wait until long after the Wine shop has any news at this point. AGS would also be idiotic to not let this go for a while. I'm not saying this is a fact, just a reasonable theory to question your theory of the pps going down. I'm also not saying any penny is a guaranteed win, by any means.
There it goes. Either canceled or taken.... I'm in car, can't check out much.
The .0023x24800 is AON
Gap up FROG
Nice. I'm all about the spareshares
Fink, considering this board has only two real skeptics..... The law of supply and demand is in our favor. CAGR Profitignon! (I'm generally a skeptic too, however, when I see a good gamble, I like to indulge. CAGR odds are in our favor.)
