Yeah, I know huh? I use etrade but it doesn't have lvl 2 on phone/device app. So I use my fathers Ameritrade account to see lvl 2 on the phone. I was gonna switch to ameritrade strictly for the lvl2 on the app.... But now I have lvl2 access anyway. Lol.
