How does setting a GTC help screw the shorts?
Where have you been? Do some DD. We don't have to do it for you.
I hope you are right. Like I said, I was ready to add to my position today, but was disappointed in the lack of professionality in the PR today. Made me wonder. So, I'll see what next week holds.
My advice, put monkeypoop on ignore. Paid bashers don't deserve our responses. They are paid to engage in discussion/ debates/fights with real shareholders.
you must not know anything about investing then.
With a handle like monkeypoop, I'm pretty positive everyone will take you seriously. Ok, that's another .10 I gave you to reply to your paid bashing. Ignored now.
.25 or more next Friday. Depending on whether they issue a properly worded PR. Not just one ridiculous sentence. I think it would have had more credence if they just said, "Mr. Dovgan just got up and bought a diet coke from the vending machine". That's how impactful today's PR. If you're going to release a PR, a company should make it worth its while, not state the obvious in one sentence.
I tested my Scottrade account and its true that you cannot buy AURC at the moment. You can sell though. You'll be able to buy online again on Monday after the 3 day cooling off period.
Why are you suspicious of Martin? What did he say to you that you don't trust?
My thoughts exactly. In fact, I was planning to add to my position today, but after that poorly worded one-sentence PR, I decided to wait. I really don't know what to believe anymore. Although I'd really like to believe that joenatural had a conversation with Martin and that he stated that the deal is closing this month, its only heresay from a message board.
Today's PR was incredibly lame. After joenatural's conversation with martin and 2Cs letter, this is all they could put together? One sentence that basically states nothing? Where's the closing date? Where are any details?
It's just reiterating that they received a supposed offer and he told his accountant to deal with it. What does that mean? Are they even accepting the offer anymore? What does it mean that he's given a directive to deal with it. When? Next year?
Thanks joenatural! I appreciate your follow up. Now I feel I can sit back and just collect my .55 per share. Hopefully, the closing date is this month as you originally mentioned.
joenatural, can you provide any more details regarding your chat with martin? thanks.
May 30, 2007 closing date. Just to confirm 2C, did you get a reply to confirm that the deal will close on or before May 30 from the BoD? Thanks.
joenatural, could you confirm. Who is Martin that you spoke with? He confirmed that the cash buyout deal would close this month? Any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
It's being shorted beyond belief. Also, MMs can exchange shares back and forth to give the illusion of selling, thus forcing the price down. This way, weaker hands will sell at these lower prices. Don't fall for their tricks.
All CASH deal at .55. Now's the time to buy.
There must be a HUGE short position for this much bashing and also the mms are not letting many buys go through. I think it didn't shake as much as they wanted it to and are attempting to bring it down to cover their huge short position.
The .55 is for all shareholders regardless of when you purchased it.
Get ready for a big day tomorrow. I say we see a new high tomorrow! GLTA!
Close in the .20s tomorrow.
Me too. I bought at .02 and sold at 1.32. I had to run out the house and just put in a sell order and it immediately executed at 1.32. I was really surprised.
It's funny how everyone who sells just happens to sell at the high of the day. I'm sure no-one sold below .19
That is not true.
Not true. Buying is not restricted.
Agreed. This is just the beginning of the run. We'll probably see a little bit of seesawing (but an upward trend) until the deal is accepted and then a firm move to the .40s maybe even low .50s. They did say in the PR that they will close the deal as expeditiously as possible. Hopefully, we see an update soon. GLTA.
I think a strong opening to .25 then pullback, then close around low .20s. Once deal is finalized, move to the .40 range in my opinion.
I seriously doubt that. After today's volume and price gain, it will continue its run tomorrow.
I believe we'll see a new high tomorrow.
New high tomorrow?
Are you sure it's an all cash deal? They did not specify in the PR.
Although that sounds ideal, I think it's a little far fetched. Let's just hope they at least accept the .55 ALL CASH buyout deal with a closing in 30 days.
Do you think they've negotiated a higher price than .55?
Once again, my only concern is the lack of stating the outcome today. I'm concerned it is some sort of complicated deal.
I guess its still not clear to me why they just didn't say they accepted/rejected the offer. Why so much mystery? If they accepted, couldn't they have just said, we've accepted with details to come tomorrow? Do you think its a complex deal that may not be all cash? Any thoughts?
I'd be very surprised if it wasn't an acceptance PR. I just hope its still an all cash deal.
OK, so a PR to announce another PR? I assume they have accepted the deal (or at least hope so) since I would imagine they would've just said they rejected it instead of saying they will make the announcement tonight or tomorrow.
Otherwise, why would they be going through all this?? Any thoughts?
2C do you feel that the buyout may have been accepted. What is your gut feeling about it? Thanks.
What emailed response from Martin? Sorry, I've been out of the loop today.
Well, what exactly do you expect?? They've done the PR thing over and over about the buyout and then mysteriously disappear because of the supposed russian holidays, where it seems that other russian companies were able to do business during that timeframe.
Also, if they are that concerned about the share price based on their previous PRs, I'm sure they should've known the stock was going to tank big time with their lack of update on the buyout situation.
I ask you again, what do you expect? People want to make money, they don't want to be scammed. We can't blame everything on the shorters and mms. If there was enough demand the share price would have moved up, not tanked.
Ask 2Create. His wife went out there and met the board and made a video. See company website for instructions on how to view the video. Is it all an elaborate scam? Very possibly could be. These guys take more vacations than hibernating bears.
Do your DD and come to your own conclusion. Half the people on this board think they are legit and the other half think they are a scam. I'm leaning toward scam since they have now disappeared after making the buyout announcement and then said they couldn't conduct business because Russia closes down for two weeks for holidays. By the way, the also said exactly they same thing in a January 31st PR. Look back and see. Just my humble opinion. GLTA.
