Why would it now be a quiet period? They were replying to emails until very recently.
Thanks MBMoney. I know that nobody can predict what will come of all this but wondering if anyone with this type of legal experience has an opinion about what’s possible. I’ve never invested in a company with this many lawsuits against it.
OTCM is hurting the company’s momentum. I wonder if they’re able to delay several months or even indefinitely? What could stop them? A lawsuit?
I wish we at least had a hint as to what business was planned for the merger.
Sounds believable
and what was the conclusion of your due diligence? That Ryan Cohen is a genius businessman who created a multibillion $ business that PetSmart should pay over $3 billion to acquire? Smart Money
oh I forgot, he was just lucky.
Yes. It would appear someone is still upset that their analysis on chewy was rejected. LMFAO
How did they make their billions? They must have been pretty smart.
Yes. Self made billionaires are smart money.
Ryan Cohen took on Amazon and created a multi billion dollar company. He’s smart. There’s no question.
Folks who invested in GME over the last year are up 10-100%+. That’s smart money.
So Ryan Cohen is in between? Is that semi smart money? A semi smart billionaire?
You think Ryan Cohen isn’t smart money?
That’s interesting. Most billionaires aren’t considered dumb money.
This excessive delay doesn’t seem normal
Right so why would they ever have to cover? Just keep doing the same forever and keep their profit.
But if this is true why can’t they just keep shorting endless number of shares forever and never cover?
But isn’t naked shorting illegal? Why wouldn’t the SEC investigate?
I don’t think shorting can explain how institutions own more than 100% of the outstanding shares. How can there be more shares than total outstanding?
Also the short % of float calculation isn’t right.
57.86m / 45.53m is 127% not 254%
Shares Outstanding 65.16M
Float 45.53M
% Held by Insiders 11.17%
% Held by Institutions 152.62%
Shares Short (Aug 31, 2020) 57.86M
Short Ratio (Aug 31, 2020) 10.68
Short % of Float (Aug 31, 2020) 254.44%
I don’t understand those numbers. How can institutions hold more shares than the total outstanding? How can there be more than 200% of the float sold short? They don’t make sense.
I’m ok to update it just haven’t had time lately. If anyone has info they’d like included please share it in a post or send to me. Thanks
I haven’t read the full complaint. If vennwest wins would that result in management no longer having majority votes? If yes would the previous votes be nullified?
This delay is becoming crazy. How long can they keep a company on hold.
Over 25M shares traded before noon.
and it's gone on to become worth over $20 billion since then.
I have to laugh at the contrarians. They keep arguing while the stock goes higher and higher.

I thought the real float was closer to 3.5 million?
I wonder if more people asked the OTC about the status update if they’d move their a$$?
Something seems off. Why are there so many shares for sale?
What breed of fantasy mergers? Do you have examples?
I wouldn’t sell yet. It’s going higher
That makes sense. I hope we get lucky this time
But if they removed it from DAAL library aren’t they implying it was something they didn’t have a right to make available? If the patent is invalid why remove it?
At this rate hopefully we can close over 6
The whole system is rigged against the shareholders. Even more amazing than what these guys have done is that it’s all allowed and not a single agency can or will do a damn thing about it.
Looks like people are starting to dump.
I wish we had some sign of what if anything Intel is deciding.
I don’t understand the trades. Someone bought $1 worth of shares.
Is the 2 billion OS figure accurate? Anyone know?
That’s true. But I think they’d have to update filings with new ownership.
I wish OTC would get off their butt and update the stock’s status.
Any reason insiders wouldn’t be buying up shares at these prices?
I see 43k shares for sale at .07
