I'm buying send him this way...LOL
To profit you have to understand the territory...not the map. Some situations and moments require you to go when you see a stop sign.
Thanks for clearing it up.
O/S are O/S until proven otherwise.
Like to know my self...without a definitive answer I'm going to work with the worse case scenario...which if BIOAQ comes up$$$ will not be a worse case scenario.
No problem
SC777 sell...LMAO
All over the place depending who's intuition and math you believe .10 to $$ dollars.
Great post...
I'll stick with Hondo's #2...but here's my best guess... I've posted before)...minimum $1.40+ base + possibly x2 or more for intangibles, which all the bidders want. I was just perusing BASF's color chart and BIOAQ came to mind...bye bye fossil fuel. More profit per can of paint.
Whew...thanks for laying it out...I take #2 @1.40PPS base + the unknown the intangibles bring.
I'll be here.
Nice...LOL...great for swing traders with deep pockets...but me I'm gonna make 8 seconds on this Bull...I'll be there when the buzzer goes off even if I don't have the best form or win top prize.
Words that warm my heart with green...LOL
Again words of Wisdom.
"Word" as the young folks say Swisher.
I know where it came from...but not who posted. It was implying that Cargill was the ideal candidate...that if they only bid 1/2% of their annual profit it would allow them to offer 6.00pps.
My bad...put a nix on this...didn't notice trans to be completed fourth Quarter 2018. I errored thinking it was completed June 29th. Apologies. But they are mentioned in a PWC document as having some interest.
ON Corporate site: DSM informs market on the announced sale of DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals to Bain Capital
Heerlen, NL, 29 Jun 2018 18:45 CEST
Royal DSM, a global science-based company in Nutrition, Health and Sustainable Living, informs its stakeholders that Bain Capital today announced the proposed acquisition of DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals (DSP). DSM and Sinochem Group each own 50% of the shares of DSP. The transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2018, subject to customary regulatory approvals and consultations.
DSM will receive about €250 million for its equity stake, excluding an earn-out (estimated at around €50m) and transaction costs. DSM anticipates a book profit on the transaction to be recognized upon closing. DSM expects to receive approximately €275 million in cash following closing, including repayment of debt and after transaction costs. More information regarding the acquisition of DSP by Bain Capital can be found in the press release issued by Bain Capital and DSP on 29 June 2018. I have no idea if they are interested but where mention as requiring notification on one of the last PWC updates or other document. The are in the AG fertilizer business as well as other interests that could use BioAmber assets and intellectual property.
Add to that DSM sold a major interest it had,for 250m just, tecently and it has been mentioned as possible bidder...who knows.
I'm not uncertain that some big whales are here now... swarming together encircling shares unlocked and in weak hands...surfacing for the feed after getting a big enough bait ball. When the pic'ins are slim enough and its no longer worth their effort...we move north.
Absolutely...if it dips tomorrow I'm ready to load somemore.
Bingo...I know what I own and I know in what direction its going...all the rest is related to impatience and fear. If you are a worrier you will not succeed.
Thank you...returned member marked
Because it is quite valuable...check out all the DD that's available here. The intangibles...patents, contracts, ready start up, viable alt to fossil fuel use in many ways. I owned it when it was doing okay...fully expect it to flourish with strategic partner or bring big $$$ with buyout. I just joined in on IHUB a short while ago...I pretty much fly solo...this has been interesting.
You may have just answered what we have been experiencing. A real possibility.
Sticking with my original opinion...1.40+ PPS at base...may be 2x that or more with intangibles. I think 1.40 is the minimum. IMO
Your word is solid with me.
Agreed can't make it simpler.
Red Drum or Puppy Drum...depending on size. Often just referred to as Redfish.
Lockwood Folly between Oak Island and Holden Beach NC
Tides coming in...going fishing on sound...se ya'll around 3PM.
Well said...its easy to recognize seasoned investors... up and coming investors who are going to make it...and those who won't be around long just on their lack of patience, DD ...and just shear a**hole stupidity which is validated by inane comments.
Definitely food for thought.

Good idea...the intangibles and potentials could be out of the park.
Agreed
