I'm still here, so is apostle and investor100, to be honest I don't have many shares just 160,000 left of my 200,000 goal. My average us .0707 and even if it went back to my average I probably wouldn't sell. Not because I'm stubborn, but because I like to reaffirm to myself that I was right about phot in thinking it IS a winner. I saw my account go from $75,000 on Phot to $36,000 exactly a week later. Yes I did realize the value of making stupid profits and the whole "a bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush" line, but I don't want a bird. I'm not looking to hunt small game, I want my freaking Unicorn! And once I drink that Unicorns sweet sweet blood and use it's horn as a back scratcher I'm staying. I look at my $11,000 investment as admission to the game reserve.

I predict some frustration until gift, followed by selling into said frustration. Then I predict gift being released and the people that sold end up getting boxed out. Then I predict people jumping out of windows at exactly 4pm when they see the final price and realized they missed the boat...

That's 40%, everyone was up in arms talking about mgmt and then what happened right when we were at our most dejected we get the canx deal and boom we start climbing... We will climb again, good luck...

Like I said that's a valid point u made that would be best suited for a game theory matrix, but here are some of my thoughts initially when I read this the first time.

Would mgmt want us to become soured by no news in order to drive down the price and vote NO out of anger/frustration for a deal that seems more and more lopsided with each day where we lose 2 cents?

I tend to believe no, strictly because of past actions by mgmt and their unique ability to surprise us when we are caught off guard. With that being said let's for arguments sake say that this is their strategy & what are the different repercussions of such a move:

For starters they would lose a good portion of longs that really are their greatest marketing tool. I'm sure all of us have told at least 1 person about investing here. Why fu** with ur biggest supporters, it's bad business. The flip side to this is now you have created a pool of people that invested between 25-40 that are not only irate but the biggest anti-marketing bag holders out there. Also bad....but not as bad as pissing off canx.

If they piss of canx they will sour other investors I believe and essentially tarnish their reputation. I tend to feel that Sterling values his rep more than his share price to be honest and he could kill two birds with one stone by protecting this.


Long story short, when factoring all the variables that could make your head spin the only thing I know is that they like to surprise us when we are at our most dejected. Besides that most of the regulars on here are sitting on 400% profit and profit is never bad.

I agree with theinvestor100, relax take a breath. If u knew for certain they had 2-4 GIFT contracts waiting to be unleashed would u sell? We know they have them, we know they are equipping companies like fusion pharm (who's up 38% in revenues by the way), if u listen to their CEO on icannabisradio he talks about getting equipment from phot at minute 39.

Don't get shook, but if u think we drop a few points sell 30% of ur shares and buy back on a dip. Maybe u win, I've tried and to be honest my losses of shares are more than my gains.
