Nice analogy. Agreed. The radio silence (really, monthly updates) are by design. Sadly, they are keeping their shareholders in the dark, but they are keeping their adversaries off balance too. All that will change soon, all IMHO.
Thanks for the reply Wolf. I could debate each point you made, but I will refrain......for now. (Biting tongue).
Don’t forget 3 million more in Italy. I wonder how many world wide?
And when you come back.... no one has lied, just some confusion about true ED issues and early morning erections. We can go over it when you have a minute. What you say about StemSpine and AmnioStem?
Which one do you think will be the bigger revenue stream?
From another long many months ago....$CELZ boasts Dr. Amit N. Patel, MD, who is Associate Professor & Director-Tissue Engineering at University of Utah. He is A co-founder of $CELZ and serves on the Board of Directors for Creative Medical Technology Holdings, Inc., HUGE IMPACT PLAYER for #StemSpine. Huge potential! spot on IMO
Very possible ttottip. So much is unknown. If these doctors spread the word as fast as I think they will, and Europe gets up and running as fast as Antonini did, the gloves come off on the PPS and it will head north very firmly. If the issues are cleared up in Russia where Gershman’s colleague is ready to go, it will be the knockout punch. IMHO of course.
Looks like NSX was spot on here. I bet the StemSpine info is spot on too. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=144202177
StemSpine has been brewing for a while. Just about ready too....http://www.creativemedicaltechnology.com/stemspine/
And don’t forget the other possibility with AmnioStem.... treatment for Cachexia.
PHOENIX, July 6, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Medical Technology Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: CELZ) announced today initiation of a program aimed at treating cancer associated wasting, through the in-licensing of patent application #15/814284 entitled "Treatment of Cachexia Using Stem Cells and Products Thereof".
Recently the Company announced data that the AmnioStem™ stem cell was superior to other stem cell types at reducing inflammatory mediators, including TNF-alpha1. It is well known that inflammatory mediators generated by cancer have a pivotal contribution to cancer associated weight loss, formally termed "cachexia". The Company believes that through suppression of inflammatory mediators, as well as direct anticancer effect of amniotic fluid stem cells2,3 that AmnioStemTM may provide value in the treatment of advanced cancer patients.
Cachexia is a very severe complication of cancer: weight loss during treatment is associated with more side effects of chemotherapy, fewer cycles of chemotherapy, a lower response to therapy, and even decreased survival. It is estimated that more than 20% of cancer patients die due to cachexia, and more than 50% of patients die with cachexia4.
"One of the most horrific aspects of having cancer is associated cachexia, which to date is not a major focus of research for the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industry. I strongly support the innovative approach that Creative Medical Technology Holdings is taking at dealing with this terrible condition," said Santosh Kesari, MD, PhD Chair and Professor of Department of Translational Neurosciences and Neurotherapeutics at Pacific Neuroscience Institute and John Wayne Cancer Institute at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
"We are confident that once we have completed Phase I clinical trials to demonstrate human safety of this cell, we will be well positioned to allow access to end stage cancer patients under the Right to Try law," said Thomas Ichim, Ph.D, Chief Scientific Officer and Cofounder of Creative Medical Technology Holdings.
On May 30th, 2018 President Trump signed the Right to Try law, which allows access to experimental medicines to patients suffering from end stage conditions for which no effective treatment is available. After signing the law, President Trump said the following, "With the Right to Try law I'm signing today, patients with life-threatening illnesses will finally have access to experimental treatments that could improve or even cure their conditions. These are experimental treatments and products that have shown great promise, and we weren't able to use them before. Now we can use them. And oftentimes they're going to be very successful. It's an incredible thing."
"I am very excited at the prospect of utilizing our patented AmnioStemTM technology to approach the terrible problem of cancer cachexia from a completely novel angle. This approach, if successful, will buy cancer patients time, time which could bridge them to new therapies and thus give them a new lease on life," said Timothy Warbington, President and CEO of Creative Medical Technology Holdings.
Fully agreed escalate. CaverStem and FemCelz will generate the much needed revenue stream that won’t slow down anytime soon. It will be followed up StemSpine which we both have great interests in. And then in a year or two we will see AmnioStem. Everyone on the planet will be interested in AmnioStem.
PHOENIX, May 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Medical Technology Holdings announced today filing of patent application number 62663912 covering the use of its AmnioStemTM stem cells as a means of reducing/reversing natural aging.
Previous studies by the Company have demonstrated that AmnioStemTM cells secrete factors that are capable of rejuvenating aged cells. By encapsulating the cells outside of the body, so that the cells are in contact with the patient's circulation, the cells are permitted to secrete factors that may reduce aging, without having to inject the cells in the patient.
The concept of using cells that are growing outside of the body as a means of modifying physiological activities has previously been performed and appears feasible. Specifically, similar approaches to mixing patient blood with cells outside of the body have previously been attempted in the area of liver failure. A clinical trial demonstrated feasibility of using cell culture of hepatocytes to act as a "liver assist device". These devices are currently in Phase 3 of clinical trials1,2.
The filed patent describes a similar approach to those used in liver failure, with the exception that instead of using hepatocytes outside of the body, the device uses AmnioStemTM amniotic fluid derived stem cells.
"Previous studies from Stanford University3 and Harvard University4 have shown that if the circulation of an aged mouse is connected to the circulation of a young mouse, various factors secreted by young mice induce an anti-aging/rejuvenating effects on organs/tissues of aged mice. Through this patent, we are aiming to recapitulate this effect, in an ethical and technically feasible manner." Said Dr. Thomas Ichim, the Company's Chief Scientific Officer. "What is stunning about the AmnioStemTM stem cell, which was licensed by the Company from the University of California San Diego, is that it possesses many regenerative features but is collected from non-controversial sources."
The AmnioStemTM stem cell is derived from amniotic fluid during the process of amniocentesis. Amniotic fluid is typically considered medical waste. Scientists at University of California San Diego have developed means of extracting and growing stem cells from the amniotic fluid. These stem cells have been published to be capable of treating animal models of numerous diseases including stroke5, heart attack6, liver failure7, colitis8, diabetes9, emphysema10, and kidney injury11. An important activity of amniotic fluid stem cells is that cells derived from one person can be used to treat other people, making them "universal donor" stem cells.
"The concept of using young blood to stimulate regeneration in aged individuals is attracting much attention in the area of regenerative medicine. I am enthusiastic about the approach being developed by Creative Medical Technology Holdings, which overcomes some of the important roadblocks that prevent implementation of this novel and promising approach," said Amit Patel, MD, MS, Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery University of Miami and coinventor of the patent.
"At Creative Medical Technology Holdings we are committed to advancing regenerative medicine to various areas of human suffering. In contrast to other conditions, aging will occur in everyone," said Timothy Warbington, President and CEO of Creative Medical Technology Holdings. "While the field of anti-aging medicine is filled with various false hopes and hype, we are attempting to address this problem cautiously and methodologically through testing our technology for safety and efficacy.
"Our goal is to continue to internally develop and patent technology in the regenerative medicine space and to broaden our patent portfolio for future commercialization by the company and/or with other life science companies with complementary technology."
And what is so cool is that our favorite ticker, CELZ, is working on StemSpine another regenerative stem cell treatment. From a medical point of view, I can barely wait until it’s available. And from an investment standpoint, well, it’s another revenue stream coming sooner than later.
StemSpineTM is expected to launch in late 2019. We feel it is in the best interest of the company to dedicate much of our resources to continue to build those brands and our cash flow before commercializing StemSpine.
And here is another one I know you and I are both watching closely...

Smart move escalate. Ugly notes going into hands that can hold tight. And our timing is perfect. So much unknown and some confusion has these shares on a heavy discount. And you are spot on, Q after Q increases are guaranteed for the foreseeable future just based on NM and Rome’s pace, not to mention the excitement in North Florida and now SF. We will also see some revs from FemCelz and new offices in Hawaii, Texas, Tennessee and Ohio, plus more as CELZ is vetting inquires each month. Seeing the backing in Italy, and the aggressive coverage in Italy, I will go on record saying I guarantee more European doctors are interested and will be signed up.
I am telling you, as doctors like Said, Bieri, Gershman, Narayan and now Liu start getting interest from their colleagues and CELZ streamlines and works out the kinks in vetting and training, this will pick up speed fast.
Everyone can agree that there have been way too many delays between the 2018 AUA and now, but I see those issues behind us.
What about the significance of the CTO posted by SB, and all the other patents?
Let’s say you are right, everyone from Italy and the Ministry of Health to the all of the USA folks are ALL lying and CaverStem® doesn't work at all........ do you think the several other patents held by CMTH could be commercialized? Or do you think that all of those patents are all part of the scheme? Is there anything legit with CMTH?
Looking forward to your DD JD.
In just days too. :)
JD, what’s your take on the CTO and the other patents held by Ichim and CMTH?
Awesome DD superbingo. Thanks for sharing that and brining it over. We do seem to focus too much on CaverStem since it’s the first to be commercialized. CMTH has so many irons in the fire. Exactly why many long will hold for years. Flipping for a double, especially from this PPS, is a nice profit. But many will retire if you hold years like many longs post about.
CaverStem ®, no sir. But CELZ is working on this as well.
LOL I know we both look through different windows :)
Time will tell Wolf... so far your team is winning for sure.
You bring up a GREAT point superbingo! CELZ is MUCH more than CaverStem and FemCelz. They are just the start, soon to be followed by StemSpine and AmniStem and more.
We have gone over ad nauseum how we got to where we are trading now. You nailed the timing. NOW is the time to get in or average down as it is crystal clear to me this is all finally coming together.
I almost hope the salmon are right and we dip as the note holder exits by May 14, I would love to top off just a bit more before launch.
I am sure according to you all three are lying....LOL. So, now you admit not only does it work, it works in just days? Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
And..... being trademarked in Europe:)
This paragraph. Ya gotta read the whole thing JD....
At the microphones of Adnkronos Salute, the urologist-andrologist Gabriele Antonini explains what CaverStem is about, the name of this procedure scientifically validated in the USA and now also available in Italy after the go-ahead by the Ministry of Health: "Hematopoietic progenitor cells are used , mesenchymal and endothelial cells present in the patient's bone marrow. The administration of stem cells directly into the penis can reverse the pathophysiological changes that lead to erectile dysfunction, in addition to treating the symptoms effectively. In about 15 minutes - continues Antonini - the urologist specialist proceeds under local anesthesia to extract a small quantity of autologous material from the iliac crest from the patient, and obtains a concentrated cellular product that is injected into the corpus cavernosum of the patient's penis same".
Same here. Shooting for next year on the latter.
Thanks for pointing out this quote too “While PDE5 inhibitors have revolutionized treatment of ED, approximately 30% of patients are non-responsive.”. And we all know the horrible side effects.
I am so thankful CaverStem@ is booting up!
And he has incredible backing of the ministry of health. He alone will spread this through Europe, let alone the other top doctors who are getting calls. Exciting times...finally. Coming together fast and furious now.
Yup, that is what the article says and why it’s backed by the Ministry of Health. Good catch! ;)
I know you will find it, you are pretty good at digging. He is cool, still waiting the 1-3 months it takes to see results. It’s not a drug with immediate results and side effects. The stem cells need time to work their magic, but you know that and asking for results in two weeks is silly. And you are correct again, that chit note is almost gone. I like when we agree, it’s a lot more fun.
A natural, non-invasive and permanent treatment to regenerate blood vessels and smooth muscles within the sexual organ of patients with erectile dysfunction. A real 'bombshell' to revive their sex life. It's called CaverStem * and is a patented medical protocol in the United States, also available in Italy. 60 patients have already been treated in a few months after the go-ahead by the Ministry of Health to the device. This new therapy is added to platelet-rich plasma (Prp) which has already given widely documented positive effects in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and penile pathological curvatures caused by La Peyronie's disease.
Now the hematopoietic, mesenchymal and endothelial progenitor cells present in the patient's bone marrow take on a leading role in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Erectile dysfunction is a condition closely related to age, psychological, neurological and hormonal factors. It has an extremely significant impact on the quality of life of the patient and therefore reflected in the social fabric. Epidemiological data in Italy place the problem, in terms of prevalence, among those most frequently encountered. Currently around 3 million men are affected by erectile dysfunction, but it is estimated that they could be at least twice as many. In the field of biomedical research, regenerative medicine has successfully established itself over the last decade through the development of new strategies and alternative treatments to conventional therapies, using growth factors and other intercellular signals capable of stimulating the natural healing process of the human body. The hematopoietic, mesenchymal and endothelial progenitor cells used in the patient's bone marrow are used. The administration of stem cells directly into the penis can reverse the pathophysiological changes that lead to erectile dysfunction, in addition to treating the symptoms effectively. In about 15 minutes, a small amount of autologous material from the iliac crest is extracted from the patient, and obtains a concentrated cellular product which is injected into the corpus cavernosum of the penis of the patient himself. The CaverStem * procedure, scientifically already validated in the USA, allows a safe, fast and free of side effects sampling to be performed on an outpatient basis. In Rome the only authorized European center for this treatment.
Just three months after implantation, an increase in the duration and frequency of the erection was detected, in addition to maintaining it until reaching orgasm.
Side effects are virtually absent and no post-procedure complication has occurred. Some patients have even been treated with a double stem cell and Prp graft, with truly exceptional results in terms of resumption of sexual activity that allow us to glimpse a truly rosy future for the non-invasive and non-surgical treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Looks that way ;)
And what’s cool, this article explains more about the one severe patient that was in need of a double CaverStem shot and a prp graph. Now we know the severe cases can be treated and some evidence it will help with Peyronie’s disease. This just keeps getting better. Why do some fight so hard to stop a new medical treatment from helping folks????
Hey Suga. Look, the Italian government is in on the sham....
There was the go-ahead from the Ministry of Health. Green light for the "bombita" capable of reviving sexual life. It is a natural treatment and 60 patients have already been treated. It is not invasive and is permanent.
Regenerates blood vessels and smooth muscle within the sexual organ of patients with erectile dysfunction. "It's called CaverStem *. It is a patented medical protocol in the United States, also available in Italy ", emphasizes the Adnkronos Salute Gabriele Antonini, urologist-andrologist from Rome. "This new therapy is added to the platelet-rich plasma (Prp) which has already given widely documented positive effects in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and penile pathological curvatures caused by La Peyronie's disease".
The "bombita", the words of the urologist Antonini "Now the hematopoietic, mesenchymal and endothelial progenitor cells present in the patient's bone marrow play a leading role in the treatment of erectile dysfunction," adds Antonini. Erectile dysfunction is a condition closely related to age,
One hint, one hint only...... ends in a 13C. Again, claiming the kits are not real is not helping your cause. Stay with the non verified 60 Rome treatments.
You can do your own DD. To my knowledge, the company has never put a date or timeline on the review, because they can’t. Posters, myself included, looked up other similar trials and see that 6 months is common, but some trials went fast, a few months, I think you posted those as examples, and some took a year.
Personally, I am not worried about the timing at this point and am not going to dig it all up again. What’s the purpose. When it’s out, it’s out and we can stop debating it.
Trial or no trial, the new treatment with the “boxes” have been performed 60 times in Rome and who knows how many in the US. But we also know Mr Bianchi has been recording before and after videos and you will have happy customer testimonials soon enough. To me, that is better than a trial with the old process anyway.
It could be Bubba. I got in a little late, just over .01. That’s why I am loving the ability to buy this low, although it’s a love/hate thing. I have no doubt that things are picking up speed quickly now and agree 100% with superbingo.
JD, you know as well as anyone the clock stopped on the trial 9 months ago, and now it’s in peer review. That can take month or two, or take a year.... especially with something new. Asking every day and never accepting any answer is not a good look.
There are plenty of thing you can throw stones at, it’s all fair game, but you two really should drop the empty box fantasy. People on this message board have been treated, doctors have put out videos on how the kit works etc etc. Heck, The part number is right one the box.
Claiming the treatment is not effective because you see no “evidence” is one thing, but it’s just silly to say the boxes are just boxes and CELZ uses biopsy kits. SMH
