Richie
I'm not on FB so I can't verify but is WM promoting its Wheelies kick starter campaign on FB? They are at the half way point and only at $2,600. With a $899 commitment the company is giving away free 2 4 bladed Wheelies for both sides of a motorcycle.
Why aren't they pushing this on social media?

I'd like to think the ingedients are all there.
They just need to hire this guy
Ok I'll bite.
WM does have some great concepts but they have a high price tag. In order to sell meters to anyone other than to its share holders they will need local governments to mandate the use of meters on taxis. It's allegedly in the works but so far has not materialized anywhere except India. The latest PR stated they are filling orders and shipping meters but have not disclosed how many or to who. Very suspect IMO.
In 2012 the company did a 181/1 forward split. Over the last 2 years they have diluted shares from 500M to 4B and the pps is flat around its all time low.
Seriously
Enough with the name calling. Everything we need to know is in the SEC filings. The PR's have always been fluff and promises of things that are just about to happen. No sense bashing each other here. Next week's 10Q either shows revenue or it doesn't. If it doesn't, WM will need some substantial claims in their PR's to see any type of bounce until March when the 10K is due.
Sewer
If there's no revenue on the upcoming 10Q then there's no way to verify anything this company says until the 10K comes out in March. Do you really think the pps will move much between now and then?
I haven't seen a price quote in a few years from management. Do you have anything to share?
I've stated on many occasions that government mandates will be needed for the meter to sell in the markets they want to serve solely due to the cost. We do know India is on track to mandate this and some municipalities in Brazil have been discussing this as well.
To be fair Col this is really all we know. There is no guaranty WM will win a contract simply because of a mandate. Regarding India, whatever contract does win will most likely win by greasing the palms of the same government officials who are passing the mandate. That is how these things work, especially in India.
I've been reading PR's for 3 years promising sales are right around the corner. Expecting me to believe that they are now actually filling orders while at the same time refusing to say how many and to who, sorry but it's a little much to believe.
At the end of the day there are only two things we can verify. .002 pps and 4 billion shares.
Let's look at it another way.
The projected cost of the meter is $180 U.S.
The current exchange rate is 1 USD = 13,665 Rupiah
Each meter costs 2,528,025 Rupiah
The average wage earner makes 1,900,000 Rupiah monthly.
That would be the equivalent of asking a taxi cab driver in the U.S. to spend $5,000 on his taxi meter.
The question is who can afford to buy one.
Col
Who is going to purchase all those millions of meters? Indonesia? That's your 'opinion' Indonesia is going to buy them?
IMO, that is not a very solid business plan. I would even go as far as to say that's called wishful thinking.
There is no financing available to taxi fleets to purchase these. The local municipality will need to subsidize the cost aka govt regulation. We know that has not occurred.
I would really like to hear your opinion of who will pay for them and how. I would like to hear an idea that makes sense that so far hasn't made sense to me.
For two and a half years
WM called itself the global authority on the $500 billion motorcycle taxi industry. At some point around when KCSA took over they started referring to themselves as a leader in advanced solutions for motorcycle taxis.
Why would a company boasting such greatness scale back its alleged market dominance? A company facing market changing greatness scales back its claims prior to earning even one dollar while stating its now shipped products to continents. That makes no sense.
World Moto is the global authority on the $500 billion motorcycle taxi industry. Its stock price is .002 and has a market cap of 1.2 million. I can read pretty well.
I say that to my girl friend when I want a weekend to myself. IMO it doesn't verify that they have meter orders.
I'm not trying to bust your balls but think about the info we have to work with. They sent meters to Africa, Asia and Indonesia. Seriously, that's all we get? Are we grasping at reasons like they still have an SEC quiet period? There is no obvious answer only more questions.
Why would a company with this much on the line not disclose this information?
WM's pps is .002 right now because there is no credibility with this company. Think about it this way, if they had said something simple, basic and honest like 'hey we just shipped 50 meters to xyz moto taxi co in Jakarta. These were sent on a 3 month lease at no charge to test the market in that area. After 3 months we are looking to sign a contract for purchase.' Followed it up with pics on the taxi's. Something. Anything we could verify.
I guarantee you the stock price would be higher than where it is now. Why wouldn't WM want the pps going up?
You can't confirm anything about this company. Why would you post such an outrageous comment.
For the record
The CEO of WM previously owned an online gambling gig. He also had porn sites. The drug issues were from a biker gang that had some interest in funding one of those entities. I may not have that 100% accurate but dealing drugs was never a charge to Paul Giles.
Col
Airplane cockpits use red lights so pilots can read their instruments and maps while maintaining night vision to see outside the aircraft.
I just don't believe in Santa Claus.
Col
In three years and dozens of 'positive' PR's, why have none produced revenue? Is there something wrong for pointing out the obvious?
Just naming specifics, something verifiable would boost share price.
You have to admit it's pretty humorous
All the hype over meter orders and sales are based on a PR that WM shipped an undisclosed amount of product to a couple different continents. That couldn't have been more vague if they tried.
At some point you have to ask what they are trying to accomplish with a strategy like that. I contacted KCSA and was told that info was all WM was willing to disclose so there is no way to verify anything.
I question the bad management label. No one running a business is this ignorant.
Looks like someone making $20 trades has manipulated the pps to 30% gains on the day.
What's getting old
Is the debate that there is a shortage of stock available to purchase nearly for free.
They shipped the meters with no instructions. That's classic.
.02? - 2.50??
Most of us still here bought our shares when there were 500 million available shares. Now there are 4 billion. Given the principles of dilution how does the company get its stock price back up to the levels you are all posting? I'm sorry but I think those prices are a pipe dream now.
I want WM to succeed if for no other reason than to break even here but two very obvious things just occurred.
The Meter shipment news release. There is no rationale that can be provided as to why WM would publish a PR about 'shipments' instead of the actual sale, contract or revenue. None. Even with a PR firm to help this company out they published a story about shipping products somewhere without disclosure to who or how many. That was an attempt to create excitement. That's all it was.
The increase in shares from 2 billion to 4 billion. This was done because WM is out of money, needs money and has no projected revenue for the foreseeable future.
I would love to be proven wrong here and I'm not above admitting when I am.
Lmao
It's too long for an 8ball. I can't quite wrap my mind around it.
Richie
Coffee and lap dances? Come to Thailand with me let's break you out of your shell.
Richie I'm not sure which is more disheartening.
Me losing money or seeing you finally give up.
Hey Paul.. Go FARE.
Col
Why did the company just increase the shares from 2 billion to 4 billion?
I think you're missing my point. If it only makes sense that sales are imminent then why did they need to increase the share count?
It's a relevant question and I think it deserves a little more thought process than many other companies have lots of shares, no offense.
I'm hoping it's the new CEO who doesn't need a salary from WM
Col
I understand you love this company and I think that's great. Can you please explain to us why WM just increased the available shares from 2 billion to 4 billion?
A 250% increase was still valued at less than half a penny. If you were able to buy 10,000,000 shares at .0015 and sell at .004 you might have done ok. For everyone else here this situation looks less than optimistic.
There are 4 billion shares for sale. Buy however many you want there is no shortage or demand.
Hey Patternseeker
Just trying to help you out here.. This is not a strong buy. You shouldn't buy more stock on this news.
Clearly I spoke too soon.
How can you take a company seriously with 4 billion shares of stock and no revenue. If anyone doubted the possibility of a reverse split I think this is the nail in the coffin.
I'd like to see Paul get a job and stop using WM as a personal piggy bank.
It isn't dead yet.
Agreed. They definitely need more than 100 meter sales and only a mandate will achieve this at the price point they want.
I like the idea of ad revenue from Wheelies if they can achieve it. It could help to offset costs to bring the meter price down.
I think 3 years of promises hasn't helped the pps. If the recent news had come out in 2013 this would be a completely different situation. All we can hope for is revenue in some form to reverse course.
Give me a break.
Everyone here invested because we saw potential opportunities with this company. He recognized a different opportunity and has disclosed it publicly for over a year now.
WM is responsible for its own bad management and finance terms.
It's a red flag that the principle's are taking a salary from a company with no revenue. Especially $8,000 U.S./mo in Bangkok. It is insulting to everyone invested here.
5MM shares at .0025 is about equal to their monthly salary which I'm guessing is needed to pay their salary.
You were also smart enough to cash out at .10. Nice job.
Wheelies
'While an industrial version of Wheelies™ has been in use for over a year' - it has? Did I miss something? Where is this being used? Has KCSA dropped the ball letting us know WM sold some Wheelies? Did WM forget to list sales on their SEC filings? Kind of a dubious statement.
Col, please call Patrick and find out where the Wheelies are.
Any thoughts on why WM doesn't offer to equip taxi fleets with these for free with expectations of ad revenue to pay for costs? Taxi operators get cool new toys and exposure to the market may create demand for the product.
The video was cool two years ago. Let's see it on the street.
