It's my wife imposed weekly limit.
I'm in FNMA jail
2.35? My TD flipped out
PQH maybe.
Added 400@2.23. Don't judge lol
Yeppers. Will be coming back soon
Funny....he was "shocked" by it.
Lol. I love tweeting that guy. He loves being called a clueless blogger
Yes. Looking forward to it
Risky. We can whine about the taxes
Should be a hefty bill
Freezing and windy
How can this statement even be made before knowing what Obama is going to say? Lol shows the lack of integrity
"hard to see how it really changes the long-term situation for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac investors."
Exciting week ahead
Gov would never let them announce. Might let them start pumping tho
10B-This has to be the most positive statement any GSE executive has made in three years, as far as I can remember.
Out freakin standing!
.............
45k @ 2:06 w a low of 2.02??
OTC - sham
Lol, looking forward to it, I'm an app only guy.
Im assuming Costco will have one less employee when FNMA returns to the main stream.
Gap filled somehow lol
FNMA has already been wound down if you use specific aspects like politicians tend to do.
Defaults have been wound down.
Seriously delinquencies have been wound down.
CSP can be used to back up the wind down argument etc.
I'm sure a host of statistics can be used to back up a completed wind down statement also.
Obama can spin it in a way to show the wind down is completed or at least in progress. Easily I'm sure.
You never know w politics.
Totally agree. He's going to talk about the auto bailout, housing and education. There will be a mixture of legislative proposals and executive action. The auto bailouts are over so we can cross that one off.
That leaves housing and education for the action. I think housing is one that's going to get the presidents attention right now, especially coming off a bailout speech. It's the perfect time to make changes to fnma. Any attempt at nationalization would cause an outright eruption and half of America would explode lol. Jmo
Press secretary went on to say "the president is eager to get to work on proposals and policies that make sure middle class Americans take part in sharing the economic recovery."
Music to my ears!
"The proposals announced next week will be a mix of executive actions and legislative proposals." Said Eric Schultz: White House press secretary.
Fox said president Obama will not be meeting with congressional republicans because as soon as he gets back to Washington from Hawaii he will be immediately leaving for 3 days.
He will be flying to Detroit to give speech about the successful auto bailout.
Then Phoenix for a speech about housing.
I think this is good and has the potential to be astronomically good
Was on fox 30 min ago
Check this out DS. Our brief conversation reminded me of a letter response from my congressman back in June. Fnma employees placed on federal salary scale.
No wonder they are thinking they are federal employees.
Dear-----
Thank you for contacting my office regarding the compensation packages of executives at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
"While I appreciate the need of any organization to offer competitive compensation in order to attract talent, I share your concerns with the excessive sums that were paid to executives of these Government-Sponsored Enterprises with histories of financial problems and mismanagement.
You may be interested to know that the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has held hearings examining compensation practices at both institutions. Furthermore, the House Committee on Financial Services passed a proposal to place Fannie and Freddie employees on the standard government pay-scale. The Committee approved this legislation by a vote of 52-4.
Although I am not a member of either Committee, please rest assured that I will continue to monitor this issue and keep your concerns in mind should related legislation come up for consideration on the House floor. While I am sure you may not agree with every vote I cast representing you, you will always know my rationale for the decisions I make on the House floor. I am committed to open government and transparency. That is why I post explanations for final passage votes on each House bill on my Facebook and Twitter websites.
Again, thank you for contacting me. I look forward to working with you and for you in the days and years ahead. Please do not hesitate to contact any of my offices in the future if I or my staff can be of assistance, and feel free to visit my website at http://hanna.house.gov to sign up for "e-newsletters" regarding issues that are important to you."
Warm Regards,

U.S. Representative
You'll have to start a second career so you can relax a little
Retirement isn't easy apparently lol
Belated happy retirement. Congratulations! Hopefully your first year is one to remember.
Fannie needs a double espresso or similar. Let's gooooo
Born ready
500k bid. Nice to see
It should be clear to them that they are not federal employees. The fact that there is confusion is troubling. Lol
Unless they were hired off (USA Jobs) which they are not.
Interesting, tx
Yeah. For some reason it's the most followed unbreakable non leaking gag order in the history of the U.S. Lol
It would be great to get a glimpse of their compensation practices as it relates to the stock.
Dollars- you can jump in ANY time. Tx
With all the employees of these two enterprises, you would think much more noise would be coming from them.
So far it's been radio silence.
DS- Do you know if any of FNMA management or any employees of FNMA receive stock as a form of payment or incentive?
Just wondering if FNMA is assuming any future value.
Grrrrr
Would be nice to close the year in a positive way.
