We do know things:

1. They bought compliance shelving
2. They paid to put up a website I could have made with Wordpress and a days time
3. They are broke

So UNTIL they PR that they are acquiring a CBD manufacturer we know exactly what they are: a start up retailer with presumably 0 in sales UNTIL they Disclose otherwise

Are you saying they are extracting CBD from hemp? What kind of extraction process are they using? Where do they source their hemp from? Where did their machinery come with?

All the bought and can afford is some shelves to hold the product.

I don’t KNOW what the big picture is. But I know HAON, I know the CBD industry, and I have a brain.

There are multiple business to business suppliers out there that will do the packaging and labeling for the retailer. Compliance is so expensive almost the entire industry runs that way. A few big manufacturers and a bunch of smaller retailers. It’s kind of like street dealing. HAON is the guy on the corner selling dime bags, not the guy supplying all the guys selling dime bags. There is opportunity for growth but it’s limited.

It has been over a month since they went current. Can’t be much longer.....
