It would be nice. But the question I need answered is did we have a unit ready to go? Is that what the cash we just obtained was for? If we had to fabricate and ship which is what the statement I read has lead me to believe. "production on the west coast" thing. then Its going to take a bit to make / outfit to specification and ship. I read in one statement "time is of the essence" I am guessing this first stage is going to take 2-4 weeks. Its in the testing phase, I think you'll see the weak hands get shaken out and the historic rise will come once testing is complete and if the results come back that lead to a legally binding contract being drawn and signed.
I have done research on micron size of nuclear fallout. The burnt radiation is the worst since it can make the fallout sub micron size. If its just perspiring off the molcule size is a bit large, both of which ceasium and plutonium are well large enough to be caught in the skimmers, The uranium is the smallest size and will prove to be the harder material to clean. We can get most but I highly doubt all the uranium from the water. No doubt in my mind its going to be well under the current limits and more than likely well within safety margins.
